Walked in with a broken screen on my iPhone 30 minutes before I had to be at work. Alex greeted me and gave me 3 options for repair which differ in screen quality and told me that it would be a 30 minutes to an hour wait, when I explained my situation to him with my work he told me have a seat and he had my phone ready in less then 15 Minutes!!! Amazing service, understanding people and better prices. It was my first time in this place but definitely a customer now. Highly recommended .

They don’t know how to fix anything other than screens for a phone and batteries. I went over three times there and every time I go they tell me it can’t be fixed nor we can fix it but when I can go to another store they fix it within a day also the customer service is very horrible they are very disrespectful and rude.

I came in with a broken screen and my charger port wasn’t working. I was very angry I ended up forgetting my password with being so mad and they calmed me down and ended up fixing both problems. They have great customer service and low prices. Everyone has a smile inside and they actually fixed my big problem in no more than 30 min. You have to go there if you have any issues with your electronics. Very much recommend.

I honestly was surprised how good the screen worked after getting my iPhone screen replaced here andddd it only took 30 minutes for it to get done! I’ve gone to Dearborn Fresh several times to fix my phone screens and the quality isn’t as good as here.. not to mention, not as costly! The men working were very nice and you could tell that overall, it was a very honest business! I highly recommend coming here!

This is a scam company, BEWARE! They steal money from their vendors and if they steal from vendors, they may be doing the same with customers! As of now, they have stole $500 from me, I have provided evidence below of them stealing the money. Please stay away from this company and do business elsewhere. They will just do the same to you. I have communicated with them to close the dispute and they still ignore me. I have included the communication on WhatsApp to show that they dont care.
