I have come here once before in the past and had a great experience. However when i came back this time it was one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had. The man doing my nails watched the Tv the whole time and barely paid attention to what he was doing. He severely cut my finger and my nails are lumpy and misshapen. I showed a reference photo and was happy to pay the extra shaping fee to make them look like the picture as best he could with what i was asking. I asked for almond shape with french tips and a black french tip on my middle finger. They came out terrible and i am literally embarrassed by them. It also took him maybe an hour to do dip +tips which if you know isn’t that long especially since we were doing something that might take a little longer. I included a picture of my nails the cut and the inspiration picture that i showed.

I’ve been to this place a few times, my first few times were great but my last visit wasn’t up to my expectations. The overall experience was wonderful, the lady was really nice and gave me the complimentary drink. The nails themselves though we’re not what i was expecting. i got a simple coffin shape and 2 colors of gel polish. The gel polish they used on my nails have bumps and wrinkles in them. 3 of my nails were crooked and didn’t notice until i went home. overall this is a great place, but i wish they paid more attention to detail. it’s a hit or miss with this place

2 days ago I was looking for 2 gift certificates and Tracy, the receptionist/bartender, greet me as soon I walked in explaining some of the services they offer; she was so attentive and amazing that it made me call yesterday to book an appointment. Today, as soon as I walked in, Tracy welcomed me and tell me to go to the station where Nancy was ready to start taking care of me! She did an amazing/clean work, and she noticed that I wasnt sure of the shape of my nails, so she politely asked me to let her know, so she literally nailed it! and now Im a happy customer excited to come back!After almost 3 months in Ohio, I finally found an amazing place to get my nails done. Clean, I didnt wait when I get to my appointment, friendly and professional employees, they are not talking between them while they work on your nails, so the attention is 100% for the customer! and the cherry on top is: they have a BAR!!When I was paying, Tracy asked me if I enjoyed the experience, if I liked my nails, this place WOW me in every detail! and I truly appreciate it! Kudos to TRACY that even when she didnt made my nails, she was the reason why I came back right away to get my nails done after selling me the gift cards, and NANCY what a great nail technician, I LOVE MY NAILS! Thank you for making my morning so amazing!

Very VERY disappointed. I have been visiting this salon for a quite a few months now, but it is time to find a new one. I paid $60+ for this! Plus I paid for my daughters nails as well. Angela did mine. So very disappointing. I wanted to build a relationship, but not with this!! I cannot endorse a recommendation any longer with this type of service. In addition, I have nail polish all over my nail beds😡. Look at how the nails are not even on my nails! So VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I went for the first time today and I was so impressed! My tech (T1) was amazing!! He did a wonderful job and he was fast. I will definitely be back!

Sophia was amazing! She absolutely went the extra mile when they didn’t have the color I wanted in regular polish and not gel. She explained many of the things she was doing differently than other techs had done in the past and made my experience wonderful. I continue to love this place after coming here since the grand opening.

I have been to Classy Nails many times over the past few years, but I can no longer endorse this business in any way, shape, or form. They now rush through appointments. In one of my more recent visits, they applied polish to my cuticle and pretended not to understand me when I tried to get it redone. In another session, my technician cut my nails and didnt file them at all, again acting like she didnt understand what I wanted. Whats worse, my gel polish always starts chipping after a day or two. The final straw was my moms manicure. They kept trying to talk her into a gel polish - steering her to that section repeatedly even though she clearly stated regular manicure on her form and verbally. I intervened, but her naiI technician was so angry she wasnt going to make a lot of money on that service she was rude to my mom, she rushed through her appointment, and- heres the kicker- she cut her skin! Previously, I kept going back because of the spacious atmosphere and convenience in getting appointments. But, I cant overlook poor quality products and poor service, including mistreatment of an elderly woman who wanted a simple manicure. Thats just unacceptable. I recommend you spend your hard earned money elsewhere as they are no longer providing a quality service.

Ive come here a few times now and each time the service was great. Its extremely clean and the employees are very professional. They also offer a complimentary beverage (alcoholic and non alcoholic available). Simon spent an extra amount of time making sure that he got the design I wanted correct. He even restarted when he wasnt happy with the result, at no additional charge and asked for advice from another tech. He was so friendly and genuine and I was very impressed with how he worked. He made my entire appointment very comfortable. I have also done a full set of acrylics in the past and they lasted a month without cracking, breaking, or needing a fill in. Theyre very friendly and there is a full bar so you can bring a group and everyone can enjoy themselves, especially if someones service is taking a little longer. Its very spacious inside so you arent sitting shoulder to shoulder with other clients. They also offer waxing, eyebrow, and lash services which I have not used, but a friend of mine has used the eyebrow service and it was also very well done and very sanitary. I highly recommend bringing your friends here to check out their services. Ive attached the photo of what I asked for from Pinterest vs what I received.

