Word of Advice for anyone looking for multiple window replacements take your business elsewhere. I have called time and time again to The Glass guru, only to be told different things. The gentlemen who answers the phone, handles appointments does not speak the truth, three different times he said he would be out to measure, his guys are over scheduled, behind on work. I’ve yet to have anyone come out. When asked to speak to the owner, he said he was the owner, when I heard those words I automatically wanted to take my business elsewhere. Mr. Luca your business will fail from the lack of unprofessionalism way you handle business.

The Glass Guru came and installed Glass Shower Doors on our shower, we could not have asked for a better job done, outdid themselves! It’s PERCECT! Julio and Brad were very professional, kind, and meticulous. Look forward to having more doors installed in the future.

The Glass Guy is the best. Professional, affordable and great quality work.

I contracted them to a door installation service last year. After few months later I checked that the door wasnt glued, the was loose some parts. I contacted them in March to check. They said that send a guy and he didnt find any problem (really??). After that I send, AGAIN, photos of the problem and its always the same answer, when someone answer me, please contact the technician, and..... NO answer until now. 5 MONTHS and my bath door still the same! I have tried contacted them several times before I left a review here but no answer! Worst company ever!

The guy who is the Glass Guru has his office inside another business that I assume he works with on common projects, he was very friendly and did offer to do what he could to expedite getting what I needed, unfortunately I could not use him the first time I went as even the expedited time frame was too long for the time Id be in town, however if I am unable to get the services I need elsewhere, I will go back to him as I believe he does good work, when next Im in the area.

I really recomend them. If you have a glass problem, they have the solution.

Our sliding glass doors at Theresas Garage broke and we called multiple companies to help us get them fixed. Most companies never called us back or didnt show up. The one company that finally did show up, were not able to fix out doors.Glass Guru sent their guys, Brad and Julio and they had our doors fixed in less than 15 minutes for a very reasonable price.We would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Quick to estimate, but installed the wrong type of glass pane section, (ordered and paid for low e impact double pane, installed non low e ) provided spec sheet from window order at original installation..... their crew installed it very poorly (loose in the frame, could move 1/4 side to side easily by hand) met with Tiago (the owner) in person at the office to discuss issue... was assured repair or refund at new home buyers discretion.... since closing sale of the home was imminent that same morning....buyer elected to hire someone else to correct issue..... and required us to give them $500 in cashiers check to cover new replacement costs with correct glass pane section......Tiago promised refund when we met in person and twice by text message...... a month later NO REFUND .............would certainly not use again, nor recommend to anyone else....didnt get what we paid for, and then promised refund never received.

They were perfect in every way . Had a custom very large mirror cut and installed above my fireplace and both bathroom shower glass . Great owner cut me a lil on price so I could afford an upgrade thank you so much !

UNBELIEVABLE. Call them to come out to fix balancers on windows. Said it would be 2 weeks for parts. 3 weeks later no call or nothing. When I called them today they said their boss couldnt find the parts. They were not going to call or do anything. I asked what their boss was going to do and they said NOTHING NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE

I set up appointment with company. They did not show up for appointment. I called twice to see if they were running late. No response from company.

This company was wonderful every step of the way for replacing a glass sliding door in my home. From buying to installing, I dealt with excellent employees.

Terrible follow up. Came out to my house to measure then never followed up with a quote. Called numerous times to get the quote with no call back. When I finally got someone on the phone they said it would be another week and a half to send me a quote. Complete waste of time.

We were quoted the wrong price for the glass inserts and were informed after the installation and Owner stated he would only charge us half $200. He was aware of this prior to completing our order and we were not informed until after installation. If were aware of we could have made the decision to not order the rain glass due to the cost

Hollyhill glass guru. They got the job of replacing the rollers on my sliding glass door done. Just wish they didnt ignore and blow off my repeated requests to install stainless steel rollers. I would have paid extra and left more stars.

Started out fine and the installers were very nice. Thiago is the owner and has been completely unreliable and unprofessional. Promised to have the shower doors installed two weeks ago prior to renters arriving. We are still waiting for the last one and our guests arrive tomorrow. Thiago keeps making excuses and now has copped an attitude. Obviously doesnt care about his customers. He wont make any extra effort to get it done even though he knows our dead line. Just doesnt care. I would look elsewhere and he was not the cheapest. In addition, one of the doors has a scratch in the glass and hes not going to do anything about it.UpdateApparently he cant handle the truth either. Didnt like my review and now wont install the door that I am supposed to believe finally arrived. Youve been warned. P.S. He gives himself a 5 star review....volusia granite....Elber the employee....hmmm. Lore LTD....much better place for your glass needs.

This service was totally unacceptable. The serviceman was here less than an hour, snapped out 3 doors in about 3 minutes, replaced 2 wheels assemblies put the doors back in place, charged $225.00. Serviceman didnt no what to charge and had to call in.No business card, no invoice. Major rip off dont use them.
