I went in the other day to send a package to Japan. I have never sent a package to Japan before and I was a bit nervous. Kenneth helped me out and really provided a pleasant and professional experience. He helped me step by step, from packing, to address, to customs, all to help me get the best rate and ensure my package got to my friend in Japan. Kenneth and Postmarks has earned my business and I will be going back again and again for future packages I need to deliver.

Alex is incredibly helpful and pleasant. The store is clean and literally smelled like Christmas, if one can imagine what that smells like. I will make the drive from Natomas just to enjoy the friendly staff again.
