I struck GOLD! I searched online for an Insurance agent in Decatur GA. Some of you will beat me us for this but I intentionally set out to find and support a minority business - first, I wanted a black owned agency and second, one that was run by a woman - I dont know why. The service and support has been top notch from day one. My agent Delila has been accessible, responsive and made the process extremely easy, exceeding my expectations. It has been a pleasure doing business here. Five stars.

I initially was with another agent and was treated very poorly when it came to customer service. I was talked to any kind of way and mislead with the time that I was told to be getting paper work that I needed as soon as possible back. When I say Ms.Bond is the best in the business it’s an understatement she’s a true gem within State Farm. Delila especially has been helpful by answering any questions I have ever had as well as walking me through the process for total loss. I wouldnt recommend any where else to have insurance.

Delila has always been very informative, kind, and patient whenever I need anything. No matter if I come in or talk to them over the phone, they both have always been very hospitable and a pleasure to deal with. They will make sure they answer all of questions and get back to you as promised for the ones they may not be sure about, which is not often. I always refer them because of the quality of their customer service, which is hard to come around these days. Its going to be hard for me to move on from this place if I ever have to.

I drove quite a distance to this place for it not to be open to the public. This would have been great information to know beforehand. There was no indication that they were closed online. I also called the office when they claimed to be opened and no one answered. Not a great first experience.
