Incredibly unprofessional. Poor language and frankly he was quite rude. Tech work is mediocre at best and I could get better customer service behind my local Waffle House. I would give 1 star for the actual service (awful as it is), but I cannot even remotely tell you how unfriendly and unprofessional this business is
Dan Upfold is a TERRIBLE business owner and technician. I contacted him for help regarding my iPad Mini and he took 2 weeks to respond to my messages, despite his promise of quick response and turnaround. Then he fried the internal mechanism of my iPad Mini, which belonged to my employer, and refused to accept responsibility or reimburse me for the service he provided, let alone the irreparable damage he has caused. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Rude, clear peaked in junior high energy here. Didnt fix anything substantially. Go somewhere else.
I would not at all recommend doing business of any kind with this man. The way he speaks is degrading towards women. For no reason, he talks down to people. If that’s the kind of person you wish to associate with, then by all means give him your business. I wish there was an option lower than 1 star. I apologize for this mans actions against any other person this man has insulted.
