Atty secretary Sherry is very rude. I used the attorney in 2018 ..have to admit he was an excellent attorney ..like a pit bull in the courtroom but his personality was terrible..and so was his assistant Sherry. I paid him on time..when I needed him again he wouldnt speak with me..Why I dont know.

I paid him all the money he asked for, he did a terrible job, he said he was going to fight in court and then when we got to court he was as meek as a mouse. He didnt show up for the last court date, instead he had filed with the court to be removed as my attorney leaving me standing in front of the judge with no representation. In fact he helped the other side win. Only to find out he was trying to run for Judge in that county. Steve is a liar and a crook!

Steven and his staff Sherry were very nice people. The problem is I didnt read reviews before I hired him. I just think that Steven opened his own practice a little too early, and isnt quite sure completely about family law. I read some people say that Steven does whatever he can to just get your case finished, sometimes even siding with the other client. Unfortunately thats what he did in my case. The good thing is that I am now divorced but I received the same results if I had handled the divorce myself. I think if youre gonna spend a few thousand dollars, maybe just do a little more research than I did.

Very disappointed with this guy he took my money and did nothing for me now won’t answer the phone because he don’t care about others just money to go on trips with is wife and kids to Colorado where he owns another home he has never sat down and tried to discuss my case until two days before trial he never even read the court documents that were misleading and not filled out correctly He was a Disaster to my case and the outcome was devastating And his response was fathers always get the short end of the stick nice to know Mr. Della Roche this is how you conduct your business you were more worried about your self then representing your clients in a fair and honest way you should be disbarred and took it off to jail for robbing people with a pen and paper
