They have a big selection of everything you need and they love veterans and the military
Great customer service but overpriced truck rental. Plus you cant drop off the truck at other Home Depot locations. You have to take it back to the one you rented it from. Was a real pain in the butt and a total waste of my time, money and gas. Convenient, friendly and quick process getting the vehicle but will most likely not use them again for that service.
Great experience today everyone was very helpful...
Inventory is fair. Store stays in out of stock condition for a large number of items, shelves are fronted and filled with stock to make merchandise look full instead of packing down or ordering correctly. A few helpful associates, most have made customer avoidance an art. Have been in most of the metro and north Hds and several in Florida;. This seems to be the trend since Frank Blakes retirement. Merchandising, Tool Rental and Customer Service are headed back to the no offence to you, Bob Nardelli days of Home Depot. Somebody needs to get the boss back out of retirement.
This particular location has by far THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. The associates constantly act as if youre a burden when asking for assistance, and their Penske dept is atrocious. This entire store needs another thorough training course on how to treat their customers.
Will charge you $75 if you return yard equipment cleaner than when you rented it. Take pictures before, or just dont rent from here.
Just went to this place trying to rent two brush hogs. I wanted to pay up front and have them ready for the weekend but was basically told to get lost by a very unhelpful clerk who couldn’t care less than about customer service.Home Depot has really went down the crapper in the last decade.
The Tool and Truck rental people are just awful... Rude, uncooperative, unhelpful. Proceed there with caution.
Well
