If you want a great deal, and top quality customer service you NEED to stop by to see Peggy Jensen. She helped my fiancé and I get an amazing deal on this new lease and was very accommodating. We brought along our 7 week old baby and gave me a private space to feed and change him while we got paperwork signed and the deal finalized. Called Gary Yeoman’s Honda while I was driving past the dealership on I95. They were able to schedule me in for service immediately. I took the exit, headed up Tomoka Oaks Road where I was greeted enthusiastically.They checked my service records, service codes on dash and performed the recommended service and 90 + point inspection. My husband and I were in the market for a new car. We had a Kia Sorrento, but with three children and looking into the future of having another baby, we clearly needed more room. We had tried a local dealership in DeLand, but had a horrible experience. Reluctantly, I agreed to head to Daytona. My anxiety was already sky high and I really didn’t want another bad experience. My mom had just bought a car the week prior and met with a really great salesman, Vinny. She called him up and let him know we were on the way. From start to finish, Vinny was an absolute godsend. He was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. We never felt pressured. We will forever go to Gary Yeoman Honda because of our wonderful experience with Vinny and the entire process. Good morning,We had the best car buying service and experience with Kyle that we have ever received. He listened to us, introduced us to a variety of cars we described and had us test drive each one so we could experience the difference and know we were buying the exact car we were looking for.Our initial plan was to go to several different car manufacturers and see what I wanted to purchase. Kyles knowledge and patience was superb, he shared info that helped us find the exact car that suited my criteria. I bought a CRV today at Gary Yeomans Honda. My sales person was Peg Jensen. She was so professional, sweet, funny, knowledgeable. She helped me set my phone up with all the widgets and gadgets that come with cars today. She went over all the bells and whistle‘s more than once because there were so many! The manager Roy Miller made my experience smooth, No stress whatsoever. Daniel Blair, In the finance department, was awesome. I have never ever left a review in my life, but this dealership deserves it. WORST EXPERIENCE of my life, I bought a 2018 Toyota Camry with 21k miles on it. The salesman never let me test drive or look at the vehicle till papers were signed, insisted it was raining too hard outside. Super sketchy. The next day I had a severe blowout on the highway, & some minor damage to the alignment. I did a 360° into a ditch off the highway. They took me as a joke when I asked if the tire was defaulted or if they inflated it too much, insisted I had hit something on the highway. I had one bad tire, they charged me 600$ for 4 new ones & didn’t let me keep the other tires, which I specifically asked for. Took me hours to get ahold of anyone important, they told me my car would be done yesterday in an hour and a half & it wasn’t done until the next day hours after they had opened. When I came to pick up my car I noticed they had forgot a couple screws & bolts & everything was hanging off, which they fixed even though I asked for a FULL inspection before I pick up my car again. Waiting in the lobby for forever, the manager says “they haven’t came & told you your car was ready?”, I replied “no”, he laughed & then took me to my car.No one took me serious here, AT ALL. I am a young female who was alone in all this, maybe why they thought I was easy to take advantage of. If I could give this car back I would, worst service I have ever received & some of the RUDEST people I have ever spoke with. Looking at some of these reviews I realize I don’t stand alone in this, I just pray everyone AVOIDS this dealership AT ALL COSTS.Update: a month after buying the car, my battery was completely dead..

They have a app that tracks your progress from the time the mechanic starts working on your car. I found a good deal on a used car out here. I called ahead to confirm availability and then checked again right before I drove out (about an hour away). They were great with communication, I really liked the car when I test drove it. They had already done an inspection and they told me the parts to replace the clutch were already ordered. So I decided to buy it and we eventually settled on a price I was happy with. They included the clutch, and are even fixing some rough paint areas for me which was super cool. Most dealers would just sell a used the car as is, but they actually did a real inspection and made sure it would go out in good working condition. I’m going back in a few days to pick up the car, but the whole process has been really good so far. Also, they are still maintaining good communication, my saleswoman (Melissa) has called a couple times to keep me up to speed on the progress. That’s been really great, and much better than a lot of other dealers since the deal is already complete. They could have been lame since they got paid, but they are still working to make the experience good all the way to the end. I would shop there again with no hesitation.

