They have some amazing people here. I called a few days ago and spoke to Robert. I told him my situation and my concerns and he assured me that they could help. Not even two days later did Robert call me back and have me come in. I came back for my appointment and looked at a place. We put an offer on the place and within a week I was signing my lease for my beautiful new apartment! 6237 seminole Ter margate 33063 Place ma shouldnt be in the market for starters it didnt have a roof now second the realtor was too much in a hurry I guess she had another house to show last but not least she didnt remember specifics information given to her 18 hours prior to my appointment and if the property is a private owner with no HOA why is it been treated as a luxury apartment complex so my experience was not too satisfyingly.

Stay away!Quick update from my previous review above.Today 1/8/20 the woman who works the front desk called my girlfriend today and demanded to know why she wasn’t contacted to remedy the situation. And proceeded to yell and argue with my girlfriend believe it or not...to make matters more interesting, the realtor who was supposed to be helping us “Liana” was her name, also contacted my girlfriend to say that she took us on a tour of some locations which never happened lol. She had agreed to search for places for us while we were away on vacation. We returned on the day she scheduled for us to see her only for her to not be in the office because she had forgotten our appointment....and also forgot to locate some decent properties in our criteria for us. They’re demanding we remove this review but it won’t happen. I can’t begin to express how disgusted we are with this place so, again, BEWARE of this realty group! I was even willing to give them a second chance (silly I know) but today just proved as to why that idea was absolutely foolish.

I called Find A Home from an ad in the Sun Sentinel, spoke with Robert on the phone set up a time to come to the office. I met with my Real Estate Angel Rochelle, upon arrival at the office. If there is a perfect fit out there for you she will find it. She will talk to you to find out your needs and she fully takes your needs into consideration when she takes you out to show a place. What a gem of a company! Beyond customer service which is a rare and welcome experience these days! When I first entered the establishment I received a warm smile and welcome from Maria at the front desk. I was then introduced to Alex who was fantastic. Alex was extremely competent and an absolute pleasure to deal with. While I was in the office I was offered the most delicious coffee which Robert, the owner himself served me and we engaged in warm friendly conversation. A manager named Caroline joined in with Alex and together they worked hard to find me the impossible. I really have to say that I was not expecting this high level of professionalism and service as it is sadly not the norm these days. JUSTIN N. is the go to guy for your home shopping. He made our experience so easy and pleasurable. It took our first day together traveling and looking at different places to help him understand not only what we were looking for in a home but who we are as people. He connected our lifestyle and personalities with our wants and needs from our surrounding areas and tied it into the next batch of homes he sent to us to look at. He was spot on and patient. He advocated seeing a place twice for comparison and boy was he right, we needed that. He asked a lot of the right questions to figure all this out yet in a casual and comfortable fashion. I felt like we were just having a casual conversation when really he was triggering our viewpoints. He wasnt pressuring at all like some agents may be. He was completely honest throughout the entire process and kept us up to speed with every transaction needed to be made. He was insightful and very knowledgable about the market, what to expect, and the process. We will DEFINITELY use him again in our future home searches.

Absolutely wonderful experience with two gems: Maria and Juan. Both of them are lovely people who are easy to get along with!Maria worked with us for a week showing us everything we were looking for and guiding us through the process. I wanted to keep looking on the weekend even though Maria needed a much-deserved day off, so Juan kindly took over and thankfully we found our place. Juan secured the paperwork and property almost immediately.Dont waste your time anywhere else! I had plenty of horrible experiences with other property agents, but Maria and Juan treated me and my family with decency and respect. They really are good at what they do!

