Nick was simply amazing. His attention to detail was second to none. Our requested cleaning service was not a simple one as there was a lot of wax on our wood floors, but Nick was not deterred. He was extremely experienced and professional. Nick stayed beyond the time that was scheduled to get the job done right. From what I now know, this job was intense and many others would just avoid taking this type of job on. It was intense and no guarantees of the results. Instead Nick was steadfast and only stopped when our floors looked almost brand new. Thank you so much Nick for bringing our floors back to life!

Stanley Steamer was hired to clean out air ducts, dryer vent and tile floors following interior construction and painting. On a 95°, high humidity day, they were professional, on time and extremely thorough. They offered suggestions for future optimization of AC unit and floor care and went above and beyond to protect all the new work that had been done as well as cleaning the actual vent covers! Could not be any happier. I will hire again!

I recently had my kitchen tile floor cleaned & sealed by Stanley Steamer. The 2 man service team showed up promptly and were very polite. The bad news- they were very messy. I had cleaning fluid sprayed onto my front door, dining room wood floor, and cleaning fluid dripped onto my marble floor in the foyer. Thank goodness I saw this all happen, so it could be cleaned up quickly. However, after they had left, I realized that they had also gotten my den rug wet too!! I was not happy. I should not have needed to clean up so much after a this service.

It was a very pleasant experience, the technicians were friendly and very professional. They did a great job cleaning the carpet and cleaning the grout on the bathroom floor.. I will definitely use them again for other rooms in the house.

They showed up and claimed the couch could not be cleaned. They left and We proceeded to clean it ourselves perfectly fine. 100% do not recommend. This company showed up doubting their own ability to do the vet thing the advertise doing whilst we amateurs can do it ourselves within minutes.

I’ve been using Stanley Steemer for over 20 years for carpeting, area rugs and tile floors. Won’t use anyone else. I have two small dogs that have occasional accidents in the house. Twice a year I get SS in to clean up and my rugs come out great.

They were punctual and called ahead of time to let you know they were on their way. I had Allen as the service person who explained what procedure they were going to perform and talked me into a little more than I originally asked for but I was glad I did because they did a terrific job. I couldnt be happier with the end result. I didnt shop around for prices so I cant tell you if it was a good value. All I can say is Im very pleased with their performance.

For almost $500 I was hoping my couch would’ve been cleaner. They were so professional but unfortunately my couch is not as clean as I thought it would be.

Tyrone and Dmitri did a great job. They were quick, thorough, professional, and polite & friendly. The charge ($159 for den, front entrance hall, and hallway) was reasonable. After a year accumulating dirt during the pandemic, the carpet now looks fantastic!

Awful. My carpet looks the same as it did before they performed their service. I had blue washable children’s paint that spilled on my beige carpet. The stain is still there. I am totally dissatisfied with their service. I am still waiting for a customer service manager to return my call. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Spent over $1200. The guys were there for about 2 hrs. They steamed two sofas cleaned basement carpets and sprayed kitchen floor and steamed 3 small bedrooms. The carpets work was good. The kitchen work was poor and the solution they sprayed excessively wicked the toe kicks and counter and wicked up the surface and ruined them. Im going to have to now pay a carpenter hundreds to repair. Basically a 4 room carpet clean for $1200. A colossal waste of money.

The franchisee showed up within the scheduled time. He did the absolute minimum required. He said he could not move any furniture despite that being part of the request he replied to. Her could not even move a table around within the room. I suppose in all other respects he complied with the contract terms, but I would never use him again.

Stanley steemer was just here a few days ago and honestly I would never use them again. They said they spotted the carpet and unfortunately some of the stains two days after came back. For the price I wouldn’t have service done from them again.

I have a small kitchen. White ceramic tiles have not been cleaned in 1 1/2 years due to covid and my age preventing me from moving heavy things like a water cooler Fridge and racks. Two young men came and within less than an hour & 1/2 the floor was white again. Thank you Tommy B of the Deer Park Long Island NY office!

Miracle workers, in the future I would only use them. I had ink, pet and food stains for years that I didnt think think would come out. All of them did. Price is fair. Try first before you invest in new carpet.

Added in costs for services I did not request (deodorizer of carpet $40- not requested ) Did not secure sectional back together as specifically asked to additionally did not plug back in any of the electronic wires that control recliners/headrests . Simple simple things fellas . Really disappointed - and will certainly not recommend or use them in the future .
