I want to start by saying that the location is excellent. The service is promt and profetional. Tara is great at what she does. I was extreamly satisfied with my visit here. On August 6th, 2014 I went to Pauls Cove Barber Shop E. Hillsboro Blvd. 1580 SE. 3rd Court Deerfield Beach, FL. 33441 I went into have a regular haircut, I did not know that the person cutting my hair Louie Goldberg was a recent haircut school graduate, when I went home after the haircut and after I took a shower I noticed in the mirror the back area had areas of hair sticking out. I went back to Pauls Cove Barber Shop to see if they could fix it, I was very polite, the owner Paul Galluccio said that he would fix it. He turned me away from the mirror, he started to work on the side of my head and I stated I just wanted him to fix that back area, he said he was just going to even it out, I asked him to keep the length in the back since I was trying to grow it longer back there, he said to Louie Goldberg that he could leave so it was only us two in the shop, we started talking and when he was done and turned me to the mirror he had given me an extreme entire head buzzcut. I was devastated. When I initially went in there I did not ask for a buzzcut, when I went back asking for just that one area to be fixed I did not ask for a buzzcut and when he said he was just going to even it out he did not tell me to do so would entail buzzing off practically all my hair! If he had me turned toward the mirror I could of saw and I would of stopped him. I stated what I wanted and I trusted him and he took advantage of that trust. When I went back today August 7th to complain and even show Louie Goldberg what owner Paul Galluccio (license number CL0197415) did they laughed at me and forcefully intimidated me out of the shop. That is not how one should be treated. I did not ask for this and I was suppost to have a job interview today (one of the reasons I went into get a haircut) and instead I cant go into my job interview looking like this, this is not how I normally look, I look now like a cancer patient. Ive never prior had to make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau ever but now I even feel embarrassed to have to do so.Did I go in there initially wanting a buzzcut, when I went back to have that one little area fixed did I indicated I wanted a complete buzzcut, when he had me turned away from the mirror did he warn me that to do so would entail giving me a complete buzzcut, no he did not. If he did this to you and just laughed, how is that right?
