I called on a Wednesday to have a non-emergency living room window pane replaced, as it had been cracked by a flying stone. I was given an appointment for next Monday between 8-10AM.At 8:22 Monday morning, Dave and Justin showed up. Professional yet friendly and polite, the glass was replaced in less than a half hour. The price was very reasonable (for a 24X58 pane). There was no mess. The fellows were done and gone in less than 45 minutes from the time they arrived.Obviously, The Glass Doctor of Daytona Beach is one of those increasingly rare businesses that does what it promises. It has won my repeat business. 5 BIG STARS!

We had a stall shower door and a bathtub enclosure installed. They are both absolutely beautiful. The estimate, order, install all went perfectly. The sales/installed was very knowledgeable. Because if covid we did not see the actual product prior to install which had he a bit concerned (we saw pictures). The glass shower doors are thick and sturdy. It really updates both our bathrooms

I went to the shop and set up an appointment for them to come to my house on my day off. They gave me a time between 2pm to 4pm. They showed up at 215pm and did a great job installing a brand new windshield. I would definitely use this company again!!

I called Glass Doctor to replace my company truck back window. I was able to get quote and appointment immediately. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the company. Everyone I encountered was very respectful and professional. Not to mention thee service was fast and excellent.

Workmanship was decent, found a couple screws on the floor. They were for the window blinds bracket. Charged over $350.00 for one window replacement, which included $40.00 for a one year protection plan. They never asked if I wanted it, automatically included.Response to Glass Doctor:I see $67 and change discount. But, I was never told I was a member as a new customer. Nor that I needed to pay for membership. You got 2 star rating from me for the absorbent pricing to replace the window and lack of clear cost explanation on invoice.

They were very fair with me. There were delays beyond their control, but they compensated me very generously anyway.

Its a nice place with good people and a very good quality and right prices, I highly recommend it.

Melissa at front counter couldnt be bothered with the likes of me. Cant even tell you how many huffs and eye rolls I received. I wanted 8 pieces of tempered shelving, around $500.She was probably THE rudest person I have encountered in my 15 years in FL. HOW they put her in the front line with customers, I have NO IDEA. I purchased my glass with the Glass Guru instead where they were NICE.

I had 4 tabletop glass cut to protect a vanity, chest, and 2 nightstands. Perfect measure, the glass was done in a few weeks, the guys cleaned it before the glass was in place. It looks great. The guys call right before they come. Great look and the price is affordable.

Arrived on time, very professional, didn’t take long - great job. My sliding glass door going to the patio spontaneously shattered. The glass was a complete spider web and had started to crumble. All the glass had to be knocked out in a million pieces, both doors removed, glass replaced on one door, and then put back. They replaced the glass and cleaned up all the pieces. Price was reasonable.

I was visiting my Dad in Spruce Creek. His elderly friends had a cracked wall mirror & had received a very high bid of about $3000.Even though Chris at Glass Doctor is booked out two to three weeks - My friends at Glass Doctor sent their specialist out the next day to assess the situation. The operation was not as difficult as it appeared to others. So, Glass Doctor was less invasive & the price was about half of the competitors price.

These people are beyond fantastic. Professional is an understatement. From the time I reached out to them to the installation being complete, was a few days. They came out to my house, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. My truck looks perfect, like nothing ever happened. I will be using them for all my glass needs in the future.

I will call glass doctor again. I requested repairs from a remote location. I havent seen the work because Im too far away right now. Kevin was especially pleasant to deal with. I thought the price was reasonable.

Kevin and Jack came to my house to replace two panes of glass in two separate windows - one on a second story. They were friendly, professional and efficient. They were done under an hours time and looking at the finished product youd never know they had been here except for the new glass. The windows look like new. Didnt get a response

This is the second time I used them and both times, they lost my appointment. This time after 5 minutes on the phone, the secretary (who I envision sitting there chewing gum and twirling her hair) found my appt. Bottom line, I had a window of 1-3. I check my phone and see a message from Kevin the technician at 12:15 (Im at work) and says Im here to replace a window, I see no ones home and hangs up. I get home at 1:00 and of course no technician. I call him back, he doesnt answer the phone. I call the main number and the secretary is arguing with me about the difference between an appointment and an appointment window. She doesnt grasp the fact that the technician showed up 45 minutes early and left. He did not say he would be back, just that theres no one home. The secretary hangs up on me. I call back and get Chris (I believe) who claims to be the owner, he too is overly rude telling me the technician has a window. No one understands that the technician was 45 minutes early and left, leaving me to assume I was not getting my window repaired today. Chris hangs up on me (I was not cursing or being rude, just trying t get answers). An hour later, Kevin (who obviously has been in contact with Chris) calls back and says are you home? I tell him I would not do business with them if they were the last company on earth. He hangs up on me. Apparently, hanging up on customers is their go to strategy. I swear, I was not cursing, yelling or saying anything inappropriate. I will NEVER use these people. Thanks for reading!

