This shop claims to do repairs on major brands, but really do not. Refused to work on my mower because they claimed parts were sometimes hard to get. Lame excuse because parts are readily available direct from the mfg or via internet. Not knowledgeable and disinterested in helping.

Great work on tuning up my mower and fixing a wiring problem. I was very impressed with the fast turn around time (1 to 2 days) and communication with me about pick up and return time. I highly recommend this business.

Called yesterday to get a replacement part for our Stihl backpack blower. Very friendly and courteous sales lady took care of us and ordered for us right over the phone! Very pleased with the entire experience!! We will most definitely be back for more purchases in the near future!

Great place for small engine equipment. Very knowledgeable, large selection of Echo, Still and Shindawa tools. Robin is always a pleasure to work with. They sharpen saw blades, chain, and everything else.

Took my chain saw in with a problem they said they would check it out got back with me a couple days later problem solved .

GREAT Service!

I will never do business again with SURE SHARP in Decatur. I went in there to pick up a tiller my husband took in there for warranty work. It didnt end up being warranty work so it cost a little over $60. Ok I am fine with that...but they did not call him to tell him it was not warranty work to let him know there would be a charge like he asked them to do. This tiller was purchased there for $500 so it was not cheap, nothing there is. So you would think they would be a little nicer to their customers...they, as in the 2 people who were working the counter, were extremely rude to me, my daughter (who just asked about their cat) and all the other customers there to give them business. After this experience I will not be going back in there and neither will my husband.

Nice looking facility and they are happy to take your money; If there is a problem though they have no interest in fixing it even if they created said problem. I’ve taken my business elsewhere and I suggest you save yourself the trouble by not shopping there in the first place.
