After waiting a week for another company to locate a part, I called Ideal. Shannon immediately asked me for the model and serial numbers of my unit and I received a phone call the next morning that the part was available. Keith was at my place in an hour to get my unit up and running and he did so competently and professionally. They are my new HVAC resource!!

The guys at Ideal have just fitted a split unit for me in the garage. Not only is the unit incredible ( why can’t all AC be this quiet) but the guys who did the job were fantastic. Worked around a few problems with no fuss . Really smart and polite guys.

Gee it only took 3 emails and 4 phone calls to set up an initial consultation with an owner who kept us waiting for hours and never showed up. Perhaps that owner needs to reevaluate his INEPT office staff who could not care less that theyre costing him business!!!

I called the office on Thursday, got a call back that evening by the owner, service first thing the next day.How it should be done by all!!!
