Rented a water slide for the 6th straight year and once again....it was a huge success!! Everyone looks forward to this day in the summer. The rental office was very helpful and responsive. The team that came for set-up was super friendly and helpful. They talked us through the entire process of setting up the foam pit and answered all our questions. The foam was lots of fun, but keep in mind the floor of the blow up gets pretty slippery. I just love Jump & Slide, myself and family been using this company for years when we have big parties for the kids. The staff their amazing. I really thought I was getting on their nerves because I kept on adding to the order and they had to type up a new order list. But Ms Jennifer D and Mr Anthony took very good care of me. The Face painting staff who was their was extraordinary and very very helpful the kids enjoyed them, I truly thank them. I recommend any one whos having a party or just want to rent different rental supplies, the place to go is Jump & Slide. Oh cant forget the VIP Porta Potty everything inside like your bathroom at home. One small thing no light. You need a waterslide? This is the company! We planned a last minute party, called them 10 times with various questions before we made a selection. Each time their customer service staff were more than happy to patiently and professionally answer each question. Their hardworking staff delivered and set up our 25’ slide on-time without a hitch. The slide itself was IMPECCABLE! Clean, well-designed and absolutely no concern about it’s safety. We’re so grateful we found Jump and Slide and highly recommend them for your next party!

It was a pleasure to work with Jump and Slide. They were more than helpful from the initial contact until the end. In planning they made great suggestions and even told me where I would be wasting my money, they took several calls from me and were able to answer every question. The team that came to set up and break down were very professional and did a great job. The attractions I rented were a huge hit at the party, and they were all high quality products. Anthony and his team are top notch. Unfortunately for them, I ask a lot of questions, but they had all the answers. During the pandemic they ensured to be disinfectant fogging all bounces and then again disinfected on delivery. The birthday cake combo was clean and worked well. Steve and Edwin, who delivered the bounce, were very nice and upbeat. I even put Steve on the spot to “explain the rules of bouncing” to our kids and he was great. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else.

The website is easy to negotiate, responses were prompt, a call was made prior to the day to arrange set up time... and the crew arrived on time the day of to set up. This company was very nice on the phone, accommodating and true to their word. I asked for the purple lightening slide only 2 hours before my party was suppose to begin, and not only did they have the slide there within an hour they were courtesy and efficient. First time hiring them for my sons bday, we ordered one of the largest slides. Guys came early on day of, we’re prompt, helpful and gave us some tips.Pick up was courteous and fast, great vendor would use them again!

I use these guys every year for a Independence day party... usually get a big water slide. This year I added a cotton candy machine. I have tried other rental places and can honestly say that with Jump and Slide Entertainment you get what you pay for... No stories or change up surprises on the day of the event (this happened with another outfit) The deployment teams show up on or ahead of time, quickly setup and after the party neatly tear down and cleanup. Quite often we get extra time at the end of the rental as well. The sales staff are very flexible if you involve them upfront with the planning. The quality of their slides has been fantastic.

The Water Slide I rented was set up the day before our party which gave my family some extra time to use it. It was then that we noticed something was wrong with one of the slides. I called the office the next morning and they had someone at my house in no time to fix the problem. Everyone from management to the guys who set up the Slide were professional and friendly. Loved Jump and Slide. They came to set up very early the day of the event. The set up was quick and seamless. They wore masks the entire time and kept a good distance. The slide was huge and amazing. I hadn’t seen my grandchildren for 6 months due to the quarantine so it was a spirited ice-breaker! The slide worked perfectly. The grandkids looooooved it! It will definitely be an annual event going forward. The best was I called them at 10:30 p.m. with a question. I left a message and they called me back in 20 minutes. I call that above-and-beyond!

Anthony, the owner, personally called me the day before to let me know of a problem he discovered and super rectified it to beyond expectation. They showed up early to deliver and they were all long term employees and were amazing. The only downside was that they pick up product at 8pm while kids were still playing but we would of used it all night.

Had the best experience! Anthony and Krystal were so great to work with. Any question I had, any change or add on I had was taken care of immediately and professionally. The bounce house was incredible and made 20+ kids (and more than a few adults) very very happy. The face painter was very nice too. We rented the “Purple Paradise” waterslide for our Saturday afternoon party. After confirming the drop off time the day before, the staff came right on time and set things up quickly and neatly. The 3 men put up the 30ft tall slide without a hitch and explained all necessary instructions clearly. The slide itself was tons of fun and was perfect for our party with ages ranging from 13 to 47. Finally when the guys came to pick up the slide, they let the kids have one more run before taking it down and hauling it away. The party was a big success thanks to Jump and Slide!!

I booked jump and slide for my grand opening event. I was given a window the night before of 9am-11am. The truck arrived at 950 am and i was greeted by friendly staff. everything was setup in about 45 min and looked perfect for my event. I would definitely recommend using jump and slide. inflatables are in perfect condition.

This is my second time using Jump and Slide and they do not disappoint. They were there early to set up, and came about an hour after the party ended to clean up. They were fast and quiet both times (it was before 9a for set up, and after 8p for clean up). They had exactly the bouncy I wanted even though we were booking with less than a week to party time. The next time we go for a bouncy we are certainly coming back to Jump and Slide!

I rented a tent with table and chairs from Jump and Slide. They were very friendly and easy to work with. The guys who set up the tent were professional and efficient. They asked exactly where I wanted it, and even adjusted it a few times, before securing it, to get it to the perfect spot.The only negative is that I encountered inconsistent information when calling their office. I called once to get a quote, when I called back, I was told a different amount for a deposit. A bad rain storm in the forecast caused me to cancel the water slide Id booked, but keep the tent. Again when I called to get information on the cancellation process I was told one thing and when I called back later, I was told something different with regards to cancellations and refunds. It all worked out in the end, but it was frustrating to get different information from different people.Overall, I would definitely rent from them again.
