My nails look terrible. But they were super nice to my daughter and they even painted her nails for free.

They were nice enough to let us change our appointments several times due to airport delays. The bad thing is the polish started to come off after one day.

I got my nails and a pedicure. Professional and polite. Love king and the other workers. Great quality and nails last a long time.

I went in to get a pedicure my sister-in-law got a manicure and it basically look like my granddaughter did my feet and her granddaughter did her nails the people did not know what they were doing and I will never recommend them and I would never go back there again

I love Regal Nails, Rosie does my pedicures & she is awesome. I call her my Dr. Rosie because she can do my ingrown toenail & she is the best. 🤩🤩🤩

Mr. Bob did my nails exactly the way I wanted. After having my nails ruined by the nail salon across the street, I went through Regal Nails to have them repaired and done properly. It was my first visit to RN, but it certainly wont be my last. The entire staff was courteous and delivered exactly what I asked for. Great job!

A 85 year old man did my nails who could barely see. He didn’t make them smooth and didn’t file down by cuticle after applying the acrylic- so 2 days later I have a big ridge of raised acrylic at my cuticle! Ughh I knew I shouldn’t have allowed him to do them- but didn’t want to seem like I though an elderly person couldn’t do nails well. My instinct was right. NEVER AGAIN! He can work there- maybe taking polish of - but to be doing nails- NO WAY.

Was just in there with a friend, she was getting a pedicure, I was not getting anything. I understand them not wanting someone who isn’t paying in the chairs. HOWEVER, the man allowed me to sit at a manicure station, 20 or so minutes later he taps me and says he needs the chair, so I moved next to my friend in the pedicure chair. The woman starts YELLING about me being in the chair “WHO TOLD YOU TO SIT HERE?” like, politely ask me to move to a different place and I will. But do not yell at me, no I’m not a customer, but my friend is. The customer service SUCKS.

Just got my nails done. I showed them a picture of what I wanted which was a nice color all over the nail and a metallic gold tip... what I got was a clear coat with a gold sparkle tip and I hate it.. not only did I have to pay for this but now I have to pay for someone to fix it. The woman also kept swatting my hand away the whole time.

I know its my own fault but I have gone back a couple of times because it was convient. Old mans hands shaking and he makes my nails so thick 😭. Id rather go across the street where the New aldi is.... Way better

The wait time is short and they are very friendly. I get my nails done by the owner and she is consistent and does my nail exactly how I ask for them to be done. Im difficult and she is always smiling!

My dad and I just had the best pedicures we’ve ever had. I definitely recommend getting the $35 delux. The guys were so friendly and it wasn’t awkward like most pedis. They did so much for so cheap. My feet have never felt or looked so good!

Read the reviews some good, some bad, so I decided to give them a chance. Went in and got a mani/pedi. It was honestly a super rushed job. My cuticles still look like hell and there is nail polish all over my fingers even after I asked him to get it off. Im not a complainer, but dont think Ill go back.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE horrible customer service.... contacted the main people they wont call you then take forever to get back to you.... i asked the lady to do my nails full set and she rushed threw them has bubbles all threw them they dont look real at all i was going to go back the next day but had to go to va for a family emergency which i told the lady (threw email) and she said it was not the salons fault well it wasnt mine either but OK fine still at least fix the issue when driving to VA a nail popped off didnt do anything but sit and drive and it fell right off within 3 days i had 2 nails pop off and most of them are just cracking and they wont do anything so i spend over $50 to get a my toes and pink and white done on hand and they say oh well so i am never going there again and i go at least once a week to get my eye brows done well not no more so dont do the same mistake i did and go get treated like dirt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Freaking terrible job! They were in a hurry and didnt bother removing all the Polish from my nails before applying the acrylic. The white tips are all placed crooked and the acrylic is SUPER thick. They look like flared or duck tips because they failed to file them properly. Just awful. Better to flush your money down the toilet.

The young guy who sits at the front is perfect. My nails have never been done this good ever!! Love it!!! They just won a customer!!!

I am a cosmetology student and will be going to this salon this morning to get my nails and feet done, I expect the salon to do a good job and follow rules and regulations Ive read the reviews below and Im willing to give them a chance.

What a horrible experience... took polish off my nails and wanted me to wait for someone else’s to do my nails are you serious ??? Don’t bother my nails if you can’t do them. I was beyond furious. No thank you .... I’m out !

Awful experience. They tried to soak my whole nail to take gel finish off in bowl of pure acetone. This is not correct way to do this. Only when you have fake, acrylic nails should it be done. After 30 mins of soaking, the old guy tried to use a spatula tool to remove my gel finish, which HURT. I stopped him immediately and told him I wanted someone else to do my nails. I was there for 90 mins to have gel soak off and new gel applied and in my opinion and experience the salon is NEGLIGENT and my nails dried out, cracked and havent been the same since. BEWARE!
