It’s been a month and a half and I still haven’t even gotten word back about my device. Every time I come they are closed and never give me information over the phone. I do not recommend this shop at all.

Im currently on holiday in the US and my phone stopped working after I dropped it (and my friend may have spilt a drink on it, still waiting for him to own up). I went in hoping for best case scenario to get my photos back, I can back a few hours later to a fully working phone fixed with a new screen for only $60!Totally recommend, cool guys and a cool shop.

Great service! The owner is there and is very nice. They will let you know ahead of time price anf its fixable.

Called and was quoted a price ($75), then I wad written up a ticket for the repair (including the $75 price and the correct model). I was then told after they took it back that it was going to be $120. When I told the repair person I specifically said 6S, he says Uh, no you didnt. Not a fan of someone implying Im a liar, or changing a price after its been agreed and written up.

These guys are absolute professionals! I didnt think my phone would ever work again and they had it back and operating like new in less than 1 day. And to make it even better, they did it at a fraction of the cost of their competitors! I would refer them to any of my friends or family!

Posted this review and it was removed. Ill keep posting my honest review until it sticks. Was quoted a resonable amount for a cracked screen. Was told the working phone had water damage?? Horrible customer service. Lady had a I dont care about you attitude. You can at least pretend to be polite. Had my phone for 3 weeks with absolutely no update. I called and was told my phone was ready. I showed up and they said it was another issue. Called to see if my phone was ready a week later and she said it was a bad motherboard and could not be fixed. It worked before I even turned it in! On top of that, she wouldnt give me my phone back! This place definitely needs an update on customer service. WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS. Have some respect for your clients.

Honest they dont know what they doing and they take long time and never do the job beside they closed or moved some where else and I still have 2 computers at there place

BEWARE! They had my desktop since February for a upgrade. I would call to check on its progress & I’d always get numerous excuses the owner won’t let the manager purchase parts, call back in a couple of weeks, waiting on parts, oh someone had used the parts & they’ll have to order more, couldn’t find it, etc. After weeks of the run around I demanded my desktop returned, when they finally found it again I picked it up only to find it had been stripped clean. Nothing but an empty shell! I would not recommend this business to anyone to do any type of electronic repairs. BAD NEWS they dont even deserve a star

Avoid this place if at all possible. They replaced the screen/LCD on my iPad and within 3 weeks the new LCD had lines through it. When I brought it back to them the lady basically told me I was out of luck and would have to pay full price to get it fixed. She said unless I brought it back the next day they wouldn’t cover it under warranty. Obviously they don’t stand behind their work or their parts and they certainly don’t value their customers. After arguing with them over a week they agreed to replace the screen for cost, which was only $35 less than full price. Why should I pay for them to replace it again with the same crappy parts? I took it to their competitors on Fairmont, who price match by the way, and they told me the LCD was most likely damaged because repair “experts” didn’t straighten the frame properly during the original repair. Pay a little more for a quality job and go somewhere that values their customers and stands behind their work.

Dustin and Jose are chill, friendly dudes and provided me with quick and affordable service on my PC. I also scored a used LCD for cheap. Highly recommended

Got my ps4 fixed after the kids messed up the drive putting 3 cds inside. Took about a week because they had to order the part but now it works like new. Would recommend 10/10

My computer would not run good and these guys did a great job fixing it and removing the viruses on it. Low prices better than geek squad was going to charge me, highly recommend

I was here to get my phone fixed. Terrible customer service, this guy named Michael never even acknowledged me, just spent the entire time on the phone texting his girlfriend. Never go here. He promised that my iPhone would be fixed by Monday afternoon, It wasnt. He said he didnt have time to look at it (probably busy from ignoring customers all day). He said he could have it done by next day but that wouldnt work since i told him I was going out of town. So avoid this place he just takes your money and spends it on hairgel and sunglasses. They will NOT fix your phone. Also, it is in the absolute worst neighborhood in town, you had better not leave your doors unlocked.
