I visited Xfinity at Davis for the first time today and had a great experience. I went in expecting the usual frustration of working with customer service anywhere else, and instead found a kind, attentive and capable staff that solved all my issues with a smile. If I ever need an Xfinity store again Ill definitely come back to this one.

There is bad service then there’s Xfinity.Stay away from this company. Horrible mobile service.The phone connection is horrible, I regret switching from a different company to save $20 a month.

Rating one star because I can’t rate you lower than that. Between the constantly failing service, slower than advertised speeds and inability to talk to an actual customer support person the services offered by Comcast are a dumpster fire.Update 1/21/21: Service is consistently getting worst. And the supplied modem frequently being unresponsive and Comcast reps giving non-answers to questions. I’m not exactly sure what I’m paying for as I’m confident sending data via carrier pigeon would be faster than Comcast.

Awesome service! My situation was a bit atypical, I came in twice because I was not entirely sure Id have compatible cables but the staff was super professional and helpful. I think the name of the guy was Sean, setting up my account took some time but he was very patient and friendly throughout the process.

The most useless place you can visit. They dont do anything related to constumer service there. Dont go there if you need to get anything done with your account.

Great service. Courteous staff. Very helpful. They followed social distancing and had markers on the floor. Everyone had masks on too.

Always cares about their employees, genuinely interested in saving consumers money and giving them the best options available.

The staff was amazing and the young lady working the customer service representative really cared about our cable needs and saved us some money on our bill... amazing 👍