Living in south Florida for about 15 years I have lived in a number of cities and each time I dealt with a realtor I didnt have the best of experiences until I met Marni who was incredible!Not only was she responsive which was a major problem but she paid attention to my requirements and knew some tips and tricks to find the houses that dont typically pop up.Several weeks later I also referred her a friend of mine from South Carolina who was looking for a spot in Fort Lauderdale during Tortuga Music fest because almost everything else was sold out and she was able to find him exactly what he needed no problem and he was super happy as well!Working with her was super easy and I will definitely be working with her on any real estate needs in the future!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I understand real estate is all about selling, but man these people are pushy and rude. I took my neice here last week to help her find an apartment...we were helped by a guy and his assistant...super snobby people...they treated us like we weren’t good enough to be there. They just wanted to get her property without taking into consideration her budget. We gave them her budget and it went in one ear and went thru the other...I said her budget because they kept coming up with over her budget properties and the guy YELLS, yes, yells “OH all of a sudden her budget went down” at that point my neice got up and It was like they wanted to help but not really...they were stuck up, rude, unprofessional and naive. And wait it gets better. My brother is looking to buy some investment property and he asked his daughter (my neice) to call the listing agent from a property on Zillow...and it turned out the agent who answered is the same rude people from Find-a-home. So, they recognized my neice’s number and the agent says “Oh, you want to buy now...and starts telling her she can’t buy...blah blah...my neice says it’s not for me just please schedule to view the place...she refused...little does she know my brother has CASH to purchase the property...lol!!! Stupid realtor. If your reading this and you know who you are....SUCKS TO BE YOU!!!! I’m just upset I can’t remember their names but I’m actually contemplating on going back and getting their cards to post their names. The guys is super obnoxious and loud and a receding hair line...lol...and the girl has a New York/New Jersey accent and black long curly hair...super clueless. I’m sure they are other realtors there that may be professionals but these two clowns should be fired.

I was not pleased with their customer service especially with the agent that was taking me around to view apartments. He had no personality. He opened the door to the apartments and stood by the door on his phone. He never sent my paper work in for me to get the place that I wanted. Horrible service. I left several messages for the manager and he still hasnt returned my call.

My family and I were moving to the Ft Lauderdale area from out of state and we needed help finding a place to live. We found Find a Home which we thought was reputable. We sent them money for application fees and a down payment on a house. We were told this money would be refundable should it not work out for any reason. We attempted to keep in contact with them during out trip half way across the country, but at times was difficult to get ahold of. Dispite that, things seemed fine at first. The first 2 places they found did not work out. The third place we were told we had it and that we might even get a discount if we painted it ourselves which we were willing to do. However when I tried to contact them to verify on this place I could not get ahold of our agent for quite some time. Finally when we were about 4 hours away from our destination, we finally able to get in contact and were informed that it was not a guarantee that we had that place after all, and that if it didnt work out they would keep looking but would cost us more application fees. At that point we had given 3 application fees and the down payment on renting a house, and at that point we didnt feel comfortable working with them anymore. The only guarantee we had at this point was that they would keep charging us more application fees. We felt we were going to be homeless working with them. We politely asked for our remaining money back that wasnt spent in application fees. They said NO! After telling us in the beginning that this money was refundable. To make things worse, after refusing to give us our money back. She even said that they were going to try to charge us a full months rent on the place that we didnt even have! Which doesnt make any sense to me. That must be their scare tactic to get people to leave them alone. They stole our money, I dont think they had any intentions of getting us in a place, and they are thieves. They are not a reputable company.

I have no idea how anyone gives this place good reviews but ok ... my first time meeting with my realtor I told her everything I wanted and didn’t want and WHERE i wanted, she winded up showing me 1 place at a time and On top of that I winded up wasting 300$ on app fees and back round check credit checks only to get denied the second place I go to she shows me a 1br and knowingly wastes my time telling me I could get the apartment meanwhile it would be my son my fiancé and I ( the apartment was big enough for all 3 of us ) oh and she told me I could fit my son in the closet, so after I complain to the manger she cuts me off while I’m speaking and won’t hear me out ...she ask me why would I tell the apartment people there are 3 people living in the house ? Basically telling me I should of lied ... so they find me a new realtor this one doesn’t seem as bad but guess what she calls me and tells me she found a one br and I should lie and say my son is under 2 ... these people are some type of slow and I’d stay away if I would lie and do that and they kick me out I’m sure I’d be effed I seriously wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless person******* after the manger sees my review she called me and asked me to take down the review instead of actually trying to resolve the issue and help me great job find a home

I went to Florida to find a vacation home to be near my sister and her children. I didnt have any luck because I didnt have much time and the house had to be in Boca.So finally, a friend refered Jill Angelino, she said if anyone can find something for you she can.She was terrific in three days she found me exactly what I wanted. Now, I hate leaving my beautiful home to go back to New York. She has knowledge and patience. She works non-stop for her clients.also, hats off to the staff at find a home for always greeting their clients with a smile. One of the hardest things to do is purchase a home but Jill made it easy.
