The workers are very friendly and will let you know how to get the most out of your scrap metals. I have gone to other scrap yards in the area and have always been underpaid for the scrap. GLE wont take advantage of you like the other places.

Friendly service and it was fast and easy. I took my daughter old drum set to them and got enough cash to buy lunch and gas lol. Naw but if you got old metal or anything at your house just drive through and get paid!

Very disappointed. Never taken any scrap metal to a Recycling yard before so this is my first experience but I took 162 lb of Steel down there and they only gave me $.07 per pound so I got $11.34. If I would have known that ahead of time I never would have wasted my time Gathering up the steel, loading it in my truck, driving down there, waiting in line, unloading, waiting to get paid. I would have just thrown in the recycling bins at the house.

Awesome people here friendly faces and knowledgeable experienced skillful at their job. I recommend checking them out.

Good place to sell your aluminum or metal products. Helpful employees. Ive tried a couple of the other recycling but like this one better.

Place is awsome! My first time ever going to a place like this so I had a lot of questions. The staff was so nice, took there time to answer all my questions and helped me unload. Covid friendly too, all had masks and thats not easy to do working outside in the FL heat. Thank you GLE keep up the great work.

GLE is currently requiring customers and employees to wear face masks. Weve been customers at the Holly Hill location since it was Almet. We will not be going back to GLE unless they withdraw their facemask requirement. Two customers gone and no more free advertising for them.

I find the service here one of the better . the yard men put a lot into keeping thinmgs moving and help me as a handicapped person out more thAN anywhere else/ thanks guys

Absolute rip off -- offering less than half of market value and you have to ask for that or u get less!!!!

Never again will i go there. They stoled 3 pounds of copper from me. I had 6 pounds and got paid for only 3. If you are new there they will try and get over on you. And they dont separate aluminum. Aluminum heat sinks are a higher grade aluminum. I had a bag filled with heat sinks and they threw it all in together. If your new to scrapping, dont go here. Hell, if you dont know anyone that works there, dont go. For a company that big and everything that said on their website is a lie.If the owners really care, they will do something about this. Lets see. But i strongly doubt they will do anything.Plus i had 114 pounds of scrap. Not including my copper or all my aluminum and the total amount they said i had with everything was not even 100 pounds. Thieves! I weight my stuff before i went in. It was way off. Like i said, unless you know the people that work there, weight all your scrap. They will try to get over on people they think dont know about weight and scrapping. Not happy at all with that place.
