Came out yesterday to lift my falling Palm Tree after the hurricane. While it took them awhile to get to my home, they did a great job. The price was very reasonable and the technicians were friendly and very helpful. Thanks for the great service

Throughout the project I needed to talk to a lot of the staff members of Team Rountree. It seemed like I was talking to them all the time, but that wasnt really a bad thing. I liked working with them, which showed me a lot about the business as a whole.

They were hired to do common ground areas of the subdivision I worked in and they did an excellent job. I would most definitely recommend them to others.

Team Rountree, especially Chris and Jake, went way out of their way for me when I had a pipe leaking in my front yard. They came out several times, including 6:30 am on a Saturday morning, called the city for me, and then cleaned up for me after the pipes were fixed.Every experience that I’ve had with Team Rountree has been great. They fixed my broken sprinkler heads on my irrigation system, planted new palm trees, and mulched around my house. Every time that I call or email, I get friendly people who care and do a wonderful job.It’s so nice living in a community that takes care of my yard.

Consistently miss spots in the yard. Blow the clippings and dirt all over the cars. No care is taken on anything just work like robots with no pride in their work. Not worth the price. The common areas are nothing special.. Things got worse, drive lawnmower over edging and cut plant to shreds. Still a horrible service, workers cant read signs eitherUnprofessional and NOT getting any better. Would rather alienate their customers. Owner likes to go on a lot of vacations and not take care of business. Only if you are paying their overpriced fees or can keep them in the HOA Contract do you get any type of halfway decent work out of them . too bad cant give negative stars
