I was blown away by the entire process. Steven was friendly and communicative throughout the process. If I could give 10 stars, I would. The quality of work was superior.
Great Customer service, Manny was the best I’ll most definitely recommend and use their service again if needed.
Amazing work overall. My car was ready before the estimated time and they even fixed a few additional things that they didn’t have to. Highly recommend them for any body or paint work you might need!
Someone hit my car, and their insurance had Caliber Collision as one of the preferred vendor. It was a quick and convenient repair, and they worked seemlessly with that persons insurer. Great communication and customer service. Also, on top of the repair, they went above and beyond and did a wonderful job cleaning up both the interior/exterior of the car. I was very happy to pick up my car in a much better condition than when I dropped off.
Friendly, fast and did a great job. Manager was awesome.
Steven was awesome and honest. He made me aware of the process and what to expect next. I would highly recommend this Caliber location
I was blown away by the customer service and the repairs to my vehicle. It looks as good as ever. I really appreciate Angela for staying in touch and keeping me posted. All gratitude to all the staff and the great artists that returned my car back to a masterpiece. Great work!!!
Vehicle damage is such a pain. Caliber makes the repair process easy. Steven Tu is great. Right next to an Enterprise, so even more convenient.
Ms. Tracy has the most positive professionalism persona and I love it and her she deserves a promotion ❤️
I was very pleased with the service, and repairs on my car!!!
Very organized operation. They are keeping me in the loop on my car that was wrecked. Keeping me informed via test and cellphone. Will be able to give full assessment when I get car back.
Tracy’s customer service was great. The car came out looking new.
Great service and communication. Highly recommend.
Great job by caliber collision
They repaired my car after I was rear-ended.
Very happy with the work done by Caliber. Also, Tracy my service rep was easy to work with and kept me updated throughout the entire process. A+
Caliber Collision was a preferred repair shop given to me by Travelers Insurance following my auto accident. Their service far exceeded my expectations related to customer service and workmanship. I would refer them to anyone needing these services.
I had a very pleasant experience vwith Caliber Collision. I was informed of any delays and the reasonableness of the delay, They went out of their way to accomodate my needs and worked hard to ensure that I was aware of the quality repair service to my car. Thank you Caliber Collision for making my experience a pleasant one and repairing my car in a timely manner.
Very professional with the service and received my car back in a timely manner.
They fixed my car like brand new and everything was done on time.
The communication was great and they delivered early!
Caliber (DeKalb) was amazing! They were professional, helpful and quick! Tracy was amazing to work with and kept me updated at every turn. Thank you!!!
Very friendly, professional staff.!! They take pride in their work!!
Had my windshield replaced at this shop and dropped the car early yesterday morning. The turn around time was fairly quick and picked the car up later that afternoon but unfortunately I found some disturbing things once I picked the car up.First, I found glass shards remains on the air vents which who’s to say could’ve turned into something hazardous if they would’ve gotten into my eyes or someone else’s.Second, I found what appears to be a rip on the driver’s side front windshield seal.Miranda, the ABRA Recalibration Coordinator has been extremely prompt so I’ll be reaching out to her soon.(Pictures have been included for reference)
Great customer service. Best place in Atlanta for glass repair/replacement.
Did great work on my car.
Honestly, Traceys customer service is the only reason I am giving this location a 5 star review! :) She was awesome.
I truly appreciate the quality of the rear end work that was done on my 2012 Nissan Maxima. The customer service was phenomenal and Tracy kept me updated with the status of the repairs eventhough updates are sent via text. Again, thank you and I want to give a shot out to the entire team for their hard work.
Absolutely the best collision repair shop I have ever worked with.
Shady. Incompetent. Greedy. They will hold your car and lie until they can drain you for all you got
This is an overdue review from about 6 ago, but I came across an old receipt and felt it my due diligence to speak about the wonderful service I received from Cameron and the team at Caliber (formerly ABRA). I had been riding without a drivers side mirror for months, and was able to get an affordable quote for my replacement mirror, including the paint job and installation, with the crew offering to adjust the passenger side to make sure the job was even all over. I would recommend them to anyone!
