Tom Cook Jeweler is the only jeweler that I use for my new jewelry additions as well as repairs and even one of a kind creations. Super talented jewelers working with them. All of my friends and family rely on them for everything they need as well. They have been in business for over 130 years!!! Since 1889, thats almost as long as Daytona Beach has been considered an actual city guys. All businesses are a customer service business regardless of the business that you may think you are in; they are among the very best in service each and every time. I had a truly incredible experience this morning getting a Tudor fitted that I purchased online. Not only was the staff super friendly, but they were willing to go through a few different tries to get the right fit. I will 100% be coming back here for future Rolex purchases after my experience today.

My experience with Tom Cook Jeweler is more than I could have even imagined. My family has been using this family owned business for over 20 years. I recently got my wedding bands custom made. It was extremely important to me that this was done well because the diamonds used were my grandmothers and I have a very unique engagement ring and I wanted my bands to fit just right with the curves of my engagement ring. I was speechless when I received my bands back. I cried tears of joy! They truly outdid themselves with the detailing. We worked with Kevin and he was amazing! Always available and worked with us in every way possible. I also had a necklace cleaned and the chain replaced and that was done within a week. They are an absolute amazing business and I would recommend them to ANYONE. We thank you sooo much and we will be back for the rest of our lives.

Today was the first time Id ever used Tom cook jewelers...I needed a crucifix necklace fixed for my husbands fathers day gift....the staff was extremely nice and very helpful...I will definitely use them in the future and will recommend anyone else I know to do the same

It is with great disappointment that I find it necessary to write this review about Tom Cooks Jewelers. I had been a customer for over 20 years and had the pleasure of working with several great employees. Unfortunately, my most recent experience regarding an appraisal of jewelry for insurance purposes was handled with an incredibly poor customer experience. I was quoted a cost for a number of pieces of jewelry, which turned out to be very misleading. The quote I got was drastically different from the actual charge for service even though I was very specific about what it is that I wanted done and the pieces that I had. The one thing I was told in the quote was that there would be no charge for the appraisal on jewelry I had purchased at Tom Cooks over the years.Upon completion, I was presented with a bill for close to $ 1,000.00 which was twice the charge I was originally quoted. It also included a charge for any jewelry purchased at Tom Cooks. I asked to have someone from management try to reconcile the discrepancy, but they failed to recognize the problem nor attempted to re-adjust the bill. I was given the impression that I had to pay the new bill before I could get my jewelry back. There was no apology or were my concerns addressed even though I had been a long and extremely loyal customer.

I took in my Rolex Milgauss to get sized for me. I did not purchase the Watch from them. When I opened the Box it was empty I left it at home :). I drove back home and came right back. They where very courteous and did not hesitate to to help me and we had a good laugh. After a few adjustments he made the Watch a perfect fit for me. I wanted to settle up but they did not want to take my money for this service. I was impressed that they would take the time to help me with out charging me. I appreciate this very much and can only recommend them to anybody that is either looking for a Watch or something else. I am sure for my next Rolex that I will visit them and give them my business. Thank you again for your kind help this was very much appreciated.

While on vacation, one of the diamonds in my wedding band became loose. The lady who served me was very sweet and she had the prong tightened for me for free! Definitely will come back to them for my jewelry needs!!

Licensed rolex dealer who told me my rolex date/just was fake.... Very insulting. I went back to zales a real jewelry store where they know what they are talking about. Owner thinks hes better than people and treats you as such. Will never walk in that door again. If you arent wearing vesace or armani dont expect to be treated with any type of respect.
