I drop off my vehicle in the morning and it’s repaired by lunch.Bill takes the time to listen to your concerns and does a fantastic job of explaining the job in layman’s terms, so even us non-car people can understand. I’ve never felt pressured to have extra work or maintenance done. They simply do what is needed or requested by the customer and for a reasonable price.The team in the shop does excellent work. They do a great job answering all our of questions and concerns, they do the job right, and are more than fair in their pricing. You can count on them to fix what needs to be fixed and let you know what might be coming, all without overselling. We feel like they truly care about their customers and we appreciate all of the work theyve done for us.

Ive used Auto Aces twice now and theyve been great! The first time they helped me replace a part to keep my old car functioning a little bit longer, and most recently, they diagnosed a new issue that came up. My experience has always been very positive! Theyre always very honest and take time to patiently weigh the options with me. For example, they kindly told me that spending more money on temporary repairs on my car wont be helpful any longer. I am very grateful for their honesty and kindness! They will be my go to shop while I live here in De Pere.

Great place great people

Never had a bad experience here. They do quality work for a reasonable price, and they do it quickly even if its a big job. Never waited more than a day, which is a big deal for me. They also have good service and will give you their honest opinion if they dont feel something is worth fixing, so I like that they look out for their customers to save them money if they can.

I had multiple people recommend I work with Bill at Auto Aces. Im glad I listened to them because Bill and his team are the best! They are highly recommend that sometimes they are booked a few days ahead so if you are having trouble issues schedule an appointment with them asap.

There is no where else I will take our vehicles. Bill and his team are some of the nicest people we have ever met. Bill knows how to explain things to non car people without making you feel dumb and also will not make you get work done that isn’t needed. We have been going here for years and loved every time. I just had my car in for a leaking tire and he got me in without and appointment. This is very nice because they where slammed. He called me and told me he could maybe patch the tire but I could really use new tires and seeing that it was almost December in Wisconsin I would really need them. He didn’t push for me to get them. He told me he understood stood the holidays are right around the corner and he would do whatever I needed. He makes sure you are safe. He does not make you get extra work done on your car if it doesn’t need it and their prices are the best I have ever seen. If you try them you can completely trust them and know you are not getting ripped off financially.

These guys are amazing... I had to stop in for an emergency repair of a locked up caliper and they got me in the same day as I live over 2 hours away. They got the parts needed and got me on my way in a little over an hour. I cant tell you how appreciative I am knowing there are companies out there that will help you in the time of need.

Have been using Auto Aces for about 6 years now with 3 different vehicles and they always provide excellent service. Never pressure you into a repair you dont need. Are honest and transparent with possible repairs and life left in parts. I recall having a squeal from my brakes, took it in, was down to the metal tab on the front pads. They told me the backs were pretty thin, but I could probably get another 5000 miles out of them before they would start squealing, so I didnt have to replace them yet if I didnt want to. Outstanding! No bully-tactics to get me to spend more than I needed to.They treat everyone fairly, men and women alike. It doesnt matter if youre a gear head or just want to get from point A to point B, they treat everyone with respect and do not talk down to anyone.Also, they have a shuttle service which is very helpful with longer repairs, can drop you off at work or at home and pick you up when your vehicle is done. A nice touch for a small shop competing with dealerships for your business.Happy to have stumbled upon them so many years ago. Auto Aces has become our go-to shop for repairs.

Absolutely wonderful treatment all around. I had a car I was giving my son who is college there and wanted to be certain that it was in good condition for him. They checked the car out thoroughly and did the needed brake and other minor repairs quickly and at a very fair cost.Bill saw after the car and they finished very promptly as well even though there was no rush. Since I live a distance away, I am glad that they are there to see after my son’s car.I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Ive taken two of my older vehicles to this shop for the past couple years. Theyve been very careful about recommending services as well as recommending when NOT to get something done. Its very refreshing to have a business tell me I dont really need to spend money on something. Their customer service is stellar.

Very good service with the manage named Bill. He outlined the problem and gave an estimate of ~$1000 and the actual cost was ~1100. The quality of work seems great and great explanation of what had happened.The hourly cost of service was inflated a little bit. It was around $450 for around 4 hours of work.The cost of parts were inflated by 100%. The sold a gasket worth $20 for $40 to me. The part they fixed was $200 part at any auto store, and they charged me $500.Im not sure if this a corporate thing or the manager was just out to make a bonus at my expense.

They dont do walk-in appointments so I wasnt able to go here but they directed me to a nearby place that helped me out and they were very friendly

Took in my car for what I thought was a leak in the fuel tank. It turned out to be nothing, so they charged me very little.I am impressed with their honesty as they could have told me it was a costly part, with costly labor and I would not have known any different.I will be bringing my business here in the future.

I took my truck in for a headlight repair ( it needed a new harness ) and a tire rotation. overall the bill came out to $110. once I got my truck home I noticed that lug nut cover was loose. I took it off to realize that one lug nut was barely even threaded; therefor not allowing it to fit flush onto the rim. just wondering how something like this could happen if someone was doing there job at the service rate these guys charge. overall the customer service was fine, but the actual work was crap. make sure that you look over their work. to make that much money and provide that level of work is beyond me. take it somewhere else.
