I can always get in contact with my agent. They work hard to get us the lowest rates. Extremely friendly and treat us all like family. (Allstate insurance is great too! We had a house fire several years ago and they handled everything perfectly. We wont switch companies.)

Your agents are ghosts. They fill a position and collect the dues. Tax man per se. Ive never met any of my agents for 25 years, Or talked to them. The gals in the office are great. I changed to Hartford auto insurance and paid one half of what you charged .... ps... thats probably 25 years of screwing. Who in allstate would have ever told me that this was happening to me. I cant wait to drop my House insurance.why do your letters have the agents name? They should have the office personnel and the agent be a real ghost.james hunsicker