WOW!!! Where to begin!! I called to see or to schedule someone to come after 5pm because I work 7 days, the lady that answered the phone was extremely RUDE!!! I do believe that you pay a fee for late hours but her comments where Beyond rude, when you call to get a ball park in a job, You dont respond to a possible customer Well you dont expect it to be free specially when is not advertised on the web site, I was willing to pay but because of her attitude I went somewhere else where I wast treated Rudely and got the job done, You should get better Customer Service!!!

A need for speedy glass repair presented itself when a guest at the resort I run accidentally broke the balcony window. Glass Doctor sent out a technician Kevin, who was able to swiftly correct the problem. The overall level of expertise and professionalism of the technician certainly met my expectation.

Beware of glass doctor installing your auto glass . Watched the tech that was sent out scratch around the door panel with a metal panel remover he was using. When questioned about it, he said that was the only tool supplied so I promptly called the shop afterward and the manager said this never had happened in 18 years. I find this impossible to believe! Why they dont use plastic ones that dont scratch which are available baffles me, but this makes me believe they are incompetent or they just dont care! I would seriously consider not using this company in order to save a few bucks. I truly regret this decision! The shop owner did supply touch up paint to paint over the damage on my new car....gr8

We had a sliding glass door shatter for no discernible reason. In a panic, we immediately called several glass door companies, and the first to answer was Glass Doctor of Daytona. They first indicated that the first service would be tomorrow, but I think they understood that we were in a panic, and were able to get someone to come out in less than an hour. Kevin showed up in 30 minutes, and did a tremendous job of replacing our sliding glass door. He was professional, friendly, and explained possible causes of the shattered glass door. He was very efficient, and solved a couple of problems with installing the glass door given the age of our house. The price was reasonable, Kevin cleaned up all of the glass (there was a LOT), and was gone within an hour. Five stars for Kevin and Glass Doctor of Daytona!

My daughter was at her high school football game, when the game was over she was walking to her car and she noticed that her back passenger window was shattered and her book bag was taken, luckily for us the only thing in her book bag was her homework, lol! The next morning which was a Saturday I was on the phone calling numerous glass companies. Most of the companies did not answer or that gave an outrageous price but then I called Glass Doctor. The technician on the phone was kind, friendly, sympathetic to our situation and they gave the best quote! The soonest they could schedule the replacement was Tuesday. But they called me on Monday morning and said they could come later that morning, which was awesome for us because my daughter needed her car for school and work and volleyball practice! The technician did an awesome speedy job and was very nice. I give Glass Doctor an A++ and will definitely recommend them :)

I had the pleasure of meeting Dave from the Daytona GlassDoctor who looked at my broken window. He explained that the little sliding glass window in my garage was not standard anymore and would have to be made. My home was built in 1992 and all the windows are double pane for energy savings. He checked the thickness with a special tool to know the measurement so it will match all others. He explained that since the frame was black it would have to be made in Jacksonville and would probably take a week or so. I had set up two fans for him so he could be comfortable, a good southern tradition for your guests or workman, because the heat index that day was about 104 degrees, needless to say probably hotter in my closed garage.You generally get a better job if workers are happy and he was.I was asked to put a deposit on unit because it is custom made, no problem.I would pay the balance on installation . Dave was able to remove all the old brittle plastic shims that held window in the frame. This is a sign of someone who knows how to do things because of experience. I was very pleased that it all was done correctly and quickly and nothing broke.I feel like a made a new friend and know exactly what company to call for window replacement should I need it in future. He even let me get the cob webs down before putting the window back up, the whole thing looks brand new now. I think the adjustable shade works better now because had to be taken down and then put back up to install window. If you have a broken glass, (these are the guys to call)I called two other places to get a quote and left a message, when they called back, was told that they dont work in Palm Coast, I guess to far to travel or they just dont care! I initially called eight weeks ago to get a simple sliding glass door handle replaced. Met with the repair man quite immediately & he stated he would need to look around. After two weeks of no response, I called for an update. Was told it was on order. I waited two more weeks, still no update, called back and was told the tech that I met with would call me, nope. I continued to call week after week and on week 8 now, still havent received a follow up. Completely unprofessional and at times just rude, especially when I asked for a manager. Either you can do it or you can, just let me know.

My van had a cracked windshield. Took it in and within 45 minutes I had a OEM Ford windshield installed! That was 2 years ago and is still sealed with no cracks, so I know it was done right! Of course having a 12 month guarantee says they know what theyre doing too!

Dave from Glss Doctor came out today and installed 4 windows on two second story rental units, from the outside of the buildings. He did and excellent job, cleaned up after the job was completed, was very friendly, courteous, professional and a joy to chat wih.

Have had several problems with the installation of frameless glass shower enclosures. The first shower door was installed incorrectly. The second shower encloser was installed without correct support and shattered causing the housekeeper injuries to her feet. We have made several attempts to resolve the issue with the Manager Dave, the installer Kevin and currently have a call into the owner. It has been two weeks since the glass shattered and a replacement has not even been ordered. This is extremely unprofessional.

Dave did a great job replacing two windows in my living room. He explained what he did and carefully returned artifacts to the window sill.
