I had them come out on Monday to exterminate for fleas in my garage and inside my house. He showed up on time and was very informative and got the job done. I didn’t have any issues except for finding a few in my daughters room today which is days later. I called them this morning and he came back out this evening and hit my daughters room one more time for us. I recently started hearing some sort of pest in my attic/wall. I was worried if I waited too long to have it taken care of, Id have a bigger mess on my hands. I called Stephen Terry and his lovely wife answered and was so personable and helpful. I told her my issue and she immediately fit me into their schedule for today (due to someone else canceling last minute). Stephen showed up within the hour, listened to me describe what had been going on, thoroughly checked in my attic and found the issue. He walked me through all the possible solutions, and also what he thought would be best for us. He listened to all my questions, and answered each one earnestly and never made me feel like even though I had no idea about any of this kind of stuff, that I was asking a silly question. He completed the agreed upon treatment and was done within the hour. It was a fantastic transaction from the time I called in until the time he left- he was kind, courteous and most of all honest. I will definitely use this company again in the future.
