The guy who actually cleaned my vents was a super nice guy and completely professional. His boss (Mike, the owner of the company) on the other hand was completely rude. He tried to push extra services that may or may not be needed however I repeatedly informed him that I would like to discuss it with my husband before making a decision since it is a lot of money (of course) and yet he continued to try and pressure me by lecturing me that I have neglected them....I just bought this house so It was completely rude, untrue and disrespectful. I was appalled by the conversation with this man. He will not be getting my business.

Contacted them from an add in a circular for a promotion. Mike was nice on the phone and appreciative of the fact that I actually had the number of units, vents, and returns ready so he can quote me properly.Tech (Emil) arrived right on time, even got a text letting me know he was on his way. We went over everything and as quoted have the ok to proceed. He did a great job and was very thorough. After ducts and returns were cleaned, trunk lines were done. He found and showed me that one of the units had mold. Which we opted to go ahead and clean and remove. It was a bit more than I expected but we had the option to proceed and given that its mold chose to do so. They worked with us on pricing and provided before and after. Emil was very polite, professional, and great at explaining everything and presenting options.Im sure people have had their own experiences as other posts show, but based on my experience I would definitely recommend them, and will be doing so to people I know.

BUYER BEWARE! SCAMMERS! DO NOT TRUST!We had scheduled an estimate for duct cleanings in October 2020. Mike and Joey showed up, to their credit the ducts had never been done and they were cleaned HOWEVER, the products they DID not use were professional grade cleaners. From $300 it went to $1200 with use of antiseptic/antiviral/antimicrobial sprays, they used CLOROX, in the same stroke saying clorox only wipes away the issue does not treat.They did not clean all the ducts. They did not clean the chimney and charged separate for. Apparently Mike has a mold company, but Im sure that is illegitimate. Apparently sells weed and who knows what elseAfterwards when they left, after 2 hours of smoking pot and cigarettes in the truck, Mike texts me to hit on me. I contracted to clean and sanitize two duct runs in home for $287 +tax each. ($625+). Was told when completed I needed add’l $2300 in mold remediation on blowers that were fairly new and never had mold on previous equipment that was 10 years old. Was advised by two independent contractors this is common up sell. Worst was when my wife came home and found the entire house covered in a thick film of dust from duct cleaning! I had thought that vacuum used on ducts were picking up dust. I hadn’t realized that the amount of dust in air was to settle and leave behind a complete allergic mess! No one ever told us to cover anything or be prepared for entire house cleaning needed from work performed! This experience was totally horrendous! I set up an appointment for a crawl space estimate. Guy shows up to take pictures and measurements. At the end when I asked about the estimate, he said he doesnt do crawl spaces and the guy that does it off so they will email me the estimate the next day. I got nothing for 4 days. I called and asked, they said they will send everything to the guy who does it and will send the estimate out the next day. 3 days later still nothing. I call and they said the will have the owner handle it and it will be sent out the next day. Shockingly, they never sent me anything. I called again and the guy says, I dont know why they arent sending you anything.Even if I got the estimate and it was a great price, with all these red flags, I wouldnt use them. If they cant even do an estimate, I doubt they can do the work properly.The guy that showed up was nice and friendly, thats about all I can say good about them. I dont understand why I need to chase a company down multiple times for an estimate.

My father called this company because I saw a coupon to clean out the vents.. we were greeted and had a young man named Billy come. He was very professional, clean, and told us we needed more work done. However, he was not pushy like trying to make a sale. He just told us what it was.. We went with the extras he recommended and it was well worth it. So so so glad we called. I will be recommending to have Billy come back and will be telling friends to use this company. Just wanted to give credit where it is due.

The team was professional through the entire process, not what I have found with other contractors. Returned my calls, had all the equipment needed, respected our property, worked neatly and were on time. Answered all questions and took photos of work before and after and what they needed to do to solve some issues. They found some mold in the vents and was able to take care of that in one visit. No need for another service call. We were very pleased with the service and the friendliness of the entire team. We will also continue with a maintenance program with them. Enjoyed working with them.

I would think twice about using this company especially with what’s going on in the world today with viruses and god knows what else.I hired them to throughly clean and disinfectant my duct work. I’ve used other companies in the past that were more thorough in making sure all duct work was inspected and cleaned. The job usually took about 2 hours. And after I could see the difference.The person who came was very nice. But the way this company does business is disappointing. The technician took 40 minutes to supposedly clean and disinfect my whole system. No way!!!!!Didn’t even go into the attic to work from the duct distribution point like others. No checking of duct connections or leaks.No thorough vacuuming of each area. He claimed they use “negative pressure” to do the same job as others do with complete vacuuming. I guess they must have reinvented the whole industry and are the only company who does this. What’s next piloting the space shuttle when business is slow.They mass market their services using every possible option. To me word of mouth is the best option.I would think twice and son your research before hiring this company.

