Went to Mikes while i was on vacation in Daytona. My watch hadnt been serviced since i received it and to top it off i chipped the face of it a little.Mike was super enthusiastic and caring, he knew exactly what i needed and gave me a realistic expectation. i came back two days later (had to order glass for the face) and my watch was like brand new, he even cleaned it for me!!all in all i had a great experience, not only did my watch get fixed, the price was reasonable and i had a great conversation with mike both times i saw him.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I can’t emphasize enough how honest and professional Mike was when I took my two Rolex’s to him.My warranty had already expired and luckily I found this shop to repair a bezel on one and a broken dial on the other one. Now when I tell you, this is Mike’s first time working on a Rolex and he did the work so goood that I couldn’t even tell a part was being replaced. Thank you Mike for saving my bling! Mikes is an awesome 1 man shop with reasonable pricing. He replaced the batteries in my Movado & TAG plus did the required pressure test all within an hour. Great service. Thanks Mike, I be back!

Stopped to have the face replaced and second hand reattached. Within 2 days the second hand has fallen off again and the scratched face they put on it had gathered humidity. If you care about your time piece take it somewhere else.

Mike replaced the battery in my G-Shock Casio watch his service was fast and his price was fair. I highly recommend him.

My watch battery was dead at first the guy was odd he checked the diamonds first if its real or not and then tells me it will take around 30 minutes so I should come later! anyways I didnt go I grabbed chair and kept my eyes on him. After 2 days my watch stopped working and felt with water inside I called the guy and he respond “all watches shouldnt get wet even if they are Rolex however if you would like you can drop the watch so I can check it again.” What arrogance!

What a joke. How about Mike sleeping in a chair and completely useless. Occupies a 4x8 hut. Doesnt have the tools or knowledge to even remove the back of a watch. Dont waste your time. Stay away.

Mike fixed my two watches in less than five minutes. He fast and friendly. He easy to find in the mall. He located right by the food court. Great prices on Repairs as well.

Took my Nixon watch to replace the crystal and get a new battery while it was there. Mike had my watch for 2 full days, which is what we agreed on. Got it back with a flat, used crystal with scratches and second hand kept stopping after only a few seconds. Original crystal was more rounded. Even after I shattered the original crystal, the watch still worked fine for months before bringing it to Mike. Took it back to him and he wanted another 25$ to clean it after charging me 55$ for the original fix. Nope!

Took my Tissot to Mike for a battery replacement. His prices were very low and he took 20 mins to complete as he said he would. Very professional and very quick. He is very nice and will be happy to return for his business

Mike was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and honest man I brought in my Citizen Quartz and Bulova and an invicta was able to fix all and two of them including the citizen quartz needed extra work. He was very honest and very knowledgeable and prices were really good almost can’t find anywhere else I gave him extra for his work it’s appreciated! Thank you so much Mike!! Amazing job!!! A+

Did a great job repairing a fossil watch I broke.

I took a watch in for a battery replacement. Mike noticed that one of the screws was missing from the back. He spent about fifteen minutes fitting the right screw and did it at no charge. Of course I gave him a little extra for his time. Very nice man.

I took a very old seiko to him that others told me the movement had been discontinued and they were unable to fix it. Mike told me a week and he fixed it in 6 days for 60 bucks. AWESOME! Thanks Mike.

Called first... Asked if they do watch sizing and if they could do it while I wait (was doing it during lunch) and how much it would cost. He replied yes and $10. When I arrived he was busy trying to run another customers credit card (took 10 minutes), once he was done he measured how many links he needed to take out and said itll be $15 I told him he quoted $10 on the phone, and he said no its $15. if he would of said that in the 1st place it would have been fine but just because of the situation I reached for my watch and left. - just bad business practice.

Mike did a good job for me adjusting the bands on my Invicta watches and even repaired the clasp that I had bent. He is professional and courteous.

Gave my working Seiko chronograph to him for a service got back a broken Seiko chronograph. Very sloppy work. Way too much oil all over the watch had to take it to a real watchsmith. Batterys only with this guy. F-F-.

I was recommended to this man by two of the biggest jewelers in the mall. They both told me to go see him that he is the only person in the mall that can change the battery in my watch. It was 15$ and took 15 minutes. Ive gone to him twice in 4 years. For anyone complaining about a broken watch, take care of your belongings or buy a quality watch, everyone else cant fix your problems.
