Great Company. We recently contacted Southeast Insurance for a policy on our new home. Brian, the owner, handle our request professionally. He offered us several options based on our needs and wrote our policy through Tower Hill. Shortly after we closed on the house, we were contacted by an inspector for Tower Hill who needed to do an exterior visual inspection. No problems. Happy customer! I would highly recommend them!

**BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM**They give you an initial quote that seems good then months later threaten to cancel, but offer another policy at a higher rate.I was given a homeowners quote with Tower Hill through Southeast Insurance for a home I purchased. Weve had the policy and coverage for 2 months then, out of the blue, received a phone call from Southeast Insurance stating that Tower Hill Insurance had been to a house with a warped, uneven patched roof. Tower Hill claimed it was our address and they had done an inspection and they were going to now cancel the policy.This was not my house or my roof.I had a professional 4 point inspection done and provided this to Southeast Insurance and Tower Hill. When I asked who had done an inspection and when, no one knew. No one ever came to my house to do an inspection nor did anyone ever contact me in reference to any inspection. I think both of these companies are dishonest and I feel if I ever did need to file a claim and needed help there would be problems with Tower Hill Insurance.
