Christopher has treated our home for the past year. Aptive helped us get rid of large broad-neck root borer beetles that we had in our flower beds and were coming in our home on occasion. We also had spider crickets, click beetles, and slugs which they treated and got rid of. Christopher is a great technician—he arrives on time, communicates effectively and completes a very thorough job. I love that Aptive does free repeat treatments in between scheduled services if you find anything else crawling around. I had them for over a year and I will continue to have them treat my home.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day? I had an incident where the company was coming and charging. Wed be fine if theyd just follow the contract and its dates. The first woman was fine. She said shed look into it. They second time I called back, the second woman was rude and wouldnt let me talk. She warned me like a little kid and I didnt even raise my voice. Then,she hung up on me. Whats weird is that I actually liked the company until now. Im willing to close down the contract and pay the penalty. Aptive, you could have had mefor years. Now, go find a new customer. Ill slam the door on you if you ever come to my door. Goodbye.

I have never met such a scam company. Salesman came over my house and told me a beautiful story and sold me on it. I have the entire conversation recorded on my RING doorbell camera. The reality of the pricing and frequency of the service was not even close to what the salesman told me that ultimately led me to leave previous vendor I was using and switch over to Aptive. Every time I tried to reach out to them, I kept getting different responses to my questions about price and frequency and they kept saying, Oh its in the agreement. To my understanding, when a salesman sells you a service, customer should be able to trust every word the salesman says and not double check them by reading fine print in any agreement. Basically the salesman straight up LIED about many key points that made me switch over. NEVER would recommend them to anyone. Oh, and turns out, he visited my neighbor few houses down, and result, you guessed it. Same misleading information.By the way, I never write reviews, but they got me so upset that I decided to take my time and hopefully help someone else before they decide to use their service.

Every service person to date has been more than professional and well versed in their job nature. All problems have been taken care of for the most part. Mosquitos can be extremely difficult to rid the property of, so I’m understanding in the time to take care of it. They have come back between the scheduled appointments to render the situation if it wasn’t done well enough the first time.Would recommend them to anyone.

Brian was very thorough and explained what he was doing all along the way. He did a good job of inspecting the foundation and grounds around it. He did the same in the basement. I felt like he was proactively looking out for me insofar as what potential issues I could avoid by using this service. I am very pleased with my experience with Brian and Aptive.

Nolan was our technician. He was extremely knowledgeable about his product as well as the plants and vegetables I have in my yard. He was very cool with my crazy barking dog; patient and professional. Nolan was very polite and efficient and it was a pleasure having him here.

Jeremy showed up at my door, after treating a neighbors house, with an offer I couldnt refuse, $60 for the 1st treatment and $130 for the each of the next 3 seasons, a one year obligation only!He sent Billy the following day who is an adorable man with a nice tone and good manners. He went over the contract with me and explained exactly what he would be doing which was treating the front and back yard as well as the perimeter, sweeping for spiders and webs, treating indoors for ants and cockroaches (which I have never had) and the outside shed. He asked permission to lay traps where I have seen intruders (ant, mice, etc.) and he was very respectful of not only my cats and but of my family as well. He left no mess and replaced all that he moved. It took all of 2 hours tops.Since the treatment 1 week ago there was a mild swarm of ants, which I was warned about, that all struggled and then died. It was so mild I didnt bother to call them. I have found several crickets in the traps and one salamander casualty which was probably a blessing for it because my cats are not as kind.I received a copy via email of my payment and the details of the treatment. It was very thorough. I have the option to call in between seasons for trap removal and replacement at no extra charge.The treatments are organic and not harmful.I highly recommend!I gave 4 stars because I have only had the initial experience. After the next I will revisit and update.

Great company, amazing work! I am blown away by the customer service and their professionalism. Nathan helped me get started. He explained their company and the work they do. I signed up with him and he was able to schedule me for a date that worked best for me. The team is great too! Kris came to my home and explained the service he would be doing for our yard. He was very professional and considerate. He also advised me on how long I should wait before I let our dog out to play. I had exterior done first and will be having the interior done next. The pest control technician was very professional. Michael explained the details of the service he would perform and answered all my questions thoroughly prior to starting. I have used Aptive for a while on a contract to take care of all the insects that torture you at home. They are always responsive and I can usually get an appointment pretty quick. Many of their technicians like Lee are super helpful and make for a pleasant experience.

It’s only been one day but we were told it may take up to 14 days to go into effect and see any results. They had a promotional price that was offered for the initial visit and they service every 3 months. So far I am very satisfied with the work done.