I took my car in for repair to this location twice. The first time was an amazing experience, the customer service was great and the finished product was excellent. The second time around was not so great though. I think they may have been bought out or something but whatever the reason the end result was not good. My car had some damage to the front bumper but the lights were still working and there were no warning lights or sensors on. I got the car back and a few days later realized that the front passenger side headlight was out and there was a lit sensor indicating that the hood was open. (I had not driven the car other than to drive it home mind you) I called Abra because they say that they guarantee their work and immediately the agent tried to make it seem like i must have damaged it. I told him that he could check the mileage and he would see that the car had not been driven. He took it in and said he would fix it and would call my insurance. A week later I called to check on the car, the guy said that the part was no longer being manufactured and it would take a while and cost a lot of money to replace. A week later he called me to pick the car up. The sensor for the hood was off and the lights worked but when I looked to see what they had done, they literally put duck tape on the wires to keep them connected. No Bueno!!! Not going back. In my opinion they tried to pull a fast one!!!
Great, satisfied. Highly recommended
Manny, Angela and the staff at Caliber Co
Very impressed with their work. The left fender and drivers door had to be changed. Took the car there on Monday morning and got it back on Friday afternoon already. It cost exactly the amount Progressive photo estimate gave me. Most importantly, the quality is excellent.
Steven was the best throught the entire process!
It was amazing
I went to Abra in Decatur to get my car fixed and someone stole my belts clothes and book bags out of my car. Everything that was in my trunk was put in bags and was cleaned but the items I named was missing. I called the location to inform the supervisor. I never got a call back. Long story short if they are fixing your car make sure you take valuables out your car. I talked to a supervisor about the situation I was told they would call me back the next day, no one called back it’s been 3 weeks now and still no solution.
Toooo expensive, but great work
The receptionist was very nice and friendly. The technician I dealt with for some reason thought he was an insurance investigator rather than a collision repair person and lost my business. If you like people who do too much go for it.
I brought my two week old car in (that had already been scraped on the front bumper and rear quarter panel) for an estimate. The receptionist was very friendly (one customer in front of me and one came in after me) to all. Soon a technician came out and looked at the damage and gave some recommendations to NOT have them do work. He said it wouldnt be worth it to have them do all the repairs, also explained differences in factory paint and repair paint, hints on how to touch it up myself, etc. He even brought out some buffing agents and worked out some of the chips and scrapes himself. That kind of honesty and helpfulness left a great impression and Id go back to them again if I have to.
I was very impressed with the work that was done at Abra Auto Body Repair. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. They were extremely professional from the beginning until I got my car back.
Great 👍
Excellent Service
Terrible Company! My car has been in the shop for going on 6 weeks! Lying about my car updates and the status of my vehicle, consistently saying it would be done in 2-3 days then to push it back yet another week! This is just to get my bumper fixed! Now they updated their call system to reroute to the National Call line that says they will have the local shop call back and they dont. I can not even get an update on my vehicle without physically going to the location.Only use Abra if you want to drive around a rental car for 6 weeks!
My car has been at this shop for 5 weeks now to receive an assessment. I am now 11 days past my scheduled assessment date without an update. The two times last week that a receptionist answered, I was promised an answer the same day, which turned out to be untruthful. I am writing this on a Monday, and I have not been able to reach anybody at this shop since Wednesday. I have left messages and contacted the support center to no avail. I have not gotten a clear answer from the call center on how to resolve this, but I certainly hope Abra reaches out to me as soon as possible as these failures in communication and delays have cost me a large amount of money.
Left out a simple part but important part after 9 days of leaving it for a simple front bumper replacement just appalling!!!
Horrible customer service starting with clerk. Im not sure who she is accustomed to dealing with but Im not stupid or ghetto. USAA is a excellent company and treats all customers with utmost respect. A far cry from these people.
Not great. Things happen. It’s understandable. Would rate one star, but considering the general stigma of body shops it’s average at best.
