I want to express my disappointment with the Exolance beauty salon. I had an appointment today December 6, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. with Rebecca. Yesterday I called her three times to confirm my appointment and I left three messages and she never answered my messages back. It is very unpleasant that this happens to a person without any excuse or prior call today. I went to my appointment on time and the beauty salon was closed without any note that expressed that she had had a last minute situation. I do not get used to make such comments but I dont want this to happen to another client. Rebecca next time be more responsible, or at least I think I deserve an apology. Went there for 2 years to have my nails and hair done by Rebecca but both Rebecca and Dee are Awesome!! Miss going there!!
