The staff are friendly & helpful. The Soul Outside set-up in the garage is really wonderful - great cross-breeze. Inside, the bathroom is larger than some other locations which helps with lines.

Exercise chain at the legacy place in Dedham. Spin class is fun and intereactive. Worth a try.

I absolutely love soul cycle, and the crew here is phenomenal. Annie and Ryan are my go to trainers as a beginner. They are encouraging without “barking” at the class the entire time. Their positivity and selection of music make me want to do my best in each class.By far, this is the only workout I’ve been motivated to keep up with. It is pricey ($30 a class) but I promise it’s worth it.
