My boss uses this place to get our work vans serviced and its definitely fast service.
These guys are very professional and do a great job. Just about any kind of car or big rig repairs they can handle.
I took my car in to have an alignment done and was suggested that I have the left inner tie rods replaced, although I had recently replaced all of the front end components myself about 3 months before. Being in a hurry and not suspecting any wrong doing i agreed and that 80 dollar job quickly became a 350 dollar job. Next time I used the car after about a week of sitting the car wouldnt steer to the left easily. The powersteering fluid was very low and had leaked into the boot front the steering rack. I took the car back and explained to the mechanic the issue and I was reassured that nothing they could have done could have caused this issue. I was told that these things happen all the time as cars age, it was just a coincidence that it happened after working on the exact system that is now faulty. They refused to replace the part and quoted me a more than 1100 dollar bill to fix the rack and pump. Very dissatisfied with this interaction. I went to another mechanic and was told the pump had no problem but the rack did need to be replaced because it looked like someone had hit the left inner rod to hard when installing. Do not waste your money here.
Best place in town for alignment
Miss communication issues. I called the day before I was going to get an alignment to try to schedule an appt. I was told it was first come first serve. So I showed up in the a.m. to get an alignment and was told they wouldnt be able to get me in until Thursday. It was a Monday and I had a long drive to Colorado I was making that day. Totally wasted my time.By the looks of the vehicles in their lot Im pretty sure the do excellent work, but I cannot attest to that.
Have to give praise where its due, had an issue with the bolt on the oil pan, a certain oil change place apparently over tighter it and crossed threaded it as well. Thanks to Pro Align they got me a new oil pan plug and changed my oil (with everything I had purchased to do on my own) and lets just say they didnt take advantage of me. They are super professional guys and do great work. This is not the first time I have had to use them and it dang sure wont be the last.
These guys are great they do great work.. Little pricey but you get what you pay for and they are straight up guys. Very trustworthy
Great bunch of guys.
From the first contact with Chris for time to come in, to service by knowable techician, before during and after alignment, service was excellantTechican took time to explain procedure. I followed his recommendations and recieved a good alignment on my Class C Ford E450 motorhome. Honest, professional, clean facility, everything a well run business should be is Pro Alignment, Decatur, AL
Professional, courteous, quick. Honest prices. Highly recommended.
These guys do quality work. Can be a little higher than others at times but always satisfied with their work
Nice people. But lied told me I needed all kinds of work 800 bucks parts and labor. I took it NTB and was out for under 200 with parts and labor. So in conclusion I wouldnt go back, some places just say you need more things you dont just to get your money. Sad but true.
I have not had work done at this place. I have called them multiple times searching for quotes for random work on my cars. Each time the gentleman says I have to look at it to give you a quote I understand you cant price what you cant see, but how can EVERY other shop give me some ball park price then? Even for an alignment, and other BASIC maintenance services, i could not get a quote.
Lets start by saying I have recently become disabled. I have always done my work on my vehicles myself. The work that they did on my vehicle is not the reason I give them 2 stars. The work they did was satisfactory my problem with the experience is the price. Before becoming disabled I had done the work on the left side of the truck. I still needed an alignment and I knew the right side needed work. When I took the vehicle to them I could not believe the quote they gave me for the work but being unable to do it myself I decided to pay it. When I got the bill I noticed I was charged for each individual part even though to take one off you had to remove all three. So that means I was charged for the wheel bearing removal three times. This is why one of the shops I use to build race cars with told me I payed $300 to much. From my experience I was charged $60 to take off three bolts on the wheel bearing. I hope they enjoyed that small profit because all of my wifes family calls me to refer them to the people I have worked with in the past. That is going to add up to way more than the couple hundred dollars they made on this job because I will not refer anyone else to them.
Friendly and InformativeI stopped in to ask questions about wheel sizes for my car and what was meant by push. The gentleman at the counter took time to answer my questions, offered to look at my bent rims that I was told needed replacing and came up with a possible solution, the price? Free! Hard to believe anything in this day and age is free, even advice, but it was. I took their (2 gentlemen) advice and came back the next day for a front end alignment. The alignment price was very reasonable, according to other places I checked, but the friendly atmosphere, treating me as an individual and not attempting to talk over my head using mechanic jargon, and speedy service will bring me back with my other vehicles. (For those that dont know, a single female looking for auto service can be taken advantage of easily of course sometimes the woman know more than she lets on.)
I have used these guys for car repairs for over 13 years. They are brutally honest with you, and will not bs you into getting an unnecessary repair done. Fair pricing and the work is completed in a timely fashion. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else for repairs and maintenance.
Very professional. They fix what is needed, advise you on future repairs or options. Very honest, and they will not cheat you with unneeded repairs. They already have a great reputation in the area and I happily add my recommendation.