Anthony was FANTASTIC.. however.. the manager who tried to quote us a price on the phone, RUDE!!!! Tried to bully us into getting over 400 dollars of work done. Very unprofessional. Anthony was so great.. did a fantastic job cleaning the ducts.. but now I will never recommend Green pro... and I sell furniture so I deal with tons of potential customers.. and may Dad is a barber.. who also has opportunities to offer recommendations.. instead we will be sharing our terrible experiences instead.

I felt my heating vents werent working properly so I called GreenPro. They cleaned out the vents and I was surprised to see what came out, considering I was in a new condo. After they finished the vents worked so much better. The gentleman who came was nice and cleaned up after himself. When he left the only difference was the vents were working much better.

I was very impressed with the thorough job done by GreenPro Cleaning on our heating(and A/C) duct work. The mechanic took digital pictures before and after so I could see the difference this cleaning made. Worth every penny, for sure. He also cleaned our dryer duct from outside our house right up to the back of the dryer, about 15 feet! Nice job all around. I highly recommend them.

If I can give 0 stars I would. Unprofessional staff, came an hour late. Was ranting about his personal problems. Would do one vent, then walked outside for a cigarette break and talking on his phone. After an hour, he refused to wear a mask and he was discarding his candy wrappers on my floor. I asked him to leave. For the 5 vents he cleaned, he did a partial job, where he didnt clean the grills of the vents. Sad part was after he left, my wife noticed that my sons watch and cash in his wallet was gone. Unfortunately we cant prove it, but the items were present in my sons room that morning. I lodged a complaint with the owner, his answer was he is going through personal problems and was very defensive. No apology. Never again.

Showed up on time to clean our ducts and provided before and after photos. Then tried the same thing regarding mold in the attic unit as others whove previously provided reviews have noted as well. They tried to pressure sell us by giving an estimate of $1650 but theyd discount it to $1350 if I committed right then and there with a deposit. I declined because I wanted another opinion. I got that opinion today, the day after GreenPro came. The technician laughed at the mold contention and said its mildew at best and all units get mildew in an attic because its a cold and dark place. The only way Id recommend this company is if you want them to clean your ducts, but kick them out immediately after. Other than that, do not use them.

Workman shoed up time and worked for 8 solid hours cleaning and disinfecting our dict system which was 30 years old. He worked very hard showed me pictures all the way and charged me only what they said they would even when the job was so extensive. They even took all the vent covers to the shop cleaned and painted them and brought them back in a timely manner and rehung them all. Very satisfied.

I called them because I had mold building up on the interior of my Split-System handler A/C system.The fan wheel had so much build up. I imagine from it taking out the humidity and than shutting it down at night.The service man put plastic under the unit so nothing could get on floor walls or any other place. He than used a spray and a small brush to remove all that mold and build up.He did a great job of cleaning it. I would recommend them for any problems you have.What I do now is prior to shutting the unit down at night. I just run the fan to dry all the interior parts of the unit. It works great that way. I haven’t had to call them again. If I did, I would use them again. Great Job.

Worst customer service I’ve ever came across. Not licensed and broke our AC handler unit in our attic. Big waste of money of the past two years, rip off just like your chimney service people.

Greenpro did a good job cleaning the ducts (the guy was great and the before and after pictures sure showed an improvement) but the owner or manager (Tom?) tried to up-sell us on a complete cleaning of the attic air handler (which, of course, the homeowner rarely goes up to inspect) claiming it was extremely dirty and with lots of toxic mold growing. His initial estimate was about $1,700 but, since they were there already and had the last days of a summer special happening, we could get the job done for $1,400. Then, after expressing my concern and interest in having a second opinion, the price dropped to $1,100. I declined, suspecting something fishy. The guy continued with ‘you sure you want to wait and have toxic spurs infecting your house...if I have to send someone back, the special pricing promotion will have ended’. I declined again. He wasn’t happy.I called our home energy contractor, had them take a look and, as you can imagine after reading this so far, they said the coil was just a little dirty and that there was no sign of any mold.Buyer beware of special pricing on duct cleaning.

We just moved into our house and had lots of work done so ahead of the winter we wanted to clean the ducts. Greenpro uses organic products so it put my mind at ease with a newborn in the house. Stanley was the tech that did the job. He was thorough and moved pretty quickly through the house. He helped my husband move the furniture from the wall. He even brought his own boot covers which I really appreciated since he would be walking through the bedrooms. Stanley was able to explain what he was doing as well as provide recommendations to us to ensure our boiler runs most efficiently. I will definitely use this company again as it was a great experience.

I would give Greenpro zero stars . We had a service call to clean our vents and dryer vent. The service man never connected the dryer vent correctly and failed to inform us that he did not know how to . The dryer lint was building up due to his lack of completing the job correctly. We could of had a huge fire and lost everything . Do not use them . They are incompetent!!

