Love love love this place! I would of given them the extra star but I wish they were a little more cleaner. They dont wipe anything down, no hand sanitizer anywhere, they dont wipe down the walkers after each use, and the restroom walls are dirty bc everyone holds on to the walls so they dont fall with their skates going into the restroom stalls. Hundreds of people have to hold on to the walls because there is no rail to hold onto.They are full of germs.

I had a private party here and everyone had so much fun skating. We liked that we had the whole place to ourselves only reason I took off two stars was because 1, the food was not great. The pizzas were $9 for something that one person can eat by themselves. My 3 year old nephew almost ate one whole pizza alone that’s how small the pizzas were. Not only small but very thin. I feel like the prices were a rip off. We paid so much for a private event we can at least be offered good quality food. I wish we had the option to bring outside food and just pay a fee for it like I have done at other party establishments. Reason number 2 was that I had asked my host not to cut cake pieces to big and she still cut them huge and I saw more than half of my guests throwing cake away because they were big pieces. If I would’ve had the option to cut it myself, I would’ve. This is not a huge deal but the fact that I paid so much money for a cake that was going to be thrown away doesn’t sit well with me. I usually cut very small pieces for that same reason. Other than that staff was really nice and welcoming.

The prices are a bit high, in my opinion. The prices of the snacks/food and refreshments are a bit high, rental for the kiddie walker is too expensive! The carpet is old and areas that are torn are taped up. The games for the skaters are the same ones over and over, they need new games. I was NOT expecting to spend as much money as I did when I took my granddaughters, everything is costly in here!!!

The skating rink in nice, they have walkers for the kids, only issue is that they only take cash. It’s a quiet place with good times for both kids and adults.

Had an absolute blast last night. For Adult Sunday from 8:30 - 11:30pm. Cant wait to go back. The floor was nice and the music was good. Great seeing old friends.

Me and my boyfriend came by and we had a great time Sunday afternoon! The floor was perfect, and the entire establishment felt clean (didn’t feel dirty sitting down like you would in other places) and even the bathrooms were clean.Also, it honestly was the best concession food we’ve ever had. The fried pickles were BOMB and so were the funnel cake fries, definitely a must have. Also, the pizza was like...way better than your average concession pizza. It was worth the price.Chelsea was working concession and was super sweet and made us fresh pretzels when we ordered them.They played great music and literally every staff member was kind and helpful. We’ll definitely book for an event here. It’s a bit far out from central Houston, but well worth the drive.We’ll be back!

Friendly skating rink. There are lots of kids with those little three corner PVC things, but at least they are learning to skate! Tuesday was a good price and it was a mostly controlled crowd not too reckless or fast. I would return!

Prices are a bit high for rental of the rails for small children & they charge us 12$ for kid thats are 1 years old but music is good.

We had my nieces birthday party here and kids enjoyed their time. FYI to anyone planning a birthday there be sure to ask of all charges that may count/occur and dont just simply fall for the Birthdays for $99 deal and ask for a receipt!Anyhow. Place was clean and decent and the kids definitely had fun. One suggestion to the establishment is to update their skates. Many, if not all, of our group were complaining about their feet hurting and the comfort of the skates and roller-blades.

I dont understand why I was charged for a 4 year old who was not going to skate when it has never happened before. I paid more for him than I did for 2 others with their own skates.

Sunday nights are a nightmare for those living in the apartments across the street. Music, base is so loud it literally shakes the windows!! Have complained to whomever answered the phone.

Great music and decor I just wish the admission was a little too high but it was a Saturday. I will be going back on Tuesday night for the deals.

I went there last week with my sister and her friend, everything was going well when i tripped and fell to the side where the dj booth was at then he told me that i couldnt sit there so i was like okay but i saw a bunch of other ppl sitting on the side and he didnt tell them anything . Well later my sister comes up to me to tell me that the employee/dj literally screamed at her to get off the side even though she was just tying the shoe lace .This is unacceptable u dont scream at customers like that and besides there was like 5 other ppl sitting down, now idont know if he was being rude just because we were Hispanic but relentless of race u should not be rude to your customers!!