My service advisor was good but Honda has built a terrible car that has nothing but problems. Its ridiculous to have to replace an air conditioning condenser and compressor in a 2016 Honda Civic. Not to mention the paint that is peeling off the car which is leading to corrosion on the body. This dealer just wants you to fork over money without even trying to help you. Do NOT buy Honda if you know whats good for you!!!!!Finally, do not believe all of these 5 star reviews. Its very common to be asked by the sales representatives to mention their name in a google review so they get an additional bonus on top of the car sale. This is a really shady way for the Honda Dealership to falsely prop up their business.

My car broke down while on vacation. I called Gary Yeomans Honda in Daytona Beach. They were there within 30 mins to pick up my car and check it out, They called me within a few hours to let me know what was wrong with it. I told them hat I needed it repaired by Saturday if at all possible, because that was when I was suppose to return home. They had it repaired by Friday morning. That did a great job on the repairs and dealing with the warranty. Took all the stress off me.

Wife and I stopped by to look at a new Honda CR-V we hadnt even tried car out and lead inside to do numbers? Then they took our car keys and drove off with our car??? Continued to pressure a buy now until I had enough!! Had to insist on my return of keys and my car which they had put in a locked area! Shady place !! BewareUpdate to above: next day after above visit we were called by General manager who apologized for our bad experience and asked if he could make it right? so we said ok and he did! he asked us what we wanted and brought new CR-V to our home to try out and told us after we drove it he would in fact give us top trade and meet our financing terms. So we went to dealership and the whole buying experience was trouble free and all sales, and finance personnel were very helpful fully explained everything to us and although these sale do take time and lots of paperwork ? we got more than we expected from this dealership for what we wanted to spend! And oh yeah! the car itself sold us its really nice in many ways but a lot to learn for us! now back to this manual?? good sale!

Top notch service!! As I was leaving Daytona yesterday to head back to Atlanta, I hit my car in a parking garage and broke off my sideview mirror, leaving it dangling on my door by the power cord. Not wanting to drive 7+ hours with it like that, I looked up local Honda/Acura dealerships and without even calling, immediately headed over. The service dept took my car in right away and within 30 mins had the mirror off and put a protective cover over it and I was on my way back to Atlanta. THANK YOU so much to the team for your help in that unexpected accident and for your quick response! I would HIGHLY recommend Gary Yeomans Honda to anyone!

Brittany was THE BEST to work with. We live over an hour away from the dealership and we were able to make everything happen via text, call and photos. I gave her a number and she made it work. Her and the entire team were right to the point. Professional. Knew the car in and out. We were greeted by the general manager who was so wonderful and helpful. They treat veterans with the most respect. I love that they didn’t beat around the bush. They weren’t secretive with the numbers or the deal. Right to the point. I’ll never go anywhere else for a car.

Had a good experience viewing a vehicle with Juan. This vehicle was not a Honda, so I didnt expect a whole lot. Everyone was friendly and I was offered water while I waited at the front area.My relatively low rating is not to do with my experience with Juan, necessarily, however its that my experience with this dealer is that what you see online is not what you get. This made things rather disappointing though it did not deter me from purchasing, as I had already driven an hour to see a particular model I was interested in.I communicated with Juan and another person prior to leaving, and let them know I was driving an hour to see the vehicle. My first impression of the SUV, a recent model year over $30k, was a heavy blast of air conditioning filled with heavy stench of cigarette smoke. In my communications with the dealership prior to my arrival, there was no mention that this vehicle was unclean or heavily smoked in. Had I known this was the case, I may have passed on seeing the vehicle or waited for it to be cleaned.The second part of what you see not being what you get is that I was charged an extra $1000 on top of the listing price for supposed costs the dealer incurred in acquiring and cleaning the vehicle. While the offer they made for my trade in and price of the vehicle was more than fair, this feels to be in poor taste considering I will have to drive an hour back to the dealer this week for the car to be cleaned with an ozone machine. This should have taken place before showing the vehicle.Hoping the dealership follows through on making the situation right, in the end.

HelloIve been through many a car buying experience in my young 58 years. This one has risen above all else!! Tony the sales manager and Mike in finance trudged long and hard to get me the best possible deal on my 2021 Type R, and I couldnt be happier. Jess went over the whole car with me, filling me in on how to navigate the radio and driving options. He was like the icing on the cake! Friendly and at home is all I felt from beginning to end. Tony even offered me spaghetti and meatballs from the employees lunchroom. Who does that??😁This dealership is a perfect example of how a dealership should be run. Dont go anywhere else until you give these fine gentlemen a shot in getting you the best deal possible!! Amazingly great dealership!

