I haven’t had any good experiences coming to this UPS store every time I had to mail something. On October 28th, 2020 at around 12:50pm, I dropped off a package to be mailed. When asked “How can I help you”, I responded that I wanted to mail a package. However, the worker “jokingly” said I am unable to mail my package... After scanning my box, he tossed my package into a bin. Are all packages handled this way??? Why basketball toss packages into the bin? In the past, I also had packages delivered later than expected and when checking tracking the number, it sat at the location for multiple days before in transit. I would recommend going to FedEx since I never had any issues with FedEx and the staff are nicer and take care of your needs and packages. Also, it cost $1 to tape packages.
8 months ago, I mailed my expensive PC from this store. I got insurance and I paid for the packaging. I received the PC completely broken. I filed damage claim on UPS webpage with complete required documents. Middle of the process Corey (the owner) hijacked the process by promising me that he can get refund faster if I let him to follow up. It was a lie. After 8 months he told me that UPS rejected my claim!!! i checked my claim status online and didn’t say that. I called The main UPS and they told me That Corey is responsible for the damage because he packed and charged me for it. I also have insurance. This store simply does not take responsibility for their mistakes. Almost any time I got here, there is person complaining about an issue with them. Now my attorney is following up on a lawsuit on this store and person. I highly recommend you to use a different UPS store that value customer. This store is a BIG NO
A gentleman names COREY, when I called, decided to fALSELY (And since the conversation was recorded, Fraudelently) claim that I was recording, when I originally called ask about a missing package (which btw, this call was a simple check up. I already knew it would be delivered tomorrow?)He, The Gentleman COREY(lets hope that his name is less difficult than his personality) decided to do this at 3:50 pm. COREY (unfortunately) represents the Davis site. I asked COREY repeatedly to explain, only after I had called to inquire about a missing package, on CORREYS claim that I started that I was recording. I dont know where this claim came from.California has a dual participatent law, which states both participants must accept being recorded. Regardless, Ive never stated to anyone about recording. So Im confused, on how the subject of recording came up, and why the paid representative, of a government run and taxpayer paid agency (the united stated postal service) decided to claim I did so, when its clearly false. However, that is mistake. Because as a government agent, and as a postal service, yes, you have more obligations for your employment role. (Also, heres a surprise. When the UPS tells you they lost a package and they are not responsible for its insurance? They are lying. Legally and historically, as a government agency, they are. Sorry, I read too many reviews about this while researching, so I felt like it needed to be stated)So here is the question.Isnt Corey a paid representative of a government agency? If we even acceptable the conditions that I was somehow difficult, what are the variables that make his actions acceptable? Is your taxpayer money worthwhile for this type of behavior? When did it develop during the pandemic that a government agent is allowed to falsely state something, illegally(since their calls are recorded so it would prove to be a false statement) during a simple inquiry statement?I again only called about a blanket that I KNOW is arriving tamarrow, and yet this Corey, who works to answer phones at this center, is essentially not just a liar, but a bully? He is a paid UPS Worker? His name is COREY?Again, I only called to check up on a package that I know is being delivered tomorrow. And yet, I dealt with.....COREY.IS THIS ACCEPTABLE?OR should we just accept this as what we get after the pandemic?
We needed a set of test docs and permit printed for an inspection. I emailed the forms to the store and they printed in 10 minutes. We were able to pickup and deliver to the home owner within 30 minutes. Fantastic service!! Thank you!
Excellent staff at this place. I’ve shipped things from this location many times and they always get me out the door having taken care of my shipping needs in 5 minutes or less.Good spot close to campus, good hours, good parking for UPS customers. They are always kind and knowledgeable and have my previously-used destinations on file.
People work in here are so nice and patient
Been going to this store for years and they do very well. Corey is great, they are super helpful and attentive to each customer.
Nice fast service what more could you ask for.
Super easy place to do off my broken Comcast hardware. I didnt even box it up.
This UPS store is fantastic. No long waits, great customer service, copying, faxing, packaging, and everything else you might need for mailing or packaging, notary services, and also a USPS drop off location. And it is centrally located. Use it all the time.
Have you ever had an unpleasant or even just mind-numbingly slow experience at a mailing center? I’ve had several, so this place was a delightful surprise. Consistently friendly, efficient and helpful. I always head here when I have packages to send.
Always a pleasure to do business with this store. Courteous, friendly, helpful and efficient. Cory is the best! I would never go anyplace else to send packages.
Right after Christmas 2018, we used this UPS store in Davis, CA to ship items to our places of business on the east coast. The folks at the store were kind & efficient. Our boxes reached our separate destinations in a timely fashion & were there waiting for us once we arrived. We were so grateful and thrilled with the service.