So far service has been well. The person that came to my home explained the process of what he was doing for the day. Was very polite and and helpful. I only gave three stars because since it was the first treatment not sure if their service will help with the mosquitos and other insects. But so far everything has been good the tech called when he was on his way to make sure it was a good time for me to have the service. If i was just rating him as a professional I would have given 4 stars.

Usually very good. However this time they did not brush away any cobwebs around the exterior of the house. Normally this is something that is done every time they come.

I have had them now for over a year due to spider crickets in my basement. Last year I only had 2 spider crickets while previously I had so many no one would use the basement. Great job guys.

I am a returning customer. They truly have quality products that are pet and kid friendly. Actually makes it a pleasure to be on our outdoor property and not have to worry about getting eaten alive by mosquitoes. They offer an inside service which is already included in our service contract and they will come back if necessary at no extra charge.

3 appointments...2 no shows, and 1 was an hour and a half late. Technician Dante was very nice and seemed knowledgeable....but spraying did nothing to solve our issues. Cancelled. I saw some people were charged a cancelation fee. Nothing was said to me about that. So I better not get one. They didnt show up. Thats their problem, not ours. Do not recommend to use. Terrible service.

New customer here and had great initial pricing so we’ll see what service costs jump to next year but for this first year couldn’t beat it. Courteous, great communication let me now when arriving and was on time. Service rep was very nice and walked through all the details on what was getting sprayed, where and what it will prevent. Swept down everything for spiders and applied products around the entire perimeter of the house, lawn and flower beds. First application today with this company so don’t have results yet, hence the 4 star rating at this time, but so far I like how this company conducts its business. Just note that while they offered me complimentary mosquito spraying for this year they are awaiting their license to be able to spray that product so not sure when this will occur.

Have been using them for about 2 years now and couldnt be happier. I no longer have any seasonal ant issues and it is pleasant to sit outside without being eaten alive. Employees are polite, professional and conscientious.

I was worried about the birds being affected but this company uses all organic sprays so it wouldn’t harm the wildlife. They text and confirmed my appointment as well as a call. Technician did a great job eradicating the spider webs on my porch when I shared my concerns. He used extra effort to make certain he got rid of all remnants of spiders or webs. Great job.

The gentlemen who come to my house are always professional, knowledgeable and nice. The people I speak w on the phone are always nice. I used to have two houses on the account, linked w my brother and my only issue was that no matter how many times I requested that the houses( same vicinity) be serviced on the same day so I could tip the agent. When I called to fix the schedule it would be done for that appointment but never seemed to carry through on my chart. Only complaint- and I wouldn’t have said here except that I’m hoping someone picks up on that and figures out a way that a request on an account could somehow be put in the system so it would be carried through and they won’t have other frustrated customers who may not be as patient. I really like Aptive🤗

Worst service ever, have called 3 times in the past week have had 2 technicians come out that must be new. Have been lied to about what is covered, have been lied to about the area manager who was going to call me back within 24hours still waiting 5 days. Now the 3rd rep I talked to today who is also new like everyone else said that a manager won’t call back unless something is broken. He said he can do whatever the manager would do. So apparently what the rep is saying is that the manager can’t help me with anything because the rep can’t help me with anything. They want to offer me credit for my next service, but they can’t tell me what my service consist of. So credit for nothing getting done is not helping for the next service if nothing is getting done. What would be nice is if the technicians that are supposed to spray actually knew where to spray and not just give my mother 2 plastic ant traps for her kitchen and leave. The 2nd technician told me it was gross that I had ants in the dishwasher and then asks what he should spray. I didn’t go to bug spray school!! But come on, spray everywhere you are supposed to spray.

We never got the contract for the service and whatever they said was not promised to us. They dont follow what they say and just want your money. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT NO. IN ADVANCE!!They will rip you apart and just take your money. Please be careful everyone!!I am highly disappointed with this outcome.Still see spider webs in the basement and ants in my kitchen. My service was done by Juan he was very punctual & polite . Upon arrival he explained everything he would be doing & how the pest control treatment works . He confirmed all the areas I needed to be treated & promptly got to work. I feel we are in good hand with this technician and the Aptive service .

Upon meeting the representative Dallin who was very upfront and professional with the services provided. I am quite pleased with the professionalism and the quality of work provided. He disclosed all fees and services up front and did disclose what was going to be done in the appointments. If you read the contract it states what is provided and what can and will be done. The rep Tyler was on time and stated what will be done and to keep pets inside for about an hr and a half. I can appreciate the quality of service and work.