WARNING! Most awful customer service, body work, repair time, charges, and all around experience. First of all, it took them OVER A MONTH to fix what should have been fixed in no more than 9 days (according to their original estimate and industry standards). Additionally, they tried to screw me by double charging me for 2 rear windows (listed twice on invoice) and didnt remove it until I called them out on it. It took me going back 3 times to pick up my car that they said was repaired, all to get there and find out that not only werent the repairs complete, they had broken stuff that was in perfect working order when I took my car in. They tracked mud and grease in my car I had to ask them to clean, at first denying it then admitting to it next visit. This is only the tip of the iceberg. They changed management several times during the time my vehicle was there, and no one ever called to update me or let me know what was going on. This was the most infuriating and difficult car repair Ive ever had to deal with and it was actually a very simple, straight forward repair. They admitted to all their wrongdoing and apologized several times, but it wasnt nearly enough to make up for all the time and hassle caused by these one after another incidences. DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY WITH YOUR VEHICLE. I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT. I imagine the reason they arent listed on Yelp is because they took the page down because it was flooded with negative reviews.
They repaired my car after an accident. Im very pleased with their work & my car was ready when they said it would be.
These people are rude and incompetent (and probably liars). The ratchet woman at the front desk has a serious attitude problem and they have made multiple excuses for not moving forward and have thrown up obstacles in order to make the process more difficult. When I called to check on them, it was like, Oh well we cant move forward until you fill out XYZ form or confirm XYZ, as if they wouldve sat on their hands for weeks if I hadnt stayed on top of them. They lied about how long it would take and when they would start, they lied about having not received the detailed repair request (I confirmed that they had in fact received it), etc.Heck, they even charged us $30 when we asked them to change the tire during the process. I know nothing about cars and wouldve done it myself for free if I had known. A 90-year old woman can change a tire. Thats practically criminal.Couple years ago I dealt with a competitor up the street (Gerber) under the exact same circumstances and they were a 180-degree difference in terms of service and time spent on the job. I didnt have to harass them to keep it moving, they didnt blame me for delays by throwing unexpected forms at me, they moved quickly, they were extremely nice people, etc. This was night and day.
WARNING........ THE BEST SCAM PLACE IN THIS AREA DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE,...... HAD TWO DIFFERENT ESTIMATES FROM THE SAME APPRAISER...BECAREFUL.....
Horrible.Horrible.Horrible. Do not bring your car here!!!! BE ware of this place go anywhere else.I normally love ABBRA but this in transition ABBRA facility is showing its true colors as does not have its management or operations in order.5 weeks to change a bumper ok thats a bit long but if I had an honest estimate and communication during the process no one would of been upset. June 22nd and now July 27th still missing parts.1. Called mam your car is ready come on out - a $30 uber ride later oh our mistake mam wrong car2. An email saying the phones are down your car will be ready tomorrow. An email 4 hours later saying our bad wrong car.3. Called waited on hold 18 mins to experience a hang up. Called back guy looks up file and said oh yes your gold car its ready. WHAT the car is white ?!?! Only to hear its my first day here at this facility your case worker has been fired. But please ensure your car is in paint just needs to be washed and call back first thing Monday morning to pick it up. July 16th.4. Call July 18th at 8:36 am girl hangs up call on first ring . I call again and she says yes car will be ready today expect a call at 2pm to verify pickup.I call at 2pm girl keeps me on hold for 31 mins and then a hang up.I call back she is says oh no one got your girl i am sorry and then helps me herself. Again same story her first time at this facility she has no knowledge of my case. She looks it up and oh no no your missing a part it will be in tomorrow and we will have it done first thing. I got very upset and said I need my car placed outside in the morning part or no part she says ok. They call again later and say on voicemail sorry we cant.July 17My mom calls next and asks for GM same thing a parts missing should arrive tomorrow and we will get you the car. Calls again next day same circle part next day part next day readyJuly 27Ive give up on this facility it is not what abbra represents and they should wait a bit longer before they are allowed to call themselves one.Still no car and Im reaching out to national to help me get it moved as a last ditch effort.
Satisfied
Thanks to Angela Smith
Great Job on car repairs!
I took my car in to have it repaired because someone backed into me and in the process I had to wait a couple extra days because while doing the repairs they did more damage to my car
I went there to get estimate for front bumper damage .The lady told me to come after 5days ...just for estimation ...ridiculous
Took my car here to get repairs and some items we took out of my car and when I called about it I was told that is company policy to take all my things out but that wasn’t stated at the time of drop off
Cameron was awesome
Horrible work and costumer service
Great place