Mostly disappointed with my experience. The basic nail polish selection was lackluster. My friend had made appointments for us for a specific time, but we had to wait thirty minutes before being seated for our pedicures. Once we were seated, we waited an additional ten minutes to get any hot water added to our bowls to soak. The ladies who serviced the pedicures barely spoke to either of us, but only spoke to each other and another tech. My tech messed up my toe nail polish as she tried to put my sandals on instead of letting me use the disposable foot covers. She didnt offer to fix it. And a heads up: they arent accepting credit card tips. If you want to tip, it must be with cash. Conveniently, there is an ATM that only offers $20 bills. Unfortunately, it was not an experience that I would want to repeat.

I don’t want to come across as a Karen but I asked for ombré dip powder… this is not even close to ombré. If someone cannot do a service I prefer they tell me that instead of me paying $60 just to take it off when I got home… the nail was buffed unevenly and left bumpy… it had different textures throughout… very poor quality

This establishment is poorly ran. You make appointments to sit and wait for your services. My bf and I made appointments and showed up early (about 15 mins). They started his pedicure while I sat soaking for almost 40 minutes. He was done by the time they started mine. Then we got manicures..obviously his was completed well before mine and he had to wait until I was done. When I went to pay, they attempted to charge me full price. I asked for a manager and he offered 5% off. What a joke.They rush through services and allow walk ins to be handled prior to people who schedule appointments.Definitely wouldnt recommend this place at all.

Spent $45 on a gel manicure on 7/21/21 for vacation that we left that Friday on and they didn’t even last a week. My nail polish from dollar general on my toes is lasting way longer than this. Don’t waste your money like I did.

My nail technician was really nice and the place was clean and spacious. However, I did not feel like my pedicure was worth $45. I didn’t really get a foot massage, which is one of the reasons why I wanted a pedicure. We were also offered complimentary beverages that were never brought to us. This is a very nice business, but I wouldn’t set your expectations too high.

Kay the nail tech is the total package for superb over the top customer service. Every time I come back she is like family to me and my husband. Her knowledge and care is on point. Highly recommend classy nails.

She used three different colored powders - baby blue, lavender, and a sparkly baby pink - to make small splotches all over for a pastel, abstract cotton candy creation 💕

The guy that did my nails didnt do a good job putting the gels, there was bump and it a couple days later my nails started to peel off. Like its a shellac they supposed to last for two weeks! Not recommending this place if you want a better manicure that will last long.

The inside of this place is huge and it is very beautiful, they even have a bar for wine, beer, and shots. I saw a boyfriend hangout there while his girlfriend got her nails done. Haha. I didn’t appreciate the front desk staff all that much but my nail tech was excellent. He greeted me excitedly and genuinely and we had a great conversation. I only got a quick regular manicure so I don’t know their skill level THAT well but the place has great atmosphere.

Nail tech was very rude and acted like he didnt want to be there. Kept rolling his eyes. Nails are different lengths, do not match up, nails are crooked and not the design i asked for. I will not be going back to this nail salon.

I initially wrote a good review because my first couple of experiences weren’t bad here, but the last few times I’ve come in have been extremely disappointing! My best friend flew in for my graduation and they straight up told her she couldn’t get a design. So my friend settled on French tips and wanted to make them a color, but was denied again and she had to settle for white French tips that were poorly done. I went in to get my acrylics removed and regular polish on my nails. The ripped half my actual nail off and then tried to make me pay before they painted my nails because they knew they messed up. I didn’t get my nails painted, I paid for the removal and left. I attached a picture of both my pinky fingers to show where they ripped the nail

My mom and I decided to get a pedicure done today. She got a basic, and I got a deluxe which was a bit more expensive. The leg massage was great, but they did not cut my nails or file my heels or calluses like they said they did. He didnt do it at all! They also didnt give me and flip flops and it was 30 degrees outside today so we had to sit in the chair and wait for the polish to dry for 30 minutes. Already after 2 hours, my polish has already chipped 🤦‍♀️ and I still have old toenail polish underneath my new polishcoming through that they did not fully take off 😡it was definitely not worth the $55 dollars I spent!!!

My nails are thick, uneven and sloppy. I was not happy at all with the quality of work. The nail tech did not seem to care about how my nails looked. Very disappointed.

I was a little shocked by the price because it was higher than I was used to for a walk in nail salon but after my Mani and Pedi I understand why it costs more. Their services were on point. Three coats of gel polish and I can tell my nails won’t be breaking or chipping. The tech was the sweetest lady and I HIGHLY recommend!!

