I usually dont write reviews, but I think others should know how inadequate this company is. I had issues with the internet that were never solved, but more than anything the customer service is just terrible- as one other reviewer noted, they are uncaring, dismissive and have little to no interest in helping you as a customer. I have never experienced anything like it.
I have tried to help my friend navigate through these uncaring, unprofessional and non-clued guys. They have no business being in the business of dealing with people. They hang up when you have an unresolved issue; billing issue; do not show respect to the people who they charge for their services; Im, thankfully, am not a subscriber, to this travesty of a provider to people who have no other choices. However, I have been witness to their mockery of human communication. I only give them one star because they exist. Because they are the only option for the people in rural areas, they feel like its best to let you know that you can just sink or swim. 7 of my friends depend on their services to connect with people overseas in the military. Weve explained this to them with just litte more than a, ok, so what do you want me to do? If you have other options, please explore. These guys are crooks. Seriously.
