Ive been going here for manicures for several months and have been happy every time. They do fantastic work, the shop is clean, and they make you feel welcome. Huge selection of colors to choose from. Jenny is awesome at nail art and can do pretty much anything the customer asks. She will even offer suggestions if youre not sure what you want. Great place to go for some me time!

Im not from around here. I went to t&n and they were fabulous! I had both my kids with me and they did not mind how loud 1 was being. My nails look great. I would recommend this salon. 👌

Went and received a hot stone pedicure and a full set, from T & N nails before my trip to Disney. The man that did my pedi, took a huge chunk of skin out of my big toe as he was clipping an “ingrown toenail” that I had. Well, I wasted money on the pedi and my trip. It became so infected that I could barely walk and it kept me from fully enjoying my experience at Disney. I live 30 minutes away from this place and they made me come back in to give me a cash refund. The man that did my pedi lied and said that he didn’t give me a hot stone massage, so that way they wouldn’t have to give me back the $38 that I spent. The lady that was “helping” me, laughed at me and the situation the whole time and kept rolling her eyes. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

I’ve only had my nails done for 3 days 3 DAYS and my thumb acrylic nail broke in half and the young man that did my nails did it really ruff and not easy ans was very disrespectful when I had my child on my lap telling me not move when I wasn’t at all some last took my daughter for me so he would stop being rude to me then he messed up two of nails then I go in later with my cousins and he’s getting his feet done while there are other customers waiting for the nails or feet to get done and I asked for coffin shape and they are way thicker then coffin nails should be and very uneven all together a horrible service!

Staff was very friendly and courteous. My nail tech was very careful, talkative, professional, and paid close attention to fine details. I asked for a specific nail art and she matched it with 98% accuracy. I, highly, recommend this nail salon.

I had recieved a gift card for Valentines Day 2020. Due to the pandemic I hadnt used all of. So I went in to have a pedicure done and use what was left on my giftcard, THAT had already been paid for. They didnt want to recognize it because it had already been a year since being purchased. I dont think this is very good business, the services were already paid for yet they didnt want to recognize it cause it had already been a year. They didnt even want to put in consideration that this was purchased during the pandemic. When I mentioned that they laughed and said that is over with. I will not be going back here again. And wouldnt recommended buying gift cards especially here!

Pedicure was fine but when they did my nails, they didnt do it right. My sister and I both had cat eye nail polish and she has it and I dont.

The one guy put on my one nail completely side ways, and when I told him that it was side ways he told me that’s the way my nail is, so I asked him to redo it but its still crooked even after he did it, my nails are also bumpy, I had a refill on my nails besides one of my nails came off & thats the crooked one he put on. We’ve been here before yet it’s still the same. My mom wasn’t satisfied with her nails either, I was pretty upset about it, my nails looked pretty good before he touched them. Now they’re all messed up!!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend this salon to go to.

Terrible will never go back and will not recommend for anyone ... The younger kid took 2 chunks of skin out and was ripping my nails... Didnt get what I asked for and the lady was on her Facebook looking up someone that had just left with customers sitting in chairs .. These ppl are just plain rude and inexperienced

The older man who works here rushed through my nails and didnt even stick them on correctly so not even a week and there falling off. Made me pay 44$ for nails that arent lasting. Idk why It was 44 cause everyone else is saying they only played about 30.

My friend and I had a appointment at 4pm sat down for 30 minutes or so never was waited on and people who came in after us with appointments made for 4:45pm were waited on before us. We ended up walking out. Will never be back here.

The first time I went there I had asked for my nails to be rainbow, the first time they done them wasnt how I wanted them but they wasnt horrible. The next day after I woke up I noticed the polish was chipping off I called and told them what was going on they had me come in right and they fixed them. Everyone was super nice about it. Very clean place, I love taking my daughter!!

Googled nail salons in Maui for my wedding day Manicure and found T & N Nails. I couldnt have picked a more perfect place. Very quiet and Zen like. Small and cozy... Oversized chairs to relax in and very soothing music. T & N Nails are the bomb. Excellent technicians. Some of the nicest people I met on this trip... I will be looking them up at my next trip to Maui. You wont be disappointed.

I am very impressed with this store. I was looking for one near my new apartment and they had another customer. I arrived on a Wednesday. They are relatively busy, but may still be suitable for me, and very kind about it, but I still recommend booking an appointment. The nail tech is very kind and adapts to what I ask and gives me a nice gel nail in a short amount of time. I am very impressed and excited! The salon is clean and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would recommend this salon to all my friends!

This is the best salon in Decatur! They have the coolest staff! So chill and fun. They take good care of you and do great job on your nails! I was very relaxing and got my pedicure done. I am traveling to Decatur and desperately need a toenail.I have called this place and it is very easy to set up a visit and come here. This salon is welcoming, clean and spacious.The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. Everything is great and I will definitely come back next time Im in Decatur. Nikki, the owner of T&N Nails is the best NAIL OF ALL! I have only been with her since 2009, lost her several years due to the move, but have found her today!I convinced her that the only qualified manicure technology that could do great acrylic manicure in all the southern states combined!If you want great nails, look no further! It doesnt matter where you live! Trust me, shes worth 2 hours driving!I advised all my friends to come here.

