I recently needed to file a lady bird deed on my house in Fort Myers. I had no idea where to get this done, so I searched for a legal firm on google. These were pretty pricey, so I found Florida Document Specialists out of Daytona Beach. A quick check of their reviews and they sounded like a good choice. I went ahead and processed my order online and paid their fee. I wasn’t sure of the timeline, so I contacted the company. I heard back from Amanda who told me they would be ready in two days. That was great since I really needed it ASAP. And two days later, I received my documents as promised. I had a local notary assist with certifying the documents. The next day I took them to the local county clerk and had no issues at all in filing. It was really a great experience. Finally, a company that delivers when they say they will. Great company with excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

I used Florida Document Specialists last week because I needed an apostille for a German language Power of Attorney.After some research I figured it would take between 4 - 6 weeks to just send my document to the Secretary of State in FL and wait for it to come back. Florida Document Specialists says they can do it in 2 - 3 days. I was sceptic, but let me tell you: This is exactly what happened. Not only that: I called John Bayne several times with questions which he patiently answered for me. He also offered to add the notary text to my German document to ensure it was done correctly. No charge for that! I sent out my paper on a Wednesday afternoon, it was back in my hands the following Monday at noon with the apostille I needed.Florida Document Specialist offered and performed an outstanding service, they do not just promise to be fast and thorough, they are!I will use them again in the future should the need arise. Very thorough and responsive until they cashed the money order....let that be a first flag for anyone else...money orders required so you cant claim refunds easily...then a week went by with no reaponse...then two ..then I ask for a refund and they send only half...BBB is next stop. These scammers gotta be madeb public..scammers, cheaters, unprofessional... DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS!

They are absolutely wonderful people. Very professional. They went above and beyond what I paid them to do. Documents were prepared on time and they drove about 2 hours one way just to personally have me notarize everything before filing the documents with the courts. They made sure that everything the courts would have required at a later time were done and taken care prior to the time of filing. They truly care about you and not just your money. Prices were more than reasonable. They know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them. What a godsend. Thanks again.
