This place did not disappoint me. Tatiana first of all is the best! She made me feel very comfortable, she’s so friendly and sweet, and definitely did a great job on my Brazilian wax!!! Wish I wasn’t moving out of state because she would’ve been my go to every time! Overall, the place is clean, the staff was great and was able and willing to solve an issue I was having with my account and reassured everything was taken care of after I left. Thanks for a great experience!

Erin is great at her job! She’s very kind, very quick, very knowledgeable. The experience as a whole was fantastic. Getting a Brazilian - finding someone who can do it well and isn’t afraid to pull hair from that area of your body has taken me 4 years! There wax they use feels amazing on your skin and comes off very easily. It’s great quality. They make sure to put powder on your skin before the wax and use hair removal serum after the hair is pulled. I highly recommend Erin and I highly recommend the Dedham location.

Ewc is always awesome. Tatiana is my current wax person and she is amazing! I have had other wax ladies there too and they are amazing as well. I love the details and I especially like how Tatiana shapes my eyebrows. She knows how to do them to go with my face shape. Cant wait to go back soon!

I went here for the first time to get a Brazilian wax. first of, new clients get 50% off their first time. The brazilian wax is $63, I payed $31. at the checkout the lady DEMANDED i left a 20% tip, so i said alright it’s only $6 BECAUSE I PAYED 31. But no, she charged 20% off the original price which was not what i payed. So at the end i payed more than what i had in mind.The tio should’ve been 20% off 31, not 63. So i left a huge tip for a bad service, when i got home there was leftover wax on me and mu underware stuck to me. terrible not returning.

I believe its my third time doing wax in the Dedham location and my previous experiences were better than the one I had today. As soon as I went to the bathroom at my house, I noticed some hair that was not removed, both in front and in the back.

Samantha is amazing! Professional she has a great eye for detail! My skin was extremely soft and I didn’t have to peel off extra wax once I got home!

I been coming to this locations for the longest time. Today is the first day I experience bad service. She asked me if I like my Brazilian hair all off I told her yes. As soon as I get home I checked the was a lot of hair left, and im mad about the fact I gave her a good amount of tip.

Turns out they have a 9 minute late policy and I had the apparent nerve of being 10 minutes late having gotten lost trying to find it. The girl at the front desk was very rude about it and was not interested in making anything work. Definitely wont be coming back here

I had an excellent experience with Grace at European Wax Center in Dedham, Ma. She was so polite and friendly she talked me through all of my waxing making me feel relaxed and calm. It was so painless that I made my next appointment before I left. I’ve never done that at any other waxing place. This center is CLEAN WITH ALL OF THEIR TOOLS. They NEVER reuse the same stick twice, nor do they re-dip the stick into the wax like most other places.If your ever in need of any waxing services, please call European Wax Center and let them know April referred you. My go to place for hair removal. Love that they use bees wax which acts as a removal strip, and most important, they dont double dip the sticks.

I had a pretty bad experience at this location. The lady rushed and did not do a good job. She told me she was over booked and needed to hurry up. She did not give me a good 1zt impression on this location and I will not be back there.

Unlike their Brockton location, this location has been excellent. Honest and great service. I will not give EWC my money anymore due to issues with the Brockton location but if you must EWC, this is the one to go to.

I have been going to the Dedham location for a little over 2 years now and I love it. Ive had work done by most of the ladies but Michelle is by far my favorite.

Just had my eyebrows waxed here for the first time. I took advantage of the free wax for new customers and honestly I wish I had done it sooner. The lovely lady who waxed my brows was Jessica and she was very understanding about how my previous waxer (from another salon in Dedham) had waxed them very thin and I was nervous about that happening again. She understood and promised she would be very conservative and check in with me. First she cleaned up the strays and asked me if I was happy with the thickness that remained, which I was. So she tweezed a few remaining strays and we discussed letting the tail of my brow finish growing out. She was awesome and my brows came out exactly the way I wanted!As for European Wax Center itself, the receptionist was super nice and booking the appointment was very easy. My appointment started on time and they arent pushy with upselling or specials or anything like that.As for the wax they use, its a hard wax, so its strip-less and its also proprietary. I barely felt it and Im not just saying that.

I saw Sandra for a full leg, bikini and butt. I am extremely dissatisfied and shocked she allowed me to leave the salon in the condition that she did. I have an abundance of corse hair that grows in different directions, I have been waxing on and off for seven years and never have I been more unpleased. When making my appointment it was understood that I was new to the Dedham location. I specifically requested someone with more experience because of my type of hair. I am left with patches of hair all over, and I am off to vacation tomorrow in an unacceptable condition. I was with Sandra for about an hour and fifteen minutes. About an hour goes by and Sandra got a phone call, stopped what she was doing immediately and said that she would be right back. When she returned I think Sandra realized she was running out of time with a lot more work to get done. She did not speak to me again within those fifteen-twenty minutes as she was rushing to finish her job. She was in such a rush that I was in great discomfort. She did not check in to see how I was doing once. Not to mention I was in more pain then I have ever been the day after the appointment because she applied and ripped off hot wax in the same areas on my legs multiple times, how she missed so much of my hair I have no idea. When she completely ran out of time she gave me a talk about how I need to come in more often, my hair was too overgrown and that I need to hydrate and exfoliate my skin, she was irritated. I understand that some of the hair on my legs was too short to be pulled out, this I am not complaining about. I was left with hair long enough to be pulled out in multiple areas from the bottom of my legs to under my butt and on my butt. Sandras mini speech to me when she was finished was to excuse her poor execution. I was rushed out of her room, not having enough time to see what an awful job she did. I do not recommend making an appointment at the European wax center in Dedham to see Sandra if you have an abundance of coarse hair. If I could have left zero stars or half a star I would have, I am extremely upset with Sandras execution.

So I was seen at EWC within the past few days. I have to say I was pretty happy with my service however what I was not happy with was the way the esthetician spoke to me. She spoke to me as if I was one of her GFs sitting next to her on a bar stool. I am no prude by all means I can cuss with the best of them but not with a client I just meet for the 1st time not cool . I am not going to mention a name because I hope if these reviews are read the whole team at EWC will learn a lesson from this.Sorry EWC you lost a client
