An absolute professional job. This tree was against my house and these guys managed to disassemble this thing like clockwork. Jason also has a good sense of humor. I highly recommend this crew.

Crew were courteous. Knew what they were doing. Cleaned up everything. Fabulous crew and company. I highly recommend them based on the service I received from the hard working crew. Their price was very fair I thought.

Their written estimate was $900 cheaper than a second estimate we got and included their insurance certificate. They arrived a half hour early, completed the job quickly, and cleaned everything up! We couldnt be more satisfied with their work and will definitely go with them if we need tree service in the future.

Highly recommend these guys! This is the second time I have used their service and was very pleased with both the service and professionalism. I took these pics right after they left. They didnt leave a single scrap - they even blew off the driveway and sidewalks. Hard to find this kind of attention to detail these days. Jason was the foreman both times and obviously knows what he is doing and takes pride in his work! Kudos to these guys!

From my initial call to the time the crew pulled away I was happy. I was present for the estimate and everything was explained to me. Every question was answered and I was confident that I was getting the same service he would have done at his home. I was shocked by the estimate, but in a good way. The price was much less than I thought it would be. The crew was on time, polite, safe, and respectful. You could tell that they worked well together.

Fast friendly efficient professional affordable

This is not a review of the businesses quality of work. This is a review of the business when it comes to respect for their neighbors. Despite what their business hours claim, they are out on the yard yelling and slamming equipment just after 6 am. They are located right next to an entire neighborhood and have no respect for anyone when it comes to noise disturbances.

Dearborn Tree was awesome. They arrived at 850am and were completely finished by 915am. They were extremely quick but did not leave a mess at all. Would recommend their service(s) to everyone!

My experience recently is they are totally unprofessional. Never showed up for an apt, causing delays in the service and other services ive lined up. they dont return calls, after a point - dont answer, didnt show up, didnt keep commitments. Sad that Ive used them before - a few yrs ago and they were pretty good, dont know what has happened but will never recommend or use again - just very unreliable, unprofessional, and downright frauds.

I dont know how to get in touch with this company, I called 20 times the 7 times that my calls where answered it was by a very rude lady always yelling and asking did you call earlier ? I answer yes it has been two weeks since I asked to put me on the schedule for a quote estimateThe answer is I will get back to you and never got back .I have to think twice before I call back because I dont want her to yell at me.The worst customer service ever, I think this lady is not getting paid for her job.

Pretty upset to be honest. I asked for a quote and everything started out great over the phone. Then I look in my mail and see that they had left a quote in an envelope for me to look at. No human interaction, nothing. But Ill give that a pass due to the covid situation. They quoted me $2700.00 after a 25% discount. This is a marketing tactic. Ive been in sales long enough to know.The problem I had was that the itemization of things was not broken down by price. I was only given a final pricing.This is important because I had asked to leave the wood which I know costs a bit more but there was no individual price for this service on my quote. No problem.I called back the next day and spoke to a woman who seemed like she was in a hurry to get me off the phone and not really trying to understand what I was asking for (just give me the price of the job without the leaving of the wood). She was like Yep. Ive passed your request along to Randy. Hell be giving ya a call.Waited that day.... no call from Randy. The next day I called back. Same woman answered. She knew who I was and she again was like YEP. IVE PASSED YOUR REQUEST TO RANDY. HELL BE GIVING YA A CALL TODAY. 9:03 PM and still no call from Randy.Look. Im not asking to come out and milk 4000 cows in my back yard or something. Im asking for a simple damn estimate adjustment after a service has been removed. 3 days is unacceptable and this tardiness or forgetfulness is a reflection of what their service would be like to me. Im good man. Im sure their competition will be happier with the job. :)

Prompt response for an estimate on a tree removal. Very professional.

I have a very large, mature oak tree in my back yard that needed trimming. There are secondary DTE lines that run right through the tree as well as the lines from the pole to my house. My garage is also right beside the tree. I called around probably 15 companies to get estimates, most with no response. Of the 4 companies I got actual quotes for (ranging from $1600 to $2000 to trim the ONE tree), Dearborn Tree quoted me $500. When they did the estimate they provided me with a copy of their insurance binder and license (none of the other companies did this). I did call to make sure it was accurate and legit (it was). I scheduled to have the tree trimmed once oak wilt had lifted (November time-frame). They showed up on time, quickly assessed the tree, looked over areas of concern that I had, and got to work. They did a phenomenal job on the tree and were very careful not to let any of the falling limbs land on the garage, power lines, deck, or fence. They cleaned everything up really well before they left. They were super nice and professional. Just a great team and very reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again in the future!

We had them come out for 3 estimates, we have a lot of trees . They were vary patient w me and timely in returning. When we finally made the arrangement to have the 7 incredibly large trees taken care of, there service and clean up was just spectacular ...... we heat our house w wood and they allowed us to keep all the wood, even cut it up into movable pieces, I’m seriously impressed!!! Absolutely 100% would and will recommend this co.

We just had seasoned firewood delivered. The two gentlemen that delivered were very kind, professional, and efficient! Prices are reasonable as well. We will be calling them for an estimate for tree removal and trimming soon!

I would like to acknowledge Jeff from Dearborn tree service. He was wonderful. I had two tree stumps that needed removal. He showed up on time, was courteous and got the job done within 45 minutes. His price was fair and he did an excellent job.

They did a lot of damage to our backyard and then denied doing it. No one else was in the backyard. The damage was very obvious and was not there before. Would never hire them again.

I did not hire this company, but they love to park in front of your driveway. We called the company and it took 30+ minutes for them to move. The cops had to be called.