While initially I was skeptical since the company was represented by a door to door salesman, I am quite pleased with their service. We get routine preventative pest treatment with Aptive. The actual service performed has been fine and the gentlemen they send are always pleasant and explain everything in detail however, I am growing increasingly frustrated with the business practices. I keep getting emails saying a service was performed when in fact it was not, nor was I due for service. Ive called several times and they explain its a glitch but have yet to correct that. There have also been times when they schedule service, we wait and no one shows up, no courtesy call to advise us something came up or changed, and then they arbitrarily reschedule without any contact. In that sense I find the company unorganized and showing a lack of regard for their customers.

They are always wonderful at spraying the outside of the house and helping us keep the bugs out! They are always on time, professional and friendly. I highly recommend them. :)

Worst extermination company I have ever used. There sales team are misleading and make false promises. After canceling subscription for poor services. Aptive continued to charge my account their monthly cost of $187.13. Spoke to the manager at the Suffolk county NY branch who assured me that all my money will be reimbursed to my account within days… 3 weeks later my funds have still not been reimbursed. After calling Aptive numerous times to speak looking to management, the receptionist refuses to transfer my call and I have yet to receive a call back. STAY FAR AWAY FROM APTIVE! Use another service!

Aptive is kind and listened to exactly what we were expirencing, explained things clearly, are responsible and came back with no.questions asked. Plus they come.back quarterly to.re-spray especially during change of seasons. I would recommend Aptive to anyone!

I’m uncomfortable using harsh, toxic chemicals, but yellow jackets were taking over my yard. Aptive took care of the problem and also treated my home for other pests. I signed a one year contract that I will not renew only because I want to return to using natural methods for pest control. With that said, the contract was very clear, the service person was thorough, and I’m happy that I chose Aptive to help with my pest problems. I highly recommend them either as a short term solution (like me) or a permanent option.

Professional and friendly service. Had them spray for ants, crickets and mosquitoes. The mosquitoe spray is all natural plant based. It actually smells good. Would recommend to company to family and friends.

Ive had such a horrible customer experience with this company. I initially called into the sales department received a quote and decided to move forward with getting service. The representative set and a appointment for a Wednesday between 12-2. I waited and no one showed up, I called back only to find out that the appointment had never been set. The next representative assured me she could assist and proceeded with resetting the appointment for Thursday at 9am. The technician arrives on Thursday @9am only to tell me he cant service me because I hadnt sign a contract that I wasnt aware of and had never received. He advises that hell need to contact the manager who is busy at the moment to get the contract. He assured me that once his manager contacted him with the contract he would come back to service my home. The technician never came back or even called. I called back Im the customer care was transferred about 10 each time no one was able to help me as I spent over and hour on the phone. I even had one representative ask if I just wanted to cancel because he couldnt help me. Overall this company does not value their customers and certainly not their customers time. The communication is terrible and the representative are poorly trained. I would not recommend doing busy with this company.

I had a problem with ants entering my home. Since I’ve been using Adaptive the problem is solved. The technician calls and/or texts before arriving, explains what he’ll do, asks if there are any other problems and commences to complete his task. Dave is always polite. I would recommend Adaptive to anyone with an insect problem.

Im very unhappy. I asked that you would wait until 3/24 and you came anyway. Then I was told that you would wait and not out through the the payment until then. My card was compromised and I hadnt yet given you the new card info so it didnt go through. I called to complain and you said that you would hold off until 3/24 to put through the payment. I have you the new card and you took out the payment right away.Also you are supposed to come quarterly and each time you come about 2 weeks early so you are coming 6 times rather than 4. So you are charging me for 6 visits rather than 4. Last year we had a terrible time with spiders and Im not sure what you used was effective.Im paying $141 each time you come which Im sure is quite high.

David and Alex serviced my home for the quarterly service. I asked them to take a look at some bee activity on my house. David without hesitation inspected and provided a service without issue. He also Provided some pointers to prevent the issue and seal the area. I appreciate the friendly customer service and will continue with their service for years to come.

Have used them in the past, service was pretty good. Today, we got awakened early on a Saturday by the tech. We were annoyed since they just do the outside and there was no need to wake us. We also explained that the front of the house had wasps nests in the soffits. The tech did not understand what a soffit was and even after explaining, the wasps nests were untouched. It might be time for another service.
