I just wanted to say management is absolutely horrible and rude. Been trying to place a carry out order for 2 weeks now, women i spoke to was not help full whats so ever & wanted me to change the date to fit there needs. told me it wouldn’t be smart for them to open on a sunday when they are posting that they are taking orders on social media for sunday, saturday. i was told more than likely i will have a order and now 2 days before i won’t? the whole ramadan carry out system is being ran very unprofessional, very unorganized. so disappointing.

Please replace your American flag. Its sun bleached, ripped all to heck and only hanging onto the pole by one corner! Ive never seen one in such bad shape. There are nice folks who will come replace it for you and dispose of it with dignity.

Great place to have an event. Food was good. Its very large, so any size party will fit inside. My only issue is that the parking lot isnt that big. I recommend getting a valet service to park the cars. Other than that, awesome place.

I have been to 3 events at this hall (one wedding and 2 work events). It is modern, beautiful, food is amazing, and everyone is so nice. I would highly recommend!

Absolutely, positively the only banquet center that I trust with anything!! I rented the space out for two very important events and I was not disappointed. Management, service, and food have never disappointed me and they are always on top of everything. The newly renovated banquet hall is gorgeous too.

The venue is very beautiful and spacious. The food is also very delicious! However, my 2 star rating is being generous considering the fact that Byblos did not respect our reserved time. We reserved the venue from 12pm to 5pm, at 1pm we would arrive and soon after the food would be served. I also asked that the different food items will be brought at a larger interval in time. I went over the scheduling of the food with the manager, but she insisted that people will not like that and will keep asking for food. After some more discussing, she agreed to the scheduling I wanted. However, on the day of the wedding, my husband and I had the surprise to find ourselves at 3:30pm with no more food on the table (because the servers took them from our table, without us even touching the food), the silverware taken from people’s tables, servers started VACUUMING, chairs were stalked up, tables were folded, and my decor companying busting in the doors taking the decor and even the backdrop apart. This was a total shock, unpleasant surprised. We felt so disrespected! I went to talk to the manager as people started leaving because they were being asked to leave. I had no idea how to react, people were trying to take photos with us and so much was happening at the same time! Finally, I went to talk to the manager at 3:50pm and asked what in the world happened. Her reply was that we can still stay in the venue, no one is forcing us out. But how can we stay when there were no tables, no chairs, no silverware even for us to cut the wedding cake!? When there were chairs stalked up in the middle of the room, when people were vacuuming, etc?! It was madness. I do not recommend this venue at all. Yes, it’s a very beautiful place and it looks promising. The food menu is tasty and people will be pleased with it. But that’s it. From a service point of view, no thank you very much. Do not recommend.

Beautiful venue that’s newly renovated but that’s about as good as this review is going to get. Don’t expect good service or generous food portions. The servers need to all be fired. My aunt’s wedding was rushed, people’s plates were taken while they were still eating and tables were being taken apart two hours into the wedding. It was as if she was being kicked out of her own wedding, they have an alarming lack of respect.

Having my wedding at Byblos was the best decision I made with my husband knowing there’s so many banquets in the area! The staff is amazing, and a special thank you to Nasrene and Joe for such great hospitality and making sure everything went as smooth as possible! The food is amazing and the hall is by far the best, freshly updated banquet there is! Super modern and clean! I definitely recommend this place to anyone and any family member, whether it’s a wedding or any other occasion!

I celebrated my engagement at Byblos on 11/29/2019 and I couldnt be more satisfied with their service! While my guests were congratulating me they each told me how delicious the food tasted. The team at Byblos was on top of our event and worked with all of our vendors to ensure we had a great night . the owner Joe along with manager Nisreen made sure that the night was going to be memorable and and filled with joy. The hall was beautiful, the kitchen was clean, and the over all atmosphere was incredible. Thank you Byblos!

Good food, terrible serviceWe payed for 5 hours but after 3 we got kicked out basically. As you can see in the image, when we got to eating cake all the chairs were already stacked up behind us. The servers didnt even care if we finished or not eating, just took everything Because thats what we were told to do. We had to ask the server to hand back our food. You guys should respect your customers, esp on their wedding day.Would not recommend.

The Ramadan service and food was great. We enjoyed the food and the halls atmosphere. Our server was the best. Its the best food we had all Ramadan.

Owner was super up tight. I’ve been to other banquet centers where the owner actually asks everybody how the food is and how they’re doing but I definitely didn’t see that with this place. Other than that, the center is spacious and the food is decent.

I Love this place but, more importantly the people Nisreen is an absolute saint. I went and shopped around at all your typical places (Greenfield Manor, Dearborn Manor, Binit jibail, Bellagio etc...). I ended up choosing Byblos it ended up costing a touch more than the others but it is worth every penny and more because when i sat with Nisreen on my first visit she sat and went through what my budget should look like. For the things i wouldnt even get from her like a flower budget a photo booth budget etc, to ensure i wouldnt be wasting my money. She did all this and more even before I decided to go with them for my Wedding. I will be getting married in Dec 2020 and I dont have a worry or a fear about how it will turn out. Thanks to Nisreen and the staff and byblos I know they are in it with me.

A truly phenomenal experience for my daughter’s engagement hosted by Byblos Banquet Center. The newly renovated hall enhances any theme and decor. It looks Amazing!! Light grey colors, the most elegant modern fixtures, and twice the size, makes this place the perfect choice for any event. The owner Joe Bazzi was there to personally oversee the setup, (which was organized beautifully) as well as the food that came out piping hot to each table. Our menu included tender and flavorful dishes that surpassed the usual banquet cuisine. Our guests complimented the meal over and over again. The servers were so polite and eager to accommodate my family members with their many requests lol. Overall, Byblos helped execute a flawless evening so that we were able to celebrate our daughter’s union without interruption. I received more calls and texts that evening about how astonishing the food and service was than congratulatory remarks. Words cant begin to express how thankful I am. A special Thank you to the manager Nisreen that made certain everything was beyond perfection!!

It is a beautiful banquet hall but its location could be much better. It is situated so close to section B housing its uncomfortable. Most of said housing was unkempt and practically dilapidated. To be fair, everything immediately surrounding it is much better, but half a block away it is an acute change.

Take this banquet hall over Greenfield Manor anyday! Much more respectful and professional! Good Job

BONELESS chicken baked in oven is amazing so is the hummus and salad only thing i dont like is the owner wouldnt turn on the heat during my cousins wedding and one of my cousin came late and sat on my table and he never got too eat because the owner wanted him to PAY for his plate he claims the food ran out theirs no more how is their no more lol hes just cheap because one of the servers told us hes lieing because they save up the food in the kitchen and try to charge anyone if they wanna take some home.