I was in to have my fingernail dip changed. Kimmy was my nail technician and she did an amazing job. My nails look so beautiful. She took her time and made sure they were done to my liking. She is very friendly And I enjoyed talking to her while she was doing my nails. The shop is very clean and modern and all her supplies were clean and well cared for. Definitely will be returning.

I have been a long time client of Daisy and Ngoc for many years. They both always provide excellent service for my daughter, mother, and I. Every month I get a pedicure and solar nails. I highly recommend them both because they take pride in their work of art!

Have been going to Classy for a while (if it was originally Bellagio - since then!!) and never had a bad experience. Unfortunately won’t be returning because of the employee who sat me in a chair for a pedicure. I was sat and forgotten about which, happens.. I get it. I saw two other women get sat directly across from me and they had their bowls filled (which mine still had not been at this point). When brought to their attention that I was forgot about instead of apologizing to me and giving an updated time frame on when I would be helped the employee decided to be rude. She told me that it was my fault I sat at an empty chair for 20 mins because I didn’t schedule an appointment. (also, please keep in mind this is after I happily wait led 30 mins because I understand walkins aren’t priority) When I looked at the employee and said “I’m not trying to be rude, but can I just schedule something for tomorrow” she literally didn’t look or speak to me.So I walked out. and won’t be returning. Didn’t make me feel even remotely like a human- very uncool.

I am super picky about my nails, but also appreciate getting in and out in a timely manner. I went yesterday in between clients and was in and out in an hour and my nails look the best they have ever looked!!! I will absolutely be coming back ! I have tried mannnnnny salons around here and this one is top 3!!!!

Did not perform a service because I walked out after 45 minutes of waiting as others without appointments were seated before me and other customers complaining about the same things. I guess the $100 I was about to spend isn’t appreciated?

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Ty is absolutely amazing. I have been going to her for quite some time now and she never disappoints. She is meticulous and quick. My nails are perfection every time. She is a wonderful person and fun to talk with. I would follow her anywhere.

I have dropped in with no appointments since they opened. Excellent attention to details from all staff. Big, open shop which allows spacing, requires masks and has plexiglass shields at each station to keep all safe. Highly recommend!

I’ve been here several times, and at first I was very pleased with the quality of my manicures (Ty was my nail tech for the amazing times). During my most recent visit, however, Ty was busy and I got my manicure from a different nail tech. They used an electric nail file to take a few layers off my nails, thinning them before painting them. Weeks later, now that the polish is coming off, my nails are brittle and peeling. I am extremely disappointed that a nail salon I previously loved gave me a manicure that has made my nails weak and peeling

Ms. Kimmy did a wonderful job on my nails today. She was kind and friendly, and the pedicure was worth the money. Overall the establishment is clean and they start the pedicure very quickly. I plan to come back here for my future pedicures.

I was able to make an appointment the same day for a gel mani and pedi for myself and pedi for my husband. We had a great experience. I unfortunately don’t know the names of my nail technicians but both were great (one female and one male). The gentleman was a young bodybuilder and was the best technician I have ever had. Thank you sir for the great vacation conversation and being gentle on my troublesome cuticles. I would highly recommend my technicians if I knew names. I’m so happy to have beautiful nails for vacation.

I went it for a pedicure on Friday. My appointment was at 2:15. When I arrived they were not yet ready for me. Instead I had an appointment at 2:30. I spoke with the manager. He assured me that I will be out in the time that I needed to be out. He was very kind, very accommodating, and very apologetic for my late start. My nail tech, Nancy was able to complete my service in record time. It was perfectly done as well. I expected to be there for an hour or more for a pedicure. I was done in under an hour and had the best pedicure Ive had in years. Thank you so much for such great service.

I switched to this salon because I wanted to follow my favorite nail tech Ty. The salon itself is nice and clean and it has a bar area in the middle with a large drink menu. Ty is amazing with my nails, she shapes them perfectly and is a perfectionist like my self. I get dip and Im in and out within a hour, shes the only person I have found that doesnt leave my dip super thick, she’s super nice and professional.

Yesterday I went in to get a manicure. I had a few concerns with the nail tech I had. I did not get his name, but it was a short gentlemen who had several neck tattoos. The biggest concern was that he refused to listen to the things I requested for my nails. I asked him if he could trim down one of the nails, and his response was that it looked perfect to him and that I must be confused. He stated that multiple times. The customer service with him was very poor throughout the session. He was unprofessional and I did not feel comfortable during the session.I did have a positive experience with some other aspects of the business—I had been there once before and the nail tech was excellent during my previous visit. But the customer service with the nail tech during yesterday’s visit was so poor I would give a 1 star rating.
