It’s difficult to leave a bad review because they usually do a good job. I just left the place and took a good look and my nails are so thick it looks bad. They also look like celery stalks. I don’t like them a bit. She kept saying, you like them right? Beside all the nick and cuts I received, I don’t like them. Sigh…

Wow wow wow Kimmy. First off the interior was so nice and the atmosphere was soothing. They usually offer you drinks but they had some young men at the front on Sunday and they didnt offer us anything but Im here for nails thats just a plus. Pictures say a thousand words so just look at this

I came down from CT to visit my Mom. We did a girl day and had spa pedicures done. Our nail technicians, Lisa and Mimi, were absolutely amazing! The facility is beautiful and tranquil. By far the best spa pedicure we both have ever had!!

Definitely love Serenity Nail Spa. They always do good. The only issue I had this time was we made appointments for 2:30 and werent seen until 3:30. They were super busy which it ended up messing with other plans but hey self care first. Still well worth the wait.

We went there and it was such a terrible experience for me and my mom. Some of the ladies there were very rude. Impatient, and aggressive. When I got my nails done for something special it actually popped off two days later. Additionally, my mom and friend went also; it was a bad experience for them also my gets her naturally long nails don’t and that popped off also. So if you really like your nails and hate the money your spending DONT GO THERE🤝💔

I only go for a pedicure it’s nice the people are nice. Only thing I noticed is there not cleaning out the bowls when your service is done. The lady took the plastic off after service but she didn’t clean it, she just put another one over the foot bowl. And that was really concerning for me also if I pay $50+ it shouldn’t be a problem to have at least 2 drinks. There watered down anyway

Spent over an hour waiting to be seen by Sam. Extremely disappointed with the amount I paid for such terrible quality. Not only are my acrylic nails super thick, they are horribly uneven and misshapen. Save yourself the money and be seen by someone who will get it right the first time.

It was my 1st time there. I walked in Sunday at 2pm and they were able to take me right away. Sophie gave me a great pedi and she was very nice. Great atmosphere, clean and even offer adult beverages. They have Disney themed pedi chairs for kids. I will go back again.

Me & my wife took our daughters, and our niece to get nails. We had an 11:30am appointment to start. It took 45 minutes for all of us to be seated. Then after we were all done and received the bill, it was $224, but here was my problem. Each of the nail sets we were charged for an additional, longer nails, shape, and lettering. That put the cost for each set $15 over what I expected. I understand, and have no problems with a business making money, but 1st off we were not told up front, nor is it on their pricing chart on their website. They say they told my daughters, and after speaking with my daughters, only 1 was told about the artwork being $5. They need to discuss with the parent!! After going back inside and trying to discuss with the so called manager. I was told I WAS NO LONGER ALLOWED BACK IN HIS BUSINESS WITH MY FAMILY. Like I was coming back anyway!! I was kind of shocked the way I was treated. Most owners/managers would have offered a gift certificate for their next visit, but all he did was argue with me, and kick me out of his store. I will surely tell everyone I know about my experience.

Had an appointment at 4pm. Got seated at 4:15pm. Was pleasantly surprised that my tech was Lynn as I did not request her because she left a few months ago.This was the third time there since she left and I considered finding a place closer to home but now I won’t because she is back! Her work is superb! Give her a try!

A great experience! Went above and beyond to make sure my nails looked great and even stayed after closing.

I went to get a dip powder polish change and manicure and from the beginning of my service they started to soak my nails in a ziplock bag instead of wrapping them. I asked to have my left hand wrapped instead because I had a small cut on it. The left hand polish came right off but the right hand took longer than usual and the woman asked me “what did you have on your nails?!” I asked if the liquid they had my hand in was acetone because it should come right off only for them to realize they had my hand in rubbing alcohol. I ended up asking for a simple manicure because I was uncomfortable with how they had handled my service at this point and I left with what looks like someone with no experience or proper training painted my nails. Completely disappointing. Will not be returning.

My friend and I went in to get our nails done and she got a bunch of attitude and when she went to go pay, they charged her for someone else’s appointment. AND made her pay for her own nails on top of that. Made her late for her massage appointment. Very unprofessional and the young men behind the counter need to pay more attention to who they are taken care of. My mimosa had no alcohol in it whatsoever, it was just orange juice.. very un professional, we will not come back..

