WASTE OF TIME! I have waited 10 months for Schilbe tree service to come treat 2 trees. They never called or showed up and lost my receipt. I still had a copy so they showed up the next morning. Kevin ( the owner) was extremely rude. He told me after seeing the receipt that I had not paid $25 of a $325 total and that’s why I was not contacted... this confused me since I still owed hundreds for the treatment of the trees he was coming to do... he then began to get upset and say he would not be finishing the job. He made it very clear that my business was not important to him.

His demeanor was off the very second he said hello to me. I called for a consultation on some trees. He is talking about all these conclusions but not asking any questions. 1 minute later I ask about a tree, and then proceeds to tell me he DOES NOT WORK in my neighborhood. WHY WOULD YOU COME HERE? This is information maybe you should have included when we spoke on the phone. Do not use this company unless you like being spoken to as an idiot.

We have used them more than once. They are so efficient. After they leave the only way to know they had even been there is that your tree is gone! They are on time, work super quickly, professional and fair priced.

The professionalism and personal care exhibited from the initial call, to the first visit, diagnosis, treatment, and the follow up was outstanding. We love the fact they love trees! Highly recommend this company.

So-so job, I guess. However, be forewarned, he may leave hairline fractures in your driveway and then pass the buck saying concrete does crack and / or it was poor workmanship when the cement was originally laid. He says his business is barely hanging on, in regards to not offering discounts like some of his competitors do, but has enough money to gas up his large motor home and go on extended-weekend vacations.

Excellent crew. Workers are very polite and knowledgeable and did an amazing job and clean up. Highly recommend for any tree work. I will use them again, my neighbors also agreed how wonderful they are and skillful.

Schilbe did an amazing job taking down two enormous dying trees in our backyard, which were in a complicated location next to a fence. I was very concerned about potential damage to my carefully-planted, beloved garden that surrounded the trees but the team who worked on the project not only used extreme care to take down the trees, but left my garden completely intact and left a perfectly clean space. We have since sought expert advice from Schilbe to determine places to plant a new tree and learned a lot about the potential pitfalls and possibilities throughout our yard, as well as the best trees to plant for our space. Would highly recommend.

The man who came out to do an estimate was very rude, both in person and on the phone. I will not be contacting them further nor recommending them to anybody.

They do good work. Have used them 3 or 4 times.

Trimmed one tree, removed another. Were quick, very helpful, and reasonably priced. Did a beautiful job with the trimming.
