Got my nails done last week and my TOE nails are breaking. She filed my nails soo low that it’s weak. Never experienced that!

I love the service. This was my second time going. I got a color change on the toes and fill-in on the finger nails. It was quick! I will be back in three weeks for my fill-in.

I got my lashes done n she did so good n she even kept drying my eyes with a qtip bc my eyes were watering up the entire time. Thats great customer service

Cindy is THE BEST!!!! When you go, be prepared to wait because shes the only one who does eyelashes and eyebrows so theres a lot of stop and go but its worth it!!!

Johnnie is the best hes done my nails for the past 1 1/2. Stephanie and the older lady are the only ones I will allow to do my pedicures they both do amazing work. The best day to go get any services are mondays your normally in and out.

Beware!! This is not the nail shop for you if you want to be treated as a respectful human being and not a dollar sign. I have frequented Especially Nails for almost 20 years which means I have spent a lot of dollars and cents here. I have seen technicians come and go and also customers. The main reason why this is and why I will not be returning is because of the Head technician that acts as the Lead supervisor...Cindy. She is rude and should not be in charge because she continues to run the business right back out the door. She has horrible customer service skills. I only continued to go here because of her husband, Tony. Tony is a breath of fresh air, great customer service skills, and he does great with your nails. Not only is Cindy rude but she is horrible when it comes to nails, eyebrows, and lashes. She rushes with everything because she is so busy watching others her work is sloppy. Your nail polish will chip quickly, your eyebrows will be uneven, and your lashes will not last. I did not want her to touch me because her work was not quality. I started going to another facility to get my brows done; someone worth paying. Last Saturday was it for me because she told me I dont come enough, I should come every two weeks and Im the reason why they cant pay bills around there. You probably cant pay bills Cindy because you are unprofessional and should take classes on how to treat your customers. You have plenty of competition out here. Good customer service is key for me first! I almost forgot to tell you if you dont come every two weeks they start upcharging you extra just to get some more money. After coming here for 20 years and giving you referrals why in the hell are you charging me 6 extra dollars just because I come every 4 weeks to get simple gel on my nails. This place is a joke. I will not be back! And I left my shoes there by mistake but dont think I didnt remember. I was going to throw them in the trash anyway so I left them in the right spot. Wish I could have given 0 stars.

Dishonest Business Practice 🤬careful paying for your purchase with your debit/credit cards at this salon! I just confirmed with my bank that this nail salon took an additional $6.00 for a tip when I already paid for the service and tip. When I asked them face to face about it, I was lied to. The bank told me that they only take what the merchant manually gives them to take, period! I watch all of the coins I spend. Be aware!!!** Updated Response 12/26/20 **This purchase was made with my bank debit card, therefore there werent any additional fees associated with this purchase/service! This definitely was the fault of the business, I checked and double checked with my bank several times.

I have been going here for almost a year now and I LOVE JHONNIE!!!! He is the absolute best at doing my nails! I also get my feet done there as well and the older Lady is AMAZING!! They get busy like any other salon but they are the BEST!! Go to them!! I highly recommend it!!

Will NEVER come back here..... I came here at 3:30 and found that Cindy was the only nail tech doing fingernails. All the other staff were doing toes. I waited 3 hours while she worked frantically on other clients. She finally called her brother Johnnie to come in and help. It took him an hour to arrive. I was actually excited because Id heard Johnnie was a great nail tech, but he rushed my nails and did them so sloppy that I was left seriously disappointed. My nails look the worst of any full set Ive ever gotten..... The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because Cindy and Johnnie were very sweet and apologized a thousand times for my extremely long wait (I left at 7pm!.... almost 4 hours after I arrived! )....but I will never come back to Especially Nails

Ive received salon services from the friendly staff at Especially Nails/Snapfinger Rd. for the past 3 or 4 years. Theyve consistently maintained a clean and safe environment and are excellent members of our business community.You can expect to receive prompt service. The staff is well trained and caring. If you have a concern, the owners are willing to listen and correct your issues. One warning, this salon has become a very popular nail shop, so expect to wait on Friday evenings and Saturday - - theyre just that good at what they do.

HORRIBLE NAIL SALON. Do not come here if you are looking for professional nail services. They take a long time to assist their customers, and pretty much held me hostage when I told them I did not like the work they did. They ruined my pedicure the first time and had to have the polish removed and redone, and also had the same thing happen with my manicure.

Especially Nail on Wesley Chapel needs to get rid of Cindy or Close down. Cindy unprofessionally, rude and disrespectful. My first time and last visit 01/03/2020 went for eyebrows and lashes. I ended up in the hospital placed on Steroids for a week, it’s been 2weeks my eyes lids are still bumped up, I look a mess. My eyes swelled so bad she had cuts all in my eye lids, who use Hot Wax, Razor Blade, Tweezers, hair glue & hair dye on a person eye lashes Cindy do. While getting smart with clients. Messed my face up lied to me about giving money back got there she gave half my money back. We had a big blow out in front of other clients to get my money, had paid 110.00 for service. she is not a professional Eyebrow/ Eye lashes Technician . I wish I can post my pictures long deep cuts in my eyes

Cindy and staff are awesome! Need a person dedicated to eyebrows and eyelashes to free up Cindy who oftentimes stop doing my nails to do eyebrows, which extends my visit (annoying), but as a former nail tech, I simply love her work. Tried others but always end up right back here.UPDATE: Ive been going here for years but due to COVID, hadnt been in a while. Needed a full set and was surprised by the cost of it. No prices are posted, which is probably unethical but certainly not good business practice. Cindy was rushing as usual and I wasnt pleased with the the outcome, which is usually good. Need a fill in but am contemplating if Ill take that drive. Got on here today so I can call about pricing but since theyre closed, wrote a review instead.

Great customer service love my nails I saw Tony he took his time did a great job. Cindy did my brows perfectly will be making this my new spot.

2 stars because the owner is very nice. However, the polish started peeling, as soon as it dried. I do typically get gel polish, but I think its ridiculous that the gel up charge is the same price as the basic service, when we all know that polish isnt $15 for the ENTIRE bottle. I included proof that the service was indeed today.