Nikki is the BEST !!! I went with her over 3 years and I won with anyone else. Her store is always clean and comfortable and everyone who works for her does very well. Very clean and most of the customers are walk-ins. They are always very accommodating. Personally, I recommend the pedicure. Its amazing! They were also able to replace my missing toenail. It looked great!

I have been to T & N Nails for 3 years and it is a wonderful experience every time! The spa was clean and tidy, the girls did very well and everyone was very friendly, especially the receptionist. I’ve been to many salons in many states! Out of all the Salons I’ve been going to, this is by far my favorite! Nikki is super sweet! Gives you exactly what you want! And doesn’t rush her job! My nails are always on point! And I get tons of compliments everywhere I go! They last! They don’t lift, bubble or break, I love going in to see her, she’s personable and will have you laughing the whole time! It’s always clean and the music is on point! I’ve been here lots of times and every time I’ve asked for a coffin shape and they just couldn’t make it even on both hands. I always brushed it off and came back. It happened again and again and I thought since it’s the only decent place in town I’d try it one more time. I came back after a few more times with still a few uneven nails and this last time my left hand had nails that were short and chunky compared to my long and thin nails on my right hand. I asked the guy to take my nails off and he raised his voice at me saying he was going to double charge me for his mistake and he continued to say my nail beds were the issue. I ended up getting both hands taken off and I still had to pay $20 for his mistake. Will never go there again.

I usually bring my daughter in the tow and get a manicure set. They are so sweet and professional. After a few weeks, my nails are long and healthy. This is my *new* favorite nail salon and def recommend!

I had a great mani-pedi this morning, and wanted to add my voice to those who recommend T & N Nails. I was fortunate enough to get a walk-in appointment first thing, but they seemed quite busy, so I recommend calling ahead for appointments. I met several of the service providers, all of whom were friendly and welcoming--they have achieved the perfect balance between personable and professional client service. All in all, a very pleasurable experience.

Same in today (Saturday) to have them fix my nail expecting to have to pay!! She is sweet and has great attention to detail. And excellent with customer service. Ill be back for SURE!!!

I really enjoy this nail salon. Everytime i go my nails always look amazing. I ask for some crazy stuff sometimes and im never disappointed. They are always very nice when me n my mom go. I went in today with some jacked up nails from another salon, he fixed what was messed up and remembered exactly how i liked my nails from a previous visit. My latest design. Super happy with the out come, and the price matches the service! Even recommend to my family members from out of state and the enjoyed them as well.

My nail tech was on the phone 3 different times before he even finished putting my nails on. Was on the phone when cutting them, made them too short. When he finally got off the phone and I asked if he could redo them, that I wasn’t happy with the length he said “it’s too late.” Then he was on the phone 5 more times before my nails were done. I understand answering the company phone, which happened once, but the rest of the times was his personal cell phone. Unprofessional and I won’t go back.

T & N Nails is hidden on Lipoa---offering a quiet, relaxing, and friendly place to unwind. I have been a happy client for seven years and wouldnt go anywhere else. Teri gives an extremely prodessional pedicure, complete with muscle rub. For a few dollars more you can have a paraffin dip. Her expertise and attention to detail are consistent and obvious. They accommodate last minute requests, and are open until 6pm for pau hana. The place is spotlessly clean and always welcoming.

I love T&N nails, and I’ve never had a problem with them but yesterday was my worst experience yet. The guy who did my nails completely rushed through the whole process, and if you see my nails now you’d completely understand what I’m talking about. He began to cut the nails, and I asked him if he could make them shorter. He said they’ll be shorter when he filed them down. Little did I know that they wouldn’t be shorter like I specifically asked. One of the nails is completely put on crooked, and it looks as if he painted part of my real nail so I wouldn’t notice. (It’s very obvious how slanted this nail is🙄) Like I said I’ve never had problems with T&N, but this guy completely rushed through the whole process of doing shelaic acrylics, and didn’t try at all.

DO NOT GO TO TN NAILS TO GET YOUR ACRYLICS REMOVED. The dude didnt even know what he was doing. He did not soak my nails at all before using a tool to pull off my acrylics. He DUG at my real nails. My nail immediately starting gushing blood (first and third picture) I can literally pull my real nail away from my skin but I am in panic mode right now and do not know what to do. He wasnt even paying attention to what was my real nail or fake nail (second picture) and one wrong move my whole nail will be off of ANOTHER finger. I am livid😡 and bleeding and never getting my nails done here again.

Had an appointment at 7:15 got there at 7:10 and was helped immediately. I got the worst shellac manicure ever. My manicure that is supposed to be thick and strong is paper thin and poorly done. 10 minutes before closing they were all opening beers and drinking/snacking with a few of the obviously regular customers. Hate how they treat regulars with more superiority than newbies. Very unprofessional and will not be going back.
