CompuSys was incredibly helpful, kind, courteous, and great with communication in trying to help with my issue. I did not get the gentlemans name who mainly helped me (the owner, maybe?) but he was very diligent in providing thorough customer service and in explaining any steps that they were taking in order to help recover my hard drive. Unfortunately, they were not able to recover my data in-house (it was a deeper mechanical issue that the hard drive would have to be mailed out for), but I definitely recommend CompuSys and will consider them a go-to service for any IT-related problems in the future.

Called about data recovery.. was told because the hard drive had been opened there was nothing that could be done. There are literally THOUSANDS of tutorials on how to do this and there is no damage or nothing catastrophic that ever happens. I have had hundreds of hard drives apart and replaced heads and never had a issue. Either they didnt wanna help or they dont know what they are doing.

My iMac computer was hacked into a couple of weeks ago and the virus compromised all three of my units. The guys at CompuSys diagnosed and cleaned up everything in a timely manner so I could continue working with my clients. Apple products are generally pretty safe from viruses but I guess I was the exception. I highly recommend CompuSys for PC AND Mac equipment!

Had a PC gaming rig and was cautious about giving them to any old PC repair place. These guys took my PC in and did exactly what I asked them, found out what was the problem with my PC and how to fix it and even offering for them to do it for me. They also fixed my start up button which I was sure was broke and then they even gave me a jerry rig start up button just in case it fails all for just the service charge when you give them your PC. One of the workers even came in on the weekend when it was closed to get my PC back in my hands so I could keep playing and I really appreciated that. They showed me their repair shop and it looks like a computer surgical room! These guys know what they are doing and I would direct anyone with any computer needs towards these guys!