I hired to get my AC ducts cleaning but the guy was checking air condition unit for infection fungus molds and God know what else. When I told him the AC is brand new and is under warranty, he did not like, called mike who will not let it go was asking for $3500. I had to come home from my job because it was difficult for my wife to handle. I had to threat that its my home so please leave otherwise I have to call police. Will not recommend at all. Greedy guys.

I found Green Pro Cleaning and Restoration to be very professional. I was able to get an estimate over the phone and an appointment for duct cleaning a day later. The final cost of the cleaning actually came out less than what I was originally quoted. Stanley the Tech was very nice and professional. He made sure he wore covers over his shoes around the house and was took pics of all the vents to show what was completed.

I made an appointment with Green Pro to clean my dryer vent and air vent. Out of nowhere he dissects my heating system. Tells me it is too dusty, there are scales on the sides of the system, and mold on the inside. He also trash talked Service Pro who does the upkeep on my heater. I thought this was very unprofessional. He charged us almost 1,000 guaranteeing a noticeable difference in air quality and heating bill. We notice no difference in our bill or our quality of air. Shame on me for letting him talk me into his scam.

I had service call scheduled for this afternoon. The technician never showed up. When I called to find out what happened, I was told they called my cell and home number this morning to let me know they wouldnt be here. When I asked their representative why he didnt leave a message, I was yelled at told not to talk to him like he was my son. I was not yelling nor was I condescending, I simply didnt understand why they never showed up and why they never left a message. No apology was offered. Rude and highly unprofessional.

Duct cleaning was a service we knew nothing about and were unsure of who to use but something we were long overdue to get done. GreenPro did a great job were in and out in a couple of hours and reasonably priced. Our house is cleaner, less dust and less allergy issues. Will definitely use them again.

I used this company to clean out my dryer vent. The technician broke my dryer. I didn’t realize it until I replaced the part that he swore he DIDN´T break. I have been trying to get my money back from the company. I spoke to Nick several times and he continually promises that the owner will call me back. Apparently he can´t help me. Left three messages for the owner....no return call. Save your money and Do Not Use This Company! I am so sorry I did! I only gave it a star because I couldn’t post my review without a star. In reality they don´t deserve any stars.

I initially contacted GreenPro to clean my A/C ducts. Their pricing seemed very reasonable. As part of the service they went up into my attic where my air handler was located. They discovered mold all over the unit, quite normal from moisture accumulation and years of neglect. I was only too happy to employ their skills to totally get rid of the problem. The before (scary) and after photos were a testament to their skills. We were very pleased with their services.

Would not recommend. Be prepared for the attempt at an upsale for much more than their advertised cleaning.Required 3 appointments to get basic cleaning. Initial cleaning lasted 2.5 hours and after completed I checked vents to find out they were not cleaned. I took pictures of after cleaning that looked like a before photo. Brush was never pushed in past first elbow ( about 2 feet ) no damper preventing cleaning, just laziness. Vacuum did not leave the front room for vents in rear.If you do choose to roll the dice, I highly recommend standing over tech to make sure hose is entirely entered into vent and cleaning is done to your satisfaction. Also, find a fiber optic camera to check on their work.

This company is a sham/scam. They advertise that each vent will be removed and cleaned, BS. They go around and shoot air into each vent while sucking from the main trunk line.More importantly the service rep comes up with recommendations on how to improve your system when he looks at your air handler. This is actually funny!! I told the rep to have the office email me the recommendations and Id review them and if I decided to go forward I would call them at a later date. When hes about to rap up he calls the office and is speaking with the owner explaining what he recommends. After some dialogue he hands me the phone and tells me to speak to them. The (owner) tries to strong arm you into going with the recommendations now. He even went as far as to say so your going to leave your system dirty. Real tool bag.This company is totally unprofessional. Ive never experienced such bad customer service and dishonesty in my life.

I have been using Greenpro for a few years now to clean our dryer duct. We had an issue back in 12/18 that our old dryer was not drying anymore. We had a cleaning done at that time from Greenpro but it did not solve our problem so we purchased a new dryer. The new dryer was working fine but we were getting an error code that there was an 80% blockage. We called PC Richards which we had a service contract with for the new dryer and they determined the problem was not the dryer. We called Greenpro and even though 5 to 6 months has passed since our cleaning they said they would come look at it no charge. Greenpro had to go into our attic of our Condo which is not an easy task and cleaned our duct from the roof end of the duct. There was a blockage and Greenpro cleared it and now we do not get the error code anymore. Greenpro did the right thing by us and found the blockage so we can sleep at night. I highly recommend them.

