Wow. Truly a great place to take your vehicle. I needed an inspection on a car I wanted to buy. I watched the inspection, it was thorough. They showed me on the car everything they found. They didnt try to pressure any sales or repairs, just helped me with honest information. Completely with the price for the peace of mind I left with. Highly recommend.

Have had brakes put on here in past and was happy with the Saturday service. However, just had new struts with a level kit wanting to have them install. Technician said it would not work. Come to find out he was just being lazy and did not want to put in the work towards the end of the day to ensure I was taken care of. I took the truck home and spoke to the manufacturer of the leveling/lift kit. Low and behold after a few hours I was able to install all of this myself with my son. This guy was either too lazy to do it or had no idea what he was doing. Watch out if you are there towards end of the day, may not do good quality work.

Amazed by their service and honesty. Driving down from Iowa to Florida to see some family and suddenly my dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree. Pulled into Autozone to get a code read, and they recommended getting a thorough reading down the street at OK Tire & Service and I am so grateful we did. Even though they were busy, they worked us in right away. Steve (mechanic) went above and beyond our expectations to diagnose and correct our problem, and quickly got us back on the road, AND it was less expensive than what we were quoted. On the wall in the waiting area it says that they won’t do work without your permission, and they won’t tell you that you need some repair when you don’t, and it is absolutely true. We were so happy to find ethical, honest, hardworking mechanics.

I am truly grateful of their service and ability to fit me in when I need help with my vehicle. I always try to call and ask ahead of time for availability and they rarely tell me no. Theyve been professional and helpful with the AC Recharge service that Ive had to use twice due to errors we had done to the car.COVID-19 Review: Most of the employees do NOT wear masks, either inside or in the bays. Chairs in the waiting room are spread out (only 6 chairs surrounding the TV) but there are 2 benches outside facing opposite each other. Hand sanitizer is usually there, but I failed to see it today except for a spray bottle.

They actually called me after seeing my email concerning the days and times I could come to set up appointment,which ended up being on a Saturday. Originally went for alignment but ended up having more work done. Left my car but they called to keep me informed. Attempted to work with me despite my limited budget I had to spend.

I have been going here for years and would go nowhere else. They have always solved my problem, largely because they have the best mechanic in town ( Steve Schrimsher). They even gave me advice when I asked what car I should buy. They are honest and competent.

I am very pleased to have bought my tires here a few months ago and even more impressed about the repair the performed on it when it got a nail in it a week ago. Brought it to the walmart near my house to patch up after getting a nail in it and they refused to fix it. So went ahead a drove on spare back to Ok tire the next day to see what they said but was all prepared to have to buy another tire. Well after waiting for a little while the man walked back in and said they could fix it no problem. And it barely cost me any money too. Only thing it did take from me was a lot of my time. So expect good work but just be willing to wait to get it. :)

I had to drop my truck off the have the air conditioner fixed the other day took them about two hours to fix it. It was not simply a charging issue as well, it was a electronics issue it control module. I had already bought the parts for them to install and replace for them on my own. But the over all work they did looks great I cant tell they removed or taken apart anything during the work.

My recent business at OK Tire reminded me again why I keep coming back. Michael got me the right tire (I love the Michelins) at the right price and had me in and out in almost under an hour. If you are looking for tires, or need any type of service, look no further.Randy Corn

The best customer service in town. Yesterday my son had his truck in for an oil change and tire rotation plus Steve was going to check a belt squeak. My son who lives in Pelham called to check on his truck at 3 PM. Steve said he had found a bad water pump and would fix it before closing so my son could be on his way home and not have to leave the truck overnight. Could not be happier with the service provided by the good folks at OK Tires.

Good prices for labor only. I came in for a brake inspection and they told me what brakes I needed fixed which were correct. I ended up needing my radiator replaced so I bought the part and had them install for a decent price. My car started overheating and I went back in found out water pump was leaking. They was also correct. But the MOST disappointing thing was that I went somewhere else to have my brakes and rotors put on, their labor cost was cheaper and they found out my UPPER ARM CONTROL was about to cause my car to fall apart and my whole front tires would fall out. OK tires did NOT catch this. It was extremely dangerous for me to be driving my vehicle and they didnt even tell me or check it.I trusted them but now I know who I can really trust.

Decent prices and prompt service. Pretty satisfied. I also bored them with some YouTube videos. LoL. Well, a Ferrari powered toyota 86 isnt really that boring.

Got 4 spark plug wires put on, I furnished the spark plug wires they charged me $5.00 awire $20.00 for 4 an they was on top of engine no hassle on your worst day took less than 5 minutes to do it, I strongly feel that I was a easy target especially on disability Ill never go back there again did not even check the air in my tires so disappointed...there wasnt a inspection of any type done already bought the plug wires, plug wires was only thing put in, you charge $30 hour labor you put in 4 plugs wires under 5 minutes an charge me twenty. Do the math 4 easy Spark plug wires in 5 minutes imagine the cost for $55 minutes, you an your business did take full advantage of the situation, you would have not charged by the hour you would have made the $1100 buck for the 30 dollar hour wage, $20 for five minutes is a insane wage to pay, an its all my fault for going there which I will avoid like the plague should have believed the reputation but didnt an paid the price besides you cross wired two wires couldnt even do that right Im thru explaining this nonsense

I arrived there at 10:00 am. They told me that it would be 1 hour before they could get to my car to repair a tire with a nail in it. That means around 11:00 am, they would be getting to my vehicle. I sat around until 11:15 and asked how much longer before they could get to my car. The gentleman stated it would be a maximum of 20 minutes before they could get to it. So, they would get to it at 11:35ish. I sat around until noon and not once had any of the repair men standing around walked over to my car or anything. I wasted 2 hours of my day for them to never touch my car. Now I have to wait 2 more days until I can try to get it repaired again.

Use them regularly. Always have been honest, fair, prompt, and courteous with me.