I had an issue initially but they worked their butts off to spin the deal, give me and amazing amount for my trade, and I was out the door under where I wanted to be. Yesterday I had a great experience With Britney W. She was honest, quick and no BS. I told her what I wanted and what I needed. I told her I was coming from an hour away and wanted to do most of it over the phone. The car was detailed and ready for me to just test drive. I was in and out in around an hour. For sales def ask for Brittney!!They gave me more for my trade in than 90% of the dealerships I had visited. If you are looking to sell your car I would come here!The only reason this does not get 5 stars is because on the way home the car was making a weird noise, when I got home my husband took it to the mechanic to get it checked since it just sounded like the breaks but it being a “new” used car, we wanted it looked at. Just to find out the breaks were missing 2 screws and was just hanging. This was a BIG liability on the service department and whoever did the inspection on the car.THANK GOD nothing happened to me on the way home.I’m sure this doesn’t happen often but it was a BIG liability. I told my sales rep, and she made sure to tell the service manager and have him give me a call.The general manager drove my old car back to my house and took the new car back to get it inspected one more time. This is GREAT customer service since I live over an hour away!!

I would never go to this dealership as long as the GM and Sales Manager who was working their today September 5th. I told the salesmen I was here for 5 minutes just passing buy to see if I won a prize. He said i have to give my information but that was all on mail piece and i did not wish to give my phone number. He did not like that and sent over GM. The GM said its in small print I asked to show it and he asked me to leave. The sales manager came over to help and when i told him about the issue and asked for the number of GM boss he said owners name Gary Yeomans and said I have 2 minutes to leave or will call police. Wow nice way to treat customer. GM came back and said one more chance to see if I am interested and I said it what call the police like the sales manager he said no. I left and sales manager comes out to take picture of my car. This is a write up and according to the ad it should be worth 5 more gold coins. Shame you have to offer gifts to get people to dealership only to not be given them. I need a new car but I wont be threatened. Also they wanted to keep mail that was sent to me. By law they are not allowed to take your mail.

This place is a joke. I went in thinking of trading in my truck. Found a truck I was interested in listed for $18,000 at the front of the dealership. The sales guy showed me the truck. Long story short after they pull my credit the sales manager comes out and says “sorry the truck is actually $28,000” so I said ok well you had it advertised for that price what if we meet in the middle or try to work something out he said “I’m not budging or I would buy the truck myself” pretty unprofessional if you ask me. If he made a mistake maybe he should have said something before pulling my credit and should probably learn some people skills if he’s in customer service industry.

This was my first visit to a Honda dealership as a Honda owner. The facilities were great while I waited for my services. I was on my lunch break and it was great to continue working while my car was being serviced. I had the appropriate power sources and beverages and snack options if I wanted/needed.Manuela went above and beyond to make sure my first experience was a great one. My experience yesterday at Honda was excellent. I didn’t have an appointment but they took my car in for the oil change and tire rotation very quickly. Scott Wenzel was most helpful and polite to me. I will definitely return to Gary Yeomans for the upkeep on my car.

Amber Tinsley greeted me with a smile and asked how she couldhelp me. I had seen a vehicle online and she quickly located it and offered a test drive. The test drive was looking enough to give me a good feel for the vehicle and it decided to purchase the vehicle. Amber made the process simple and kept me informed of each step. This made the whole process a relaxed experience instead of the usual dread of trying to purchase a vehicle. I was working with a salesman named Juan and was pleasantly surprised that he was willing to work a fair deal on the car I wanted. on the website the car was listed for 18k and I assumed 3k for taxes and fees so 21k total, He sent me a purchase order for over 24k and I wondered what had happened. They had a 1500 fee for not trading a car and an additional 1500 fee for not getting a loan with them. there was also a $750 reconditioning fee and the normal 900 dealer fee and tax and title fees. I asked him to remove the trade fee and finance fee which he said he was able to do and he only charged me half of the reconditioning fee. AT last I was back to the 21k it should have been at and we agreed to make the deal. I applied for and received a check from my bank and he said he would have it delivered to me and we could sign the papers the next day. The n the next day came and I get a call from the sales manager stating that they scratched the car and there was 2k in damages that I would have to pay. I dont know what kind of bait and switch operation this is, but I do not think they actually scratched the car as I asked for pictures and they would not send me any. The more realistic situation is that Juan went rogue and agreed to things he did not have authorization for so they needed to find a way to get another 2k out of me, which is not going to happen. Even if there was actual damage they should give me a further discount as a damaged car is worth less, not charge an extra 2k to me for something I have nothing to do with. If you decide to purchase from this dealer just be aware that the deal you get is not sealed until you get the keys and drive away. and the price on the website is very misleading with all the extraordinary fees they charge.