I came to the serenity got my nails done paid $150 for hands and feet, it was almost end of the day the girl who did my nails severely injured my cuticles, next day my nails were chipped, which they fixed it, the owner of the spa told very loud in the front of all clients, get her out of here, fix her nails, do whatever it takes not to see her face no more, can’t even believe how rude he was. The girl who fixed my nails second time was very sweet, her name was. NAN I believe, loved her, but the owner is extremely rude, he doesn’t care what he says in the front of the customers, won’t be back and unfortunately I did share my experience with my friends and will, I would not recommend this place for anyone, I don’t mind spending money, but not for this place anymore 😭😭😭😰😰🤔

Rose at Serenity Nail Spa has done consistently very good powder dip nails and pedicures. Serenity is clean, nicely appointed with clean updated restrooms with artwork and large TVs with cute animal shows. They also serve liquid refreshments! Walk-ins are welcome but I always call ahead to make an appointment. Plan to continue Services there.

LYNN is hands down the best tech there. I will not go to anyone else. Make an appointment with her. She can do anything you ask.

I went to serenity to get a gel manicure Jenny did my nails. I was so happy with the work she did. I was very impressed with how my cuticles were done. Being that it was something that had never been done for me before. I would definitely be coming back.!:-)

Great staff and service. I love Jenny, she was helpful with style suggestions for the length I wanted. She also picked complimentary colors for the ombré look. My nails look fantastic. I always feel welcomed when I come into the salon.

Nice, clean place. Victor was awesome and took his time with my fill in. I asked if he could make them a little pointy instead of my usual square shape and he made sure they were perfect. Because he did such a good job and took his time I did tip him an extra five (40% tip overall), which was well-earned. However when I checked out instead of it being $37 for my fill in, it was $42. They charged me $5 extra to make my nails pointy instead of square, saying it was a special shape.. Really kind of silly and no not a big deal but I probably wouldnt have gotten them shaped that way for an extra $5 having already tipped him extra because of it.Overall pretty good experience just annoyed about the unexpected $5 to shape them rounded. Victor really is awesome though, overheard me saying to myself that I need a coffee desperately and he had someone actually bring me an iced coffee that they make there in house. It was just a little bit in a little plastic cup but much much appreciated and again why I also tipped 40%. Will probably be back just wont be getting a special shape next time. Lol. I think they will charge that despite how you have them shaped.Of course they replied on here but had nothing to say about the ridiculous hidden special shape charge. What other hidden charges do they potentially have?

Let me start off by saying, DONT DO IT!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Worst experience I have ever went through. Not only did we wait even though we had appointments, which is ok but someone should have let us know that they were running way behind. I was very upset when I wasnt treated equally as other guests because I didnt pay for the most expensive pedicure. I wasnt offered a free alcohol drink when other guests were right next to me. Then prices are not what they say they are. They charged me 37 for a full set acrylic and 15 on top of that for a LONG NAIL CHARGE AND SHAPE CHARGE ! Whatever that is I have never paid that before. Overall worst experience ever..... Will never go back. JUST BEWARE !! MANAGEMENT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Rose gave me a mani, pedi. When I booked online it said pedi would be 55 minutes. It took her maybe 30 minutes. It felt very rushed. She did my manicure in maybe 5 minutes. All she did was paint my nails. Nothing else. And the prices that were online were not the prices I paid. It was more.

Serenity Nails is the BEST nail salon! The place is very clean and well kept, the pedicure chairs are very good and they have a nice little bar where you can enjoy a cocktail while you receive your services. I love that they play PetTV LOL

In line most of the other reviews, Ms. Jennifer is one of the best nail technicians I’ve been to in quite some time. After countless disappoints at other salons I decided to take a leap of faith and walked into Serenity one day while I was shopping. I was seated with Jennifer and I’m glad I was. Not only is her personality infectious/bubbly, but the time and effort she puts into her work is truly outstanding. I encourage anyone looking to get their nails done to head over to Ms. Jennifer (you won’t regret it). I would rate her a 1000 stars if I could😄

My acrylic nails are uneven, thick and the nail polish was the mermaid gel which is black underneath and the blue on top. The bkack is showing through the sides and tips of the nails.

This was my first visit to Serenity and I already know Ill be a regular. I received my pedicure and manicure with Jennifer and she was hands down the most thorough and professional technician Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting.

Terrible service. The lady dropped hot wax on my eye lid and all over my eyelashes. My eye was red and burning from whatever the lady used to scrape the wax off my eye area.My daughters gel manicure lasted literally one day. I do not recommend.Also I felt very rushed the whole time. I spent a lot of money and my nails looked like I did them myself.

