Just put to get money. Was told that I would be able to fix products that werent bought through them. I spent $200 for the Geek squad and tried to get to items fixed, a laptop and a TV. Nope they have so many underlying things that they dont tell you. Which makes it to benefit them and you put off$200.

I was told due to “Covid,” unless you are getting a large purchase installed such as a radio or a backup camera, smaller installations such as Hard wired Radar detectors and other installations that Best Buy sells on their website are “not a priority “ and will have to wait a month or so. What a joke. Why I thought my experience with Geek Squad and Best Buy would be different is beyond me. Bad business.

Cory working at the Best Buy location is awesome. I went in on a whim without an appointment after my computer wouldn’t charge. I asked if they were able to try charging it to figure out whether it was my charger or a computer issue. He was very kind and after realizing it was a simple charger issue on my end AND even offered to charge my computer and cleaned it while I shopped for a new charger and case. I appreciate his kindness and help a lot knowing they are usually very busy and an appointment is needed.10/10 recommend going here. Though my encounter was simple, the generousity shown really made my day.

Furious with these people. Three times in a row, I have had a morning appointment - arrival 7-11 - and it got changed to afternoon a day before. Once it got moved later and they sent a third-party tech. They dont ask if its okay, they just do it. It is NOT right. It isnt fair to the customer. If I set up a morning appointment, its because I have a commitment in the afternoon. If someone makes an appointment after I do, why do they get priority.

The service is VERY POOR. I will not recommend anyone to this store. The salespersons are very dishonest! The Geek Squad is a major DISASTER, they do not answer a direct question, instead the customer service direct you to an automated system.

Bought 1 year extended warranty for $199.on phone.from website..Installed Webroot for computers and cell phones for 19 dollars.They had 2 people working on my 2 computers for over 4 hours on each.Better warranty and service than I bought from Dell.Also covers all electronics including appliances and at home visits with a 49 dollar charge plus parts.No deductable on computers

They were kind, courteous and understanding. They treated me with respect and not as an ignoramus. They made me feel as they were teaching someone with the ability to comprehend and learn. They made me feel as they really wanted me to learn how to deal with my problem if it were ever to recur. They also answer all my questions whether it was on the problem at hand or another concern.

If I could give them a -10 stars I would I ordered and paid for a TV that didn’t get delivered and their incompetent supervisor Danny at the Daytona store has no clue and can’t tell me why anything, has no idea about anything but that’s OK because I’m gonna give good ol Mario Juarez a call in the morning and see if I can get things straightened out. Will never order again.

BUYER BEWARE! Their 24/7 service is a joke! There is a good chance that you will be transferred to the Phillipines or Missouri to escalate your concerns. The Phillipines will tell you that they have no record of your service request. You can speak with store managers (we spoke to 3) who will apologize for your inconvenience, but no one comes back to take care of the problem that the Geek Squad originally caused. We are still waiting for a technician to return. We spent over 3 hours trying to get someone to help. Will never use the Geek Squad again!

Geek Squad and the managers at this store are the worst! I recently moved to the area and a couple of my electronics werent working right after I unpacked them, so I went to this store for help. Not only was I ignored when I got there (after making an appointment), I was flat out told that if I didnt buy the items there, there wasnt anything they could do. It very specifically says on the website well fix it no matter where you bought it. After I left the store, I called to inform management of my horrendous experience only to be rebuffed again! Management did not care and would do nothing to help me. I will never shop at this store again!