The staff members were friendly and professional. I am pleased with the service department and the reasonable price for a Full Synthetic Oil Change. My only concern was that many people inside the waiting area were not wearing face masks. Although there was a sign posted on the door it was ignored by many and not enforced by staff. We recently had an issue with the a/c system on our 2018 civic that the warranty had expired on 5 months ago. The service advisor, Spiro Kopsidas, was extremely helpful with resolving the issue by working with us and Honda corporate to settle the issue at a considerable cost savings for us. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, fast acting and professional. It was actually a pleasureable experience to get the car repaired as compared to other dealings we have had in the past with other companies. He should be commended for his work ethics and professionalism. I wish there were more professionals like him out there in the customer service world.

I can’t say enough great things about this dealership. Being a local business owner, finding the time to spend with salesman at a dealership can be difficult. After setting up everything over the phone, I was able to surprise my wife with her new Honda for her birthday. I then returned later, to sign all of the paperwork. The timing was just right, and no one pressured us into anything that I had not asked for.The salesman Joe was great, but the General Manager Anthony Macchia went above and beyond. They made my surprise come true, and my wife had no idea whatsoever. I highly recommend this dealership, as well as all of the Gary Yeomans’ dealerships!

Many reasons Iam giving this a one ..they did an oil change and didn’t reset the oil light .. so I had returned they took care of me and then tried to make me pay for it so there’s lack of communication between the service manager and adviser.. while I was there I requested to speak back with the service manager.. and that never happened.. and still have yet to hear from him with a phone call when I left without paying for the oil change as promised I looked at my paper work .. and on my inspection there was issues that was not brought to my attention.. needing tires and a cabin air filter and a few others.. well I check my cabin air and it’s not even dirty..so they basically pencil whipped my inspection.. now I know I do need tires .. I needed them from day I bought the car .. (few months ago) but no one has bothered to even give me a quote they just do my oil change and push me out the door..However my service advisor besides that has been great .

I was buying my first car today and wasnt sure what to expect. I got many storues of the pushy dealer and i was nervous, certain someone would try take advantage of me. I could not have had a more pleasant experience than i had with hinda Daytona. Everyone there were so nice and even when it seemed like i wasnt going to buy they never pushed and always made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. The two gentlemen Id like to point out are first the brand specialist Matt Russel. He was proffesional, chill, and not pushy in the slightest. He helped me, answered all my questions and truly made the experience fun, and informative. He went through a lot of hoops to help me get the car i wanted for a great deal, and even stayed near an hour after his work time to help me. All while holding a smile and being patient. The other gentleman is a finance manager Steve Gramera who made the whole after costs and warranties easy to understand and was helpful from beginning to end. I also want to thank the manager who helped me get the deal it was beyond helpful. Im now a proud owner of a Honda Civic 2021.P.S the deal is not just a good deal because they said it is but because i have done weeks of research and know i practically stole it from the lot for the price i got.Thank you Honda Daytona and look forward to doing business with you again!

I’ve never had a bad experience at this dealership. They are courteous, keep you updated on your vehicle’s progress, are transparent about everything you are charged for in a service appointment, and don’t pressure you to have them do maintenance that you can do on your own (like changing a cabin air filter). Spiros was my service advisor at my most recent appointment and provided great service and even made sure my electronic key had a fresh battery before I left.

My husband and I were looking for the best deal on a Honda CRV and I was inquiring this information from Honda dealerships within a 2 hour radius. Within less than a day Britney texted me and offered a deal we couldnt refuse! It was the smoothest transaction my husband and I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle, and we didnt even have to travel to Daytona (a 1.5 hour trip for us) because the next day after we purchased it she had it delivered to our doorstep. Britney was thoughtful and not aggressive like other sales people can be. I appreciated her willingness to Facetime and show us the vehicle and how she asked if she could answer any questions for us. She called to check on us and our satisfaction the next day after it was delivered to us and told us she will check in another week to see if I had any other questions over that period of time. Overall, our experience is a 5 out of 5 from the dealership, but I would rate Britneys care a 6 out of 5!

From the moment Peg introduced herself I knew this would be like no experience Ive had before. She was direct, polite, and understanding of my financial needs.
