I love working with this office even though I live in Orlando now. They always manage to put the most personal touches into everything, and youre never pressured to do or buy anything you dont need or want. They are always so polite and informative. I absolutely love it and cant recommend enough!

Let me just start by saying that I’ve been with this office ( through changes) for probably 40 years. I’m currently splitting my time between two homes, which tends to complicate things. I have been dealing (though that’s not a word for someone like a friend), with Karen Sullivan since I can remember. She’s not only professional and thorough, but when sudden issues pop up, she’s on it!! I honestly can’t express my gratitude for this wonderful woman! She even checks up on my fur baby! Long ago, the woman that brought me to State Farm, Raynooka ( passed and missed), was the best ever… Karen is that … takes care of business and a friend! Thank you!

The agents and the customer assistant in this office have worked for many, many hours to get my State Farm Drive Safe and Save app onto my phone, and I am so pleased!! They have gone above and beyond to solve all my problems!! I highly recommend Jeff Hoffer State Farm !!!!

Asked to change agents on the 5th. Policy expired 2/21. Got a letter on the 25th. No phone contact. Saved $30 and lowered my deductible at another company.

What I have found in over 30 years of business with Statefarm for my insurance needs is that it is all about the relationship with your agents and staff. The office has changed ownership a few times but the high quality of the office and staff have never changed. They have always provided the best to me and my family. With Kim and now Rachel is first class. If you are looking for an insurance family you should look no further as you will not be disappointed.

Kim was absolutely amazing. I had difficulty with my status and quotes and Kim was absolutely amazing. She walked me through everything that was needed and I was able to get my information back on track and not worry about any money hassles and waste no time. We had a great couple of laughs and her work was greatly appreciated.

NOTE: After originally posting the information below today (7/10/2020) I discovered State Farm tried to AUTO BILL MY CREDIT CARD $150.00 EVEN THOUGH BOTH JEFF HOFFERS OFFICE AND STATE FARM CORPORATE WERE PUT ON NOTICE THAT THE AUTO POLICIES WOULD NOT BE RENEWED.....I HAVE THE TEXT ON MY PHONE PROVING IT......State Farm has been charging me approx $750.00 every 6 months for my 2 (two) auto policies. Called GEICO; GEICO will bind coverage for both vehicles for $366.50/6 month policy period (including uninsured motorist coverage). State Farm is extremely expensive compared to their competitors. Word of advice for everyone else, I was told State Farm is one of the last carriers in the USA to not bundle cars under 1 policy when there is 1 (one) person with 2 (two) vehicles.....State Farm double charges for auto insurance in other words......

My husband and I have had State Farm for years now. We have dealt with various offices before but Jeff Hoffers office has been the best of them all.Rachel is especially amazing. We actually switched to Jeffs office because of her.The rest of the staff is also great. Together they, along with Jeff are an amazing team.

Went in for a quote and was greeted friendly, the agent that took care of me was Tracy. She was very kind and professional. Saved me over a $100 a month and with double the coverage! I was very surprised. 10/10 definitely would recommend!

Insurance can be a headache, but when you have such a friendly and helpful office- life is good! From walking in the door to a smiling face from Victoria to doing busniess with any of the awesome employees (Frank, Rachel and Nikki- all of them are great), I have never had a negative experience. This office is the best in the area! They have great customer service and to me thats the most important part of being successful in both service and business. Wish I could give ten stars!

I had Geico Insurance for over 30 years. My premiums were becoming way too high. I called Jeff Hoffers office and my rates have dropped significantly, with the same coverage. I added Renters insurance as well, and its still less. This office is knowledgeable about their products, they are local, and they are a pleasure to deal with. Friendly and great service

Checked ahead to see if they could write a condo policy through State Farm. They said yes, so I set up an appointment. When I arrived, the lady with whom I had an appointment started working with another customer. After waiting ten minutes, the receptionist told me they could NOT write a condo policy through State Farm, but would have to clearinghouse it through another company. Time, effort and gas completely wasted. They need to get their act together.
