Worse service ever they havent pick up my service in 3 weeks customer service is decent but the drivers and pick up guys are so disrespectful, and the driver have me to walk across the street to get my trash can. this is so ridiculous

So heres my deal with this place I watched the garbage man dig garbage out my can throw it on the ground and drive off it was normal garbage I think he was wanting to come back later and pick it up or something but just threw it down put 2 cans out one time and get threatened with a fine and since then they have forgot my trash can 2x i call to ask them to come back and pick it up i was told a supervisor would call me so they could pick it up.... still waiting while my can is full but the funny thing is i watched the garbage truck stop in front of my house wait a minute and backed up and left (this was after I complained). And yes I put my can out same place for yrs and by 7 am every time. I kno its not me bcuz 1 of my neighbors trash didnt get picked up as well.

Left a tv box out for the garbage men to pick up. They wouldnt take it. Just moved it out of the way for a mobth straight. Called and was told i have to have it in a container or bring it to the landfill. Yet everyone elses oversized miscellaneous items get picked up no problem. I used to work for republic up north, but that was up north. Guess thats what you get with a bunch of scabs.

Lazy. They refused to take my trash can for a full week even after repeatedly trying to comply with their rules. Everything that they told me was wrong I fixed and they still refused to take it. I didnt realize that even if things did fit inside (like one of those little preschool tables or a childs toy stroller) they will still refuse it. You have to call certain things in on a bulk order. I didnt know that now I do. But, I have a sick child at home and am constantly cleaning the house. So, now my trash is overflowing and they still refuse to pick it up even though I complied by the rules. William Conrad, Kim and Cheryl from the Volusia Department, you disappoint me.

You had one job. Empty the trash can! Every week my trash can only gets half emptied. Worthless, lazy employees.