The staff at this location are always very helpful, friendly and fast. We have been going here for quite a while now and have never had any issues. We do have to give a special shout out to Corey for always being accommodating to our business needs.
Great place to do business and have a mailbox. Always professional, friendly and very helpful. I even go out of my way to go to this particular UPS. The best!
The young male clerk is very helpful & efficient. All the clerks are personable and strive to assist each customer with their full attention.
Super helpful, fast service with a smile--always!
Super nice folks, always very helpful, answer your questions and make it easy to get your stuff shipped off!
UPS offers great services. Having a computer, notary, printing, and shipping makes a difference. Woodland UPS offers all those services plus spectacular staff and ample parking. Davis store and parking are cramped.
Easily the best staff experience I’ve ever had with UPS. Highly recommend this location for anything!
Always quick expert service.
Raj is the worst owner operator!! Doesnt train his staff properly and wants me to pay for their mistakes. Eat the cost as a Cost of Doing Business expense and train your staff properly. If they dont know how to properly invoice someone then make them wait for you. Horrible owner, no customer service skills. Doesnt understand business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - STAY AWAY!!!
Ive come here about a dozen times, and its always a delight when Corey is in. The workers at USPS seem so depressed but Corey seems like he loves his job and his customers!
Don’t order anything to print here!!! The employee printed out multiple copies of 2 documents but failed to print out the 3rd. He was very unhelpful when I called to amend the situation.
Great service. They always figure out the least expensive way to meet your needs.
Does not have a drop for pre-paid UPS packages and envelopes. Wasted trip and will have to find another store during its open hours
Someone give Corey a raise. SUPER kind and helpful gentleman offering suggestions and tips to each customer during a rush where he was the only one on staff, AND multi-tasked helping 2 customers at once in an attempt to move the line through faster for everyone that kept piling in. Promote him.
Employees give bad attitude and it really makes you feel like you owe them money. Not being supportive and always try to push all the responsibilities towards you. Will never use this store again.
Always great service with a smile and FAST!
I have been here twice and have spent less than 2 minutes twice. I needed to return a book to amazon and they helped me reuse my old destroyed packing to save me a couple bucks. The 2nd visit here, I had to return a router with a closed account number. The young woman at the front asked someone else for a bit of help and everything was quickly settled in under 2 minutes. I asked several times after everything was done thats it? You guys take care of the rest?, because I had a much more troubling experience at FedEx.Bottom line: Quickest and least problematic experience I have ever had In regards to Shipping/Postage. I will try to use this place more often!
Very helpful stuff and a free pen that I needed.
This UPS is really good, and especially Corey is very nice, helpful, and fast! Thanks for your great service.
Best service in town, especially Cory!
I never go anywhere else for UPS. The staff is helpful, service usually very quick except for 11:30-1:00 p.m. Since parking can be an issue, I try to go first thing in the morning, or after 5:30 in the evening--usually no problem finding a place to part during those hours.
The staff is really friendly here. You may have to be a little patient at times because they can get really busy, but they try to help you as soon as you can. Ive dropped off many packages here and I havent had an issue yet.
Very helpful bunch of guys. Friendly and cooperative. They suggest what would be the cheapest type of mail you would want for your purpose.
Great service: very friendly, helpful and efficient!
Do not trust/use UPS. Very bad experience with them and will never shop here or at any other UPS store again.
If I could give it a zero I would. I paid for an item to be notarized and it was not done correctly. I live out of state and spoke with the store as well emailed them the item the store notarized incorrectly. I requested my money to be refunded and was told they would once the owner comes in. Apparently the owner is never there so they are unable to refund me. Do NOT expect this establishment to follow through on their commitment.
Awesome customer service. Manager is the man.
Customer service is great and staff are nice. Location isnt the best with limited parking and lots of congestion.
Rude staff.Tried to charge $3 to print out shipping label with scannable QR code and UPS number.Using FedEx next time.
Excellent service!
Very efficient place.
The staff is very friendly and is happy to help.
Always a good time and very friendly staff, can get busy sometimes but they get to you as soon as they can great store.
Cory is quick, efficient and very helpful!
Nothing but pleasant experiences with this UPS store! They make my online shopping returns a breeze to deal with.
Great Service
I rate this UPS store, which claims it is not an official UPS store, a ZERO.Do not rely on this store for delivery, or any connecting services with UPS.
Great service!
Nice UPS store.
Closed at 4:20 on a Saturday.
Very friendly staff
The worst experience of my life. I tried to send some documents to Chile and they did not arrive. I went to the place to ask what was happening and the employee Corey Solliray treated me very badly. He blamed me for not having gone to ask before, he did not want to give me any information. When I told him he wasnt helping me, he got out of control and yelled at me. (I still cant believe it) I paid more than 100 dollars to send 3 documents urgently. Never more.