Very disappointed 😞 The whole point of making an appointment is to get service at the scheduled time and I understand that we can not always get British times....but 45min of a waiting period for an appointment is unacceptable. My husband was taken right away but was not happy with their services. I hope management take in consideration to improve services and avoid recurring issues

Overpriced for mediocre work, wouldnt recommend to ANYONE. I went about a month ago and the whole experience was terrible and uncomfortable and not relaxing in the least bit. I pointed to the color I wanted only to leave and sit in my car (after paying $40+) and then walk back in to say they looked wrong. After I was told I apparently needed to specify I wanted the chrome nails the same guy (Steven) FIXED them for me... for an additional $10 of course.... Before he charged me I held up the sample color to my nails and told him it still didnt look right. So finally JENNIFER began to actually fix my nails after shaving some of the layers off. Steven proceeded to tell me that my nails would have looked so much better if he knew from the beginning what I wanted (which I showed him what I wanted) and then began to trash talk the method that Jennifer was using and showed me some other nails he had apparently done. Honestly I should have just started crying at that point. I spent nearly 2 hours there and ended up with a subpar dip powder experience, the top chrome coat peeled off some of my nails only a week later, and 4 of my cuticles had started bleeding during the whole process for $50+!!!! Ive paid less for gel nails and received a hand soak, lotion/massage, and wasnt degraded. Dont even get me started on how disgustingly dirty the metal tools used on my fingers looked.... no thanks.... Jennifer and the front desk woman were nice, but Ill go elsewhere.

Walked-in today at 6:00PM requested service, the staff turned me away and was very rude and told me nobody was there to give me a service even so it was 6:00PM and the place closes at 7:00PM, and as soon as i turn around they started laughing! Will never go there again and i don’t recommend anybody else to go so.

When I called to make an appointment at 2:30 the lady she told me for acrylic nails and regular nail polish it would be $32 and when I got there there was a long wait so the man at the desk asked me if I just wanted dipping pounder nails and it would be $40 if I didn’t a want to wait, so I said yes, then when I was done and ready to pay the lady at the front desk told me it was $50, and I feel like he played into getting higher cost nails, he lied about the prices and took advantage of me. I will NOT be coming back, and I will not recommend this place to anyone. Over charged. Really tried to trick me I will not be go again .

Super clean and relaxing place, my nail tech who did my pedicure gave me an extra 15 minute massage after finding out i work on my feet all day long. Christy did my nails and was professional knowledgeable and super sweet. My nails look amazing.

My nail tech did not listen to my request. I said no pink acrylic. After 1 day it looks a horrible shade of purple.also find it rude that they talk in their language back and forth. She nicked my cuticle with the drimal. Asked me if it hurt. She was very bored with her job.i was not happy.

I was not asked the length I wanted, I started with one and got moved to someone else that must have been new. The place is clean, hence the 1 star. $55.00 for a new set of pink & white ombre is ridiculous for the first time experience I had.

It was fantastic. Very clean and well taken care of. Went in to get pedicure, ended up getting pedicure, manicure and brow waxing. Vicki and Gina took care of us. Will definitely go back.

The Salon is gorgeous, clean and all employees I encountered were friendly. Prices are fair for the service they provide. The menu is extensive, I counted more than 20 chairs & drinks are complimentary. I have been a frequent to a different salon in the area for a few years now, however, I recently had an issue so I thought I would try this new salon. I am VERY happy I did. Jennifer was my tech - she did such a excellent job. No in-grown nails and the color quality is great. I had a Mani & Pedi and they still look good a month later!! I can not state enough how happy I am. I will be back next week!

Received a dip powder manicure from vicky. She took a long time which is fine I don’t mind being patient. But when she finished I noticed a big dark spot on the side of my thumb nail. I showed her and she said she did not have time to fix it because she had to do an eyebrow wax. Didn’t even offer to have anyone else fix it or anything. The rest of my nails look great besides my thumb. Won’t be going back there unfortunately..

I had the worst experience ever. My nail technician (Linda) had no idea what she was doing it was painful to watch her struggle. Paid extra for a full set of pink and white and by the time she finished there was nothing left to the nails, they are stubs. Cuts on most fingers and I had to pay extra for gel polish to cover up the embarrassment of nails I was left with. Normally I would say something while I was there but the Salon was full and I had already been there for 3 hours and just wanted to leave.

She took her time and was very precise. I’m a very picky person when it comes to my nails and she did such a wonderful job!! The scenery inside adds an “ at home” kind of feeling. Came here with my sister and mom. We made an appointment for 2:30. We literally waited almost an hour. I was seated with a lady who started with J I believe. She asked me 10x if I wanted gel. I understand marketing but she was super annoying. This place also charged me extra for “long” nails for my FILL. Lol first off I get a fill every two weeks and it’s the same length NO ONE else charges me for long nails, but whatever. She polished my nails and maybe waited 5 mins and asked me to pay. My nails looked awful when I left Bc of course I had to dig for my card even tho I asked to pay prior to painting to avoid that issue. So I went to a different nail tech, spent MORE money, and got what I wanted. Beautiful place awful service. Would never come back

Had a great experience and everyone was really nice, salon was clean and had a great vibe but I’m disappointed in the quality of my nails I have had them done ( acrylics with Gel polish ) for 6 days and they almost all have chipped and came off.. paying 60$ I would expect them to last at least a few more days..
