I never actually got to experience their service, so Im not sure how accurate of a review I can leave. I do however know that I wont be returning at my own free will. After waiting for 2 hrs one Friday afternoon to get a valve stem replaced I was a little irate when they tried to close up shop and sneak out the back as if they forgot me. I could see that being possible had I left and not been at their automotive desk the whole time chatting with each of the employees when they passed by. I am no mechanic but I personally have worked at an automotive shop before and changed out many valve stems, so when I say it isnt a difficult task, rest assured its a job totaling anywhere from 5 to 15 mins. As I waited those two hours, I didnt see a single employee touch the only vehicle they had back there. As they attempted to make it to their vehicles I approached them and asked where else I could get my valve stem replaced at that time on a Friday evening. Neither of them had a useful response or even so much as an apology. Anyways, I gave it two stars cuz they seemed like nice ppl when they assured me they would get to me before they closed.
Hope my other re view got posted..regardless I need to buy some 2.5.gal jugs of t6 oil that was on sale .but was out at the time I wanted some sorry now I forgot the main manager name but he went the extra mile along with I believe Laura. At customer service. Did a very gd job making sure I got that t6./ needless to say I walked out with more items than I planned to go there for .great service .I will be comming back as soon as needed. Thanks guys for making it worth the 45 min drive over
The paint was more expensive here than true values. And Menards was even cheaper
I have a Husqvarna lawn tractor the stater stopped engaging and it’s still under warranty so I chose them because they were the closest authorized repair center, well never again! I dropped my lawn tractor off waited a few weeks then called to check progress since I had not heard any thing from them. They had not even touched it yet, mind you when I called to set up a time to drop it off I was told lead time was about a week! A week! Joke was on me after another call a week later I was told I was next on the list when their full time tech got back from being out a week with Covid-19, ok I’ll give them that even said a prayer for the guy hoping he would be fine. Then I called back a few days later per the manager’s suggestion, once the tech was back in, and I was told there were 2 more ahead of me? Let’s get our story straight please. Then I gave it another week at which point I was next, again. Once they were able to verify I was right and the starter was bad they ordered it and did the service I asked for, minus the service on the deck because I removed it before I took it in and did the service myself,anyways. Once I finally got it back over a month and a week later. There were scratches, that weren’t there before all over my hood and gouges in the plastic pieces it was also very obvious they had set something heavy on the seat which the gouges are still there and it looks like they almost ripped the seat to. I lifted the hood and a wire popped out on me because they left it un-clipped and the was oil all over under the hood. This tractor had 52 hours on it when I took it in!!! Yet it looked like I ran it hard and put it away wet. Speaking of wet they left it sit outside while it was there without covering it and there was bird poop all over it. Needless to say never again. I won’t even go there to shop! I will drive 30 minutes further to get good service in the future should I have another warranty repair or repair I can’t do myself.
Love the store and the workers. They are always cleaning the store which makes me feel safe
Was in there 1/4/21 to return a stool my wife had got me as a gift. The woman at the customer service desk was rude. Should be the LAST person working that counter. I had my receipt and the item was unopened. She says you want store credit I said no you may not have what I want, so just give me cash or put it back on the card. She says you aint getting cash and I cant put it back on the card I asked why she tells me I dont have the card! I explain I do have the card and SHE WILL be putting it back on the card. You take seamless returns like LOWES and Menards provide for granted . I went back to see if they had what I wanted but as I looked around asked myself WHY would I spent my hard earned money here to be treated like that. She was not friendly very stand-off ish. Never had a problem with this store but again Ive never returned anything. Cant remember the last time I needed the card to return credit.
It has everything you need I just prefer to shop at a different place.