I took my family after 7pm on Friday night and the skates available were terrible with is understandable because it was busy. The rink was really nice and the food was okay.

It was alot of fun!!!! The DJ played mostly songs by Luke Bryan, she said it was because the manager likes country music. Hopefully she broadens her music selection and recognizes there are other country singers

I always go to the Skate World on Cherrybrook but didnt know they were closed down. So, this one was recommended. First time here Aug 11,2019. Clean, Prices were reasonable. Food Was A OK. Music wasnt too loud that you cant hear each other talk. Employees were Friendly. My kids enjoyed themselves.Will come again. Thanks!

Had my grandsons birthday party here this weekend. Everything about it was top notch. Everything organized and set up perfectly. The hostess was amazing. So helpful and the sweetest girl.Their arcade area was all working which is a issue slot if times at other places. The pizza was even good. Completely impressed!!Completely worth it! Cannot wait to return

I would give 4 stars if.... they were not so cheap, their skates have no insoles/padding. The only two times I have been here my feet are worn raw in under the first hour. This is do to no protection between your feet and the skate itself.You don’t were shoes without insoles.... why would they expect you to wear roller skates without them...!!!

My sons first time skating and he had an awesome experience here. The skaterguy/referee did some skate tricks just for him.

Super FUN family-friendly entertainment. Admission prices are reasonable, but concession prices are a bit high. We happened to have eaten before we entered though. The establishment is clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and felt safe that there is security (actual Officer) on duty as well.Overall, for a Friday night out with the kids, an extended high energy activity TOTALLY beats a night at the movies, and bonus for being Budget Friendly too... A+++!!!

Omg where to start what I thoughts was going to be a very professional experience turned out to be the most agonizing 2 hours of my daughter, family and friends lives..1st off I got the basic package for 8 kids this party was booked last minute like 3 days before the actual date of the party so I made several phone calls to the wonderful establishment to ask thousands of questions to be clear of every child I had coming ages and fees for extra kids and all of the above..to get there and go back and forth with the owner of the establishment because her employee said one thing over the phone and then its something different when I got there...one of the little girls gave me the wrong information when I first arrived there and she yelled and corrected her in front of me..but to go back and fourth with me was very unprofessional customer service went right out the window obviously it was a training issue between them and the employee so instead of honoring what I was told she stood there and contradicted her self several times about the prices and what I was told and not only my family but other people in line as witnesses heard the foolishness and agreed that she was wrong being that she had to correct a employee infront of us already...then the over charge for my extra guess...plus I cleaned up and hosted 90% of my own party which I paid for a hostess by the way....I was offered no apology, nothing off my booking, I order extra food and drinks, not even offered a soda on the house for the rudeness I endured...so I will not be returning and they will lose business behind this I decorate for a living and when people come to me I will definitely never reccomend Skate World! However the hostess we did have ought to be working else where she was nice for the time we had her.

My daughter is a teen and likes to go here with her friends. This past Sunday when she went she was bullied by a boy named Travanti. It gradually got worse within 3 hours and I had to go pick her up early because of this! First was grabbing her by her arm, then started pulling her hair, then shoved her down on the rink making her bruise badly on both knees and ripped her pants when he shoved her. Not to happy with the fact that no one did anything about it... I dont know if I will let her go back now because of what happened. The picture with both knees in the picture is the day after (Monday) the other two pictures are from Wednesday.

Went to a birthday party here the other day. We all had a blast. The place was clean. Perfect for the smler kids just learning how to skate. They have walkers to assist them. Staff was very kind and helpful.

I held our Girl Scout end of the year party here. The party was amazing. The staff was very nice and our party hostess stayed on top of everything. She made sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. They accommodated the younger kids by allowing parents walk with their child while they tried skating.We will definitely be returning just for fun and future events!!!

We had my daughters B Day here. Much better than other skating rinks. And it wasn’t so freezing cold inside either. Prices are right staff is friendly. Your child will be safe here as well.