They do not care about their customers or employees only how much they can fit in their pockets they charge almost $200 for antimicrobial which is only a few bucks online anybody can order it and do it them selves. The machines they use barely vacuums anything up doesn’t even get down each duct all the way the trick is to spray a little water down the vent or wet the bush for a nice after picture. If this moron talked to my mother or wife the way he does customers when refused additional work that cost an unbelievable amount of money he would be having a nice visit from me with the police. Please stay away from this moron.

Today, August 17th 2015, Green Pro came to my house to clean my air conditioner ducts. They arrived on time and I was greeted by Mike and Paul who were courteous and respectful. Mike assessed the situation and discovered mold in my main lines and suggested I get them cleaned because this unhealthy air was being circulated throughout my house every time the unit functioned.Before doing any work Mike explained everything to me to make sure I was aware of what needed to be done. So that I would have a good understanding of his concern, he showed me and took pictures of the infected areas. It was obvious the unit was neglected and my family was being placed in an unhealthy environment which is clearly unacceptable.My experience with I would certainly was very positive and would highly recommend them if you need to get your air ducts cleaned. At no time did I feel I was being taken advantage of because Mike was upfront and honest and always handled himself in a very professional manner.Green Pro worked for me and gets a five star rating.

I called the GreenPro office and spoke with the owner about a problem that I thought was related to my service that was done on June 29, 2015 on August 3rd. I did not get his name. They cleaned my ducts so I cant say that they were negligent in that duty. I wasnt even bothered about the dust that was left all over the house and how they didnt place all the screws back into the vents. However their customer service is appalling. I was accused of making a fraudulent claim (because I waited too long to call him about an issue), and being negligent as a homeowner because my air conditioning hadnt been serviced in two years. On June 29th, his rep made several recommendations that totaled $1500. I refused because I could not afford to have all that work done, and Andreas, the rep, did not tell me that any of the services could be done a la carte. When I told the owner this, he said most people understand what an itemized form means, even though is rep did not verbally explain it to me. The owner, would only talk over me and tell me about how great they are. Every time I started a sentence he started to talk over me before I could finish, raised his voice at me, called me dishonest, and accused me of treating him like a child, and called my behavior childish. However, he was the one who was yelling and insulting and I only yelled back when I couldnt take it anymore.

We had them here for a cleaning but they found mold the service tec gave us our choices didnt push gave us the information we need to make the right choice removed the mold and installed some sorta light to help keep the mold from coming back recommended a filter we could wash instead of of the paper filters which not only was better financially but workes better and at the end we found everthing reasonableJG

The people at GreenPro are very unprofessional and run their business like a mom & pop shop.Their employee, Charles came to clean my vents, and I had to ask him to put covers over his dirty boots. He did a shoddy cleaning job and I called and complained to Mark after I saw dust flying in the air and on my vent covers. He was sent back to my house, although I requested someone else. He returned very angry and talked to me disrespectfully and I asked him to leave. I emailed Mark about this incident and Mike, the president responded with an apology and offered to refund my money. I agreed to the refund so that I could get the vents cleaning finished, and of course, I never received it. This is customer service?

DO NOT use this company! Should have read all the bad reviews first because all what is written is exactly what happened to us! Saw their ad in the local paper, a $148. air cond. vent & dryer hose cleaning job turned into a 1600. job. Yup, we were scammed! Cleaning, sanitizing, new reuseable filter, UV light, the works. And of course, the technician told us about the mold we were breathing in, in front of my perfect audience of house guests including 2 toddlers. At least when he left, we felt our air was pure., but there were trails of dust left on the beds/floors because no drop clothes were used! But, the real trouble started a week later when the air handler was leaking all over & outside the 2nd drip pan through the ceiling below damaging lights and brand new ceiling. Called Michael, the owner, and he suggested I call an air conditioner company, which I did. This man discovered that the main drain had been clogged. Apparently this was done when Green Pro tech did the cleaning in air handler as there were no leaks before. When I called Michael to explain this, he got very defensive and said he did not cause the problem, that my unit was disgusting, filthy and filled with mold and it was not his fault that I did not properly maintain my unit. I tried to explain to him, that although my unit was dusty with some mold, the air handler did not drip as much or leak into my ceiling as it did after his technician did the work. He then started yelling at me, would not let me speak and he finally yelled, That I have some nerve asking him to be responsible for my damages. He was rude, unprofessional and his technician, Paul was negligent, although he happened to be a really nice guy. Not sure how he got stuck working for this guy. After reading all the bad reviews, I am sure they have NO repeat business. Wonder how this guy can even stay in business, Wow!

My wife was getting very bad allergies.we went to the doctor and the doctor said she has a bad head cold.two weeks went by and still very sick.my neighbor Todd Zuckerberg told me that I should have my a/c vents clean.I said whats that and he said that green pro just cleaned his vents because he has pets.we got the vents cleaned and she is alot better idk if it was because of the cleaning or peace of mind.either way thanks Mike l
